I welcome a series by CNBC. This company has a revolutionary technology. News now would be awesome. Can you provide the name of the person you contacted?
This company is far from shut-down. I believe during the past year and a half we've attracted some huge interest. In my opinion the ECO agreement is one of many this year.
And, unfortunately, those who sold as a result of all the created fear, doubt and uncertainty will lose out on the upcoming rewards.
PTO's technology is cutting edge and we're the only company that can run feedstock continuusly for 30+ days - that's a game changer.
Proof will be provided with sales. Our 1st sale has been made and I expect other sales will follow this year. Make no mistake - PTOI will be huge and it will happen this year.
Someone knows something. PTOI must be about to announce Pilot test results or sales to a second company.
Someone knows something.
Does anyone want to guess what the share price will be when CTIX uplist?
A young relative was just diagnosed with Mesothelioma and is now hospitalized. Does anyone know if Kevetrin might be effective against this horrible cancer.
Thanks in advance.
People are only down money here if they sold for less than you bought. That happens for any stock. The share price has had wild swings and if one makes the wrong decision when buying and selling at the wrong time well that's not the company's fault.
It's my opinion that the company is turning a corner here and I hope to be buying more soon.
The 1st thing the SEC will notice is the guy admits being short and there is therefore good reason to bash the stock.
What's the minimum financial requirement to buy short - it's quite substantial if I recall correctly.
The author admitted being short CTIX and his article is obviously bias to help him. And the desperation is also obvious as he had to go back to the start-up several years ago to find anything negative. Funny, he doesn't try to dispute the science.
All this great news and the share price goes down?
This is the 1st time I've seen this "conspiracy theory". Who are you saying started this theory and why do you think it was started?
The company said they were providing the information to all shareholders as a result of a number of questions being asked by "shareholders" about the recent ageement.
Is there some reason you believe his statement is incorrect?
Funny how a simple letter explaining some details of a recent agreement is deemed to be a pump. The information is helpful for those of us invested in this company.
Worthy of a cut and paste:

Klebsiella Pneumoniae Is One of the World's Most Dangerous Superbugs as Some Strains Are Known to Be Resistant to Virtually Every Antibiotic Available Today
BEVERLY, MA-(Marketwired - Apr 14, 2014) - Cellceutix Corporation (OTCQB: CTIX) (the "Company"), a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company developing innovative therapies in oncology, dermatology, and antibiotic applications, is pleased to report favorable results in a recently completed preclinical study evaluating its novel antibiotic compounds against specific strains of multi-drug resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae. The research, which is government funded through existing grants to research institutions, is being conducted at a major university in Texas.
In a thigh burden study of a multi-drug resistant strain of Klebsiella pneumoniae in a mouse model, Cellceutix's defensin mimetic compound CTIX1278, was efficacious as compared to a carbapenem antibiotic that is widely used as a last line of defense against drug-resistant, Gram-negative bacteria, including Klebsiella pneumoniae. A second study is now being conducted at multiple dosing levels with various infusion parameters with the goal of increasing efficacy and further defining a treatment protocol for the compound.
"This is highly encouraging early data of CTIX1278 as it is the first example of efficacy in vivo with one of our defensin mimetic compounds versus Klebsiella pneumoniae," comments Dr. Krishna Menon, Chief Scientific Officer at Cellceutix. "A Gram-negative bacteria, Klebsiella pneumoniae is one of the world's most dangerous superbugs; strains of this bacteria are rapidly emerging that are resistant to virtually every antibiotic available today. The world is staring down the barrel at a growing number of bacteria that can't be killed by available drugs and the last line of defense is wearing thin. We are very pleased with this latest study providing another piece of evidence that our defensin mimetics have the potential to introduce the first new class of antibiotic drugs in more than two decades to combat the growing problem of antibiotic resistance."
As it conducts the second study for Klebsiella pneumoniae, the university is awaiting additional materials to begin in vivo research in models of superficial and deep tissue wounds. In these studies, infecting organisms include Gram-negative multi-drug resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Acinetobacter baumannii. This research is also being funded through existing government grants.
