AND HERE IT IS:

I am hopeful we will hear news this week on the sale of a processor, but I certainly don't know if that will occur or not.

What I do know is in the past year, and every year, an additional 30 million tons of plastic has been buried in landfills across the nation. The cost of that disposal to the American economy was in the neighborhood of a couple billion dollars.

If in five years only 20% of that plastic could be diverted from disposal, the disposal cost to our economy would be reduced by $400 million or so annually and could produce around 10 million barrels of fuel.

Perhaps there is some other company other than PTOI that may develop the capability to address the issue, but I have seen the PTOI processors in operation converting plastic into fuel. The PTOI technology works.

For what it's worth, in order to divert 20% of the U S annual plastic waste from landfill would require around 600 PTOI processors. I guess that would work out to revenue to PTOI of around $3 billion, of course excluding possible revenue for fuel royalties, software upgrades, catalysts, etc.

I suppose it might also be possible to divert more than 20% of the annual plastic waste. It also may make sense to mine the billions of tons of plastic waste that have been landfilled over the past 50 years. It also might make sense to deploy the technology worldwide. Those numbers get mind boggling.

Anyway, I hope the company succeeds and I hope we get an indication of progress this week.
