are you going to let the trustee know there hasnt been a board of directors election or BOD meeting in over 18 months which i think you mentioned is against Nevada law? thanks for sending the trustee the letter.

i looked up "mesa airline shareholders meeting" on the internet and this is the last meeting i could find. it was held on held on January 6, 2009 just over 18 months ago. there may have been one since then but i certainly couldnt find anything. i even looked on the mesa airline website and this was the last meeting listed on the mesa press release section. maybe its time for a shareholders meeting? check out the 3 links below

Atlas i agree with this 100%! for the doubting Thomas shareholder out there, can you name some other q stocks with assets exceeding liabilities where the commons survived bankruptcy, this may strengthen their resolve in owning a q stock thanks

do you think there will be enough time to get something else done with more shareholder support before the POR comes out? It appears the POR is due out soon

no POR has been issued that i know of. i have noticed nothing has posted to epiq11.com since last Friday. it seems like almost everyday something was getting posted but nothing since last week. who knows maybe the commons stay intact and the trustee knows this and therefore she doesnt think an equity committee is necessary at this time . JMO

anyone hear anything from the trustee on the equity committee? wonder how we are doing on getting the committee set up?

there's a good Chapter 11 Status Report doc 885 on epiq11 regarding whats going on with the bankruptcy says POR by the end of the month. we will see

It suggests that, for better or worse, things are slowly wrapping up.

One counsel for MAG states in their application that as of May 31, MAG had $60.8 million unencumbered cash on hand or deposit and that MAG is currently in the process of formulating a POR. They state that MAG "anticipates" filing a POR and disclosure statement in July.

They also state that the "operational transition into Chapter 11 has been unusually smooth" and that MAG has "established a harmonious relationship" with the Creditors Committee.

Another counsel states that it has "undertaken discussions with other parties that may be interested in investing in or acquiring the Debtors".
