Moved where?
When did you submit your ballot?
Thanks
BTL...
I posted that, but then was told by someone else in corporate actions they would be. I have not yet received my confirmation email in the message center nor have my shares been locked. Although they did confirm on the phone with me that my vote and opt-in for my Ps and Ks were logged.
They did say that everything was back logged due to the number of ballots and such. So it may take 24-48 hours to get my confirmation in the message center. I was told this yesterday around 3pm.

yup got the same email at 5:40.

Okay, well spoke to someone else and they said the shares will be locked.
Also said that they are back logged and that confirmations will take 24-48 hours and that they will be calling folks that may have had trouble with their ballots.

Have yours been locked yet?
Thanks and back to lurking...
I just got off te phone with TDA, they have received my ballots and are sending me a confirmation of how I voted and what was logged in their spreadsheet to my message center.
However, I inquired about the locked shares and was told they would not be locked at all. The only change we would see would be when the distribution is given...Anyone else hear this from TDA? they said if i sold i would not be entitled to a distribution...I inquired again saying I thought they had to be locked and was told the did not and would not be locked.
thoughts?
Thanks...

yup just got home and have mine from TDA, but I have already submitted the printed copies. Which should be delivered today. I will call to verify receipt and appropriate logging of my vote and granting of releases...
thanks for the update.

For Sharebuilder I mailed just the three pages back and put my account number next to my signature as they requested. I'll email them on Monday to inquire whether or not they needed the other ten pages. I doubt it since they did not require any original ink or filled in information.
I put my account number next to my signature for al my ballots though it was not required. Just felt the more information the better. I even included a cover letter page.
I'll let you know what I hear re just mailing the three pages.

Cool sent mine overnight yesterday so they should get it Monday. So your CUSPS and everything were done same day received?
That's cool!
Lurking....
diamond can you post the email you sent? how long ago did you send it in?
thanks back to lurking...
Ooops gotta retrieve that ballot...lol

Oh I see what your saying, but wouldn't you put your name as you own/hold the securities. I put my td ameritrade account number, but did not put ameritrade under name holder I put mine.
Did i fill that section out incorrectly?
Lurking...
I got it, but its the same ballot as mine and I'm so confused about what streetname your referring too. The address for TD...can you be more specific...page 6, but where?

What are you talking about JHD, with regards to line item #5? There is no such item...insert a screen shot for clarity, cause right now you got me lost!
Lurking...
same here for TD Ameritrade. I called and they sent me an email with the PDFs. Just Fedex expressed them overnight. So hopefully my vote will be logged and shares locked by Tue/Wed.
I still have not received actual mailed ballots from TDA, though they could be in my mail at home. However, I wasn't gonna wait and take that chance since I'm going out of town.

Piggy backing this is what I got in response to my inquiry about confirmation of my vote and release....
"I wanted to let you know that once we receive and process your WAMUQ ballot, you will see a new set of transactions in your ShareBuilder account - these will show that the shares are switched to a state where you can't transact with them. There won't be an e-mail confirmation that your ballot is received, but these new transactions are what you should keep an eye out for.
Sincerely,
Anna Mkrtchyan

Nothing from them either, well with regards to my prfds ballot.

Strike have you gotten your prfd ballots yet?

I have not, got my commons ballot from them, but I no longer hold commons with TDA.
Back to lurking..
I have not...

Not yet. They gave me the website though. Just waiting on an email they said they would send out with the control number or the ballots.
Back to lurking...
Correct, but they said they were going to allow online voting!
Thanks

NopE nothing yet. However I did receive my ballots from Ameritrade for commons! Problem is I no longer own commons in my Ameritrade account. Lol. But do in my Sharebuilder account. So I'm just waiting on my preferred ballots from Ameritrade.
But I know what to do wig my Ameritrade ballots. I'm submitting them at my local branch.

Yup, just got off the phone with them and they said an email will be coming shortly if we have not already recieved it, and we would need to put in the control number at the reorgaction.com site to vote and grant releases online.
Back to lurking...
yes I have thought about that over and over again. LOL
But what if there is no short squeeze and shorts don't cover. So if you ask me its a straight crap shot...
What do you think the odds are voo...
Back to lurking...:)
Gypsy can you provide me this individuals email addy or inquire if we can take ballots into a local branch?
Thanks
Got it...

Okay gotcha...I get the twilight shares...I was just curious with regards to how you grant releases if one does not care to vote. So seems like the ballot, which last time had my shares listed that I owned, will be the only way to grant releases. Whether or not you vote.
Thanks

especially if you want to hold shares in anticipation for a short squeeze as many tout (I don't think likely) or some other unexplained increase in SP after voting.

The question becomes how do you grant releases after you have voted or voted your core. Does doing nothing automatically grant releases and converts your shares into Newco shares?
The ballots hold the vote for plan and releases. I have not heard of any other way to grant releases singular or independently than via the ballot. This is critical, IMHO, for folks wanting to buy more after voting or when the prices are predicted to be super low and grant releases for those shares.
So I ask how does one grant releases for shares added after the voting deadline, but well within the release granting deadline, especially if the ballot will not reflect the new amount of shares?!

Yes with fuzzy math...more precise math may put it at like 32.67 or something.

Okay, agreed!
Lurking...eyes on all! LOL
Gotcha...Voo I love you but it's not a fantasy! I hope it doesn't happen and you are right that she won't alter the split. But it is a possibility that is factually feasible. Though we both don't think it will come to fruition...

What do you mean "slightly larger" I think its a loss of four shares in the conversion...

I'm not so sure as she seemed to imply APR may not necessarily apply when there is a settlement, which is why they are called such and negotiations take place. She mentioned this in passing yesterday during the TPS argument...
