"The emerging and developing nations were clearly focused on at Copenhagen. "
Of course developing nations were focused. They are the BUMS who will be sucking off hard-earned taxpayer money from US. They were all lined up for a handout. Screw 'em!
Now you can get back to 'sitting on the bid' or 'slapping the ask' or telling us all about how Doug/John will make all of our dreams come through. Ah how sweet. Or is it buggering the bid and pimping the ask? I forget what you say sometimes since it's kind of dull.
Maybe you should start drinking right away? Just kidding. Anyway, there hasn't been any news yet from Doug/John has there?
Like I've been saying for months, common shares of bankrupt companies (or banks) usually aren't worth anything. Anyone who believes the legal system here in the good ol' US of A will work for what's right and good for the people is truly deluded. So, all of you great legal eagles of Due Diligence just keep on hoping and sending off your vain letters.
Big business controls the US and holders of WAMUQ are not part of that elite group. Do the math.
Another down day coming up?
How's Doug/John been treating you all? I can barely keep up with the reading of all of the PR's and FR's from this co.
Have you thought about hiring a PI to track down these people?
Has anyone heard a word?...From Doug...or...John? When is the....Next...field report...ok...or...the...next...PR?
What is the O/S?....The A/S is 2...billion....is there more...coming?
What do...you think?
'Default' status in Nevada? TIMBER!!!
No, not a good sign. IMHO.
Go to shortsqueeze.com and enter SGCP. You'd be amazed at the increase in shorting on this stock. It may indicate a further fall in pps. What do you think? I'm not making anything up.
What's up? Not pps I see.
Sic Friat Crustulum -- As the cookie crumbles.
I think that's a more appropriate motto at this time for this company. Don't you think?
BTW, a website update takes 10 minutes to update. I've done it many times myself. Why would a so called legit company take weeks to "update" its site after it has been down for many days? Is the law starting to look into them? This gives them time to run with the loot out of the US--if they were ever even in the US. Probably Nigerians posing as Americans and Russians. Got themselves a pole dancer to pose in a Soviet style hat and took a picture. Wow! The rubes are buying it!
You know what, I've got this bridge in Brooklyn that I've inherited, the Brooklyn Bridge, and I've decided to sell it for a discount. Let me know if you're interested. If not, I could get a hooker to pose in a statue of liberty outfit with plenty of her booty showing. That should motivate the fools out there.
It's a scam. There are no oil operations. Just talk and BS. Show me the evidence where they have anything they claim. There is none. It's all a Nevada scam with maildrops in different places. The Russian gov't has no listing of any company by this name operating in Russia. Wake up, you've been had bad!
They probably nationalize it if they ever find anything good or if the CC thing ever looks to be a big deal.
Wow! I thought this was a real clunker of a stock, but compared to this alleged Russian oil scam I've been following (PGNE) this is like IBM. Just thought I'd check in and be fair and balanced.
BTW, some of you guys really need to get away from the computer for a day or two.
Take er ez.
Man, what a scam! I've been following this POS for awhile and I can't believe that it's such a scam. I mean just look at the facts. The whole site goes down with no news from the so-called company last week and now you've got some Russian hooker posing as the company logo on their "site" for all the rubes out there.
Why didn't the company put out some news last week if its real? Do ya think they might be manipulating the stock themselves? You know shorting it with bad news and crashed site?
That way they could make a killing without putting out more shares in T-trades or whatever.
Why isn't this company listed on any Russian government lists? Why is incorporated in Nevada? Nevada doesn't ask the tough questions if you know what I mean.
Maybe there'll be some fake pump news this week. The russian hooker on their website may appear in a bikini. BTW, how do we know she's even Russian? She could be a Las Vegas pole dancer for all we know?
You know poverty? That's a great endorsement for this stock. Just keep on buying.
Dropping below the .002 I predicted. I better throw in a few quick pick me ups for all the optimists that I've heard here over the last year.