Thus Cellceutix could receive a third and fourth valuable Qualified Infectious Disease Product (QIDP) designation under the GAIN Act as the bacteria Acinetobacter and Pseudomonas are also on the list of qualifying pathogens.
I don't see any delays. These time frames are common and, in fact, may be ahead of schedule. There may be no further dilution if they get institutional funding. Appears Leo is not concerned about finding willing lenders and he is in no hurry to seek further financing anytime soon.. It may not even be necessary if there is a deal struck for one.
we might 5.00 tomorrow
Can you provide live updates during the seminar or shortly after.
I've never seen so many posts telling people to sell. Is there a reason for that. Over the past 2-3 months that has been one of the main topics
Oil is going down and PTOi is going up. Plastic is no longer a commodity. Processor buyers will be able to ask money (perhaps 1/2 0f the tipping fees) for taking plastic now. Forget free anymore.
Perhaps the article shoud be sent to Leo.
Why are there so many people who don't want PTOI to suceed or announce sales?
So is it is your opinion that the company has sold a processor(s) then?
AND HERE IT IS:
I am hopeful we will hear news this week on the sale of a processor, but I certainly don't know if that will occur or not.
What I do know is in the past year, and every year, an additional 30 million tons of plastic has been buried in landfills across the nation. The cost of that disposal to the American economy was in the neighborhood of a couple billion dollars.
If in five years only 20% of that plastic could be diverted from disposal, the disposal cost to our economy would be reduced by $400 million or so annually and could produce around 10 million barrels of fuel.
Perhaps there is some other company other than PTOI that may develop the capability to address the issue, but I have seen the PTOI processors in operation converting plastic into fuel. The PTOI technology works.
For what it's worth, in order to divert 20% of the U S annual plastic waste from landfill would require around 600 PTOI processors. I guess that would work out to revenue to PTOI of around $3 billion, of course excluding possible revenue for fuel royalties, software upgrades, catalysts, etc.
I suppose it might also be possible to divert more than 20% of the annual plastic waste. It also may make sense to mine the billions of tons of plastic waste that have been landfilled over the past 50 years. It also might make sense to deploy the technology worldwide. Those numbers get mind boggling.
Anyway, I hope the company succeeds and I hope we get an indication of progress this week.
Great Post xxxxcsLewis
Personally, I don't expect substantial legitimate selling when the share price begins to climb. Most shareholders know what they have and sales will verify what they already know - that this tech is the best the world has ever seen.
IMO This next year will be absolutely HUGE for PTOI.
I expect the lower fuel prices may have a dramatic effect on the price of Plastic - so much so that it may not be a commodity anymore.
Has any news about sales been released yet?
I'm new to this board this week and there have been many references to something happening (Monday) next week. Can anyone provide info regarding this?
Tks.
Hey all. Been looking at this company for a while and bought in today. Looks promising.
What is Finra doing about this? Are they investigating the MM's?
Blast-off Time!!!!!!
All this volume makes no sense. There has been no news that would cause this to happen and with a sales announcment expected any day now this appears to be suspecious. I suspect that shorts (naked shorts) realize too that news of sales could be released any day. Longs should know this appears orchestrated.
Did any news get repoted today? Wow!
Everyone must keep in mind that Rick and John have been carrying this company for months now. They know and believe that what they're working on will mean that success is imminent. Being that their business plan is to sell processors I expect that they are working diligently on numerous front to close deals. IMO, those companies willing to get in on the ground floor will be rewarded with a reduced asking price and those waiting will pay much, much more.
My guess is that we see a minimum of 10 processors sold in the next 12 months.

You're right. The costs to the defence for these frivolous claims/motions continue to grow. That means , when the case is dismissed the Plaintiff will owe 10's of thousands of dollars.
I wonder though if all the witnesses who agree to testify in return for money, if they win, also agreed to pay the Defences costs when they lose.
You don't think a stinky pinkie pump and dump that generally trades less than $20k/day in stock has the high frequency traders and dark pools drooling over the opportunities to make money?
Yes you neiled it again.
Completely agree - one of the top 100 engineering companies in the U.S. is now working with PTOI - what does that tell us. You think they know the potential.
Didn't Agilyx obtain patents and win awards? Looks like they've shut the doors.