"I believe in this company"
"I believe in CC"
"I believe in Doug/John"
"I believe in the management of this company"
"I believe in gold going to $5,000 an oz in 2009-2010"
"I believe we'll find a giant diamond"
"I believe I'll need a special tax person just to handle all of the money I'll make from this stock"
"I believe our well fed workers will come through for us"
"I believe our farming operations will be a BIG money maker"
"I believe that by buying more stock as they dilute it, I'll actually end up rich"
"I believe that the extra billion shares are just there for the heck of it, they won't be sold"
"I believe that the extra dredge will really make the pps explode"
"I believe that things are looking up"
While you're at it we could add "I believe in Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny" Oh yes, lest I forget,
"This is going to DA MOON!"
I emailed this company ages ago and never heard back. I sent several logical emails about financial information, future pps, anticipated shares being created, and so on. I did all of this last year. Now, when I posted last month that I had emailed these guys and heard nothing back, I got loads of insults (as usual) pretty much to the effect of why would they respond to my "stupid" questions and so on like that.
I don't think my questions were so stupid. If I had heard back I would have posted whatever I heard, good or bad. I'm not making up stuff. I said in December this would hit .002 and it looks like it has.
For your sakes, I hope it goes up again.
Now, I'll wait for some insults from the usual possible pumpers. Ol' soyburger can handle it.
Remember December when I said .002 for this stock? I don't know if that post got deleted or not, but I did say it more than once. Maybe we should all jump on board with Tommer and buy, buy, buy. I think there were probably some people on the Titanic who stayed to hear the band play as the ship sank. That is kind of like the attitude we have from some of the people in denial around these parts.
Look, the only way this thing will ever go up is if they produce lots of gold and good quality diamonds. Also, if the CC thing ever does come through, it would help out with pps.
Now, I also made a post back in December that got deleted regarding the farming this company does. Given that peanuts are not a big cash producer, I had brought up the possibility of this company branching out into the medical marijuana sector. I am not being a wise ass or anything. I am telling it like it is.
Here's some facts: Sierra Leone has the perfect climate and soil to grow some of the best medical grade cannabis in the world. It would rival Jamaica and Hawaii for potency. Next, cannabis is very hearty and would yield a big cash crop in 6-9 months depending on the variety. The company could be certified as a legal grower by the government and tests could be performed on the potency. This operation would totally eliminate the need for dilution of any kind and pay off much better than Kiri trees or peanuts.
I do not use marijuana or tobacco, it's just a business suggestion. Lots of people in pain use medical marijuana. Why can't this company get its act together and do something like this?
BTW, George Soros is a big force behind the medical marijuana and legalization of pot movement from what I've read. Surely, this company would attract lots of positive attention from global investors if such a "farming" operation were undertaken in addition to the CC, gold and diamond business.
But what do I know. I just know how to make some money with what is available. Maybe this company could do the same?
OK. Fire off the insults at me. I'm ready.
So, you think the PIIGS (Portual, Italy, Ireland, Greece, Spain) won't crash the euro anytime soon? If they did, then bye bye CC expansion IMO. Let's hope this company gets its act together soon.
However, even with the EU giving its broad backing to Greece’s plans to cut its deficits yesterday, the euro is down to its lowest levels since last May. Just because the EU has given the nod to the Greece’s spending plans doesn’t mean the entire eurozone is saved. Quite the opposite in fact.
Now the markets are looking to call the EU’s bluff. Portugal is the next target. Yields on its debt spiked yesterday. It’s as if investors were saying: “OK, so you might bail out Greece. But will you bail out Portugal too? Can you even afford to bail out Spain? And we haven’t even started on Italy.”
As one source quoted in the FT put it: “After the Greeks came out with new, tougher plans, the markets started to look for the next weakest economy in the eurozone to sell. Portugal’s recent budget was not that impressive.”
In dodgy debt terms, Portugal isn’t Greece. In fact, Portugal isn’t even Britain. Its fiscal deficit for 2009 looks like coming in at 9.3%, worse than the 8% expected, but hardly the worst offender in the world. Portugal’s real problem is long-term weak growth.
The current crisis could be good news in the long run for the peripheral eurozone countries. No matter which route they take, getting out of this fix is going to be painful. A bail-out from other European countries won’t be cost-free. German taxpayers won’t be happy about funding Greek voters to maintain the status quo.
Meanwhile, we haven't heard a whole lot out of the mgt of this company and the world looks set for maybe a double dip recession. It's hard to call at this point. However, the Baltic Dry Index looks to be on a downward curve to me.
These are just a few of the things ol' soyburger ponders every day. Is it time to head for the hills? I don't know for sure. Will inflation arrive one day? It's already here, but not hyperinflation as some have predicted. If we have hyperinflation, then gold should have a good upside move. That would benefit this company only if they are producing gold and their CC stuff pans out. IMHO. There, that's my one post per day limit on this board.
NOTE to TOMMER: I am not an ethno-racist and quit casting slurs at me. The term PIIGS is being used by the WSJ, FT, Bloomberg, all European news, the NY Times, etc.... Read a little and discover the world.
Is the same judge going to handle everything? And I mean everything from start to finish? This can be a critical point.
Thank you. I am misunderstood. I have also been castigated for no real reasons. Since this is my one post per day I'm allowed on this board, I would like to add that we need to have a good PR in order for some real progress to be made with regard to PPS. For your sakes, I'd like to see this go up way high. However, I reserve my right to point some things out here and there.
Also, with just one post per day, I'd like to respond to TOSCA if he/she reads this. It is about the carbon credit thing. You say you're in the middle of Europe where it's done all the time. Now, TOSCA, does a lot of this depend on the euro's stability? What if the euro comes under great stressors as I've been reading with Greece and the PIIGS? (Portual, Italy, Ireland, Greece, Spain).
How does the strength of the euro look to you as someone who is there on ground zero? Are there big problems brewing? I ask you since a lot of time the BS that passes as business news is propaganda. How are things really looking with the euro? This has a direct impact on the whole CC thing since cap and trade in the US ain't happening any time soon with all the problems here.
Anyone with an informed opinion? Thanks.
What's up? Not the pps from what I see.
Why did someone else (gemstone 57) say it would go to .0018? I had said .002 some time ago. It's kind of weird when you think about it.
What if the FDIC prevails?
‘Liquidating Gold’ 1/29 Bloomberg "Commodities Set for Biggest Drop in 13 Months on Demand Outlook"
I don't know whether gold will keep heading "north" as you say. Just have a read of today's Bloomberg article.
I would like to know the total O/S of this stock. How dare they increase the A/S without any prior warning to shareholders while they're saying money is "a comin' soon" from the so called carbon credit thing. Global warming is a scam and so are carbon credits! The EU started this carbon credit scam and now they have MUCH bigger worries like Greece and the other PIIGS (Portugal, Italy, Ireland, Greece and Spain) to worry about supporting than the bogus carbon credit scam. IMHO.
I agree with that other soy in that no one is paying attention to his posts and probably not mine either. People are making up their own minds based on facts and valid fears. IMO.

Let's hope so. The waiting is the hardest part.
T.A. is gagged. New Soros news:
George Soros warns gold is now the 'ultimate bubble' 28 Jan 2010
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/financetopics/davos/7085504/Davos-2010-George-Soros-warns-gold-is-now-the-ultimate-bubble.html
BTW, I'm not getting paid by anyone to post on these boards. I didn't know you could. Who would I call about this?
Suh, ah takes umbridge to that implication. Indeed, I shall most definitively and delicately deliniate the situation of which you have spoken.
The reason that the stock is down is probably due to the dilution last week and that fact that no one knows for sure if the O/S is also 2 billion shares.
Will this go "to da moon" ? Suh, ah can only prospectively contemplate the situation of such an occurance in muh mind while sleeping after imbibing some fine sippin' whiskey.
Where's the gold? Where's the cc money? How were dredges paid for? Why do they say they have dredges at one time and then another time say they are on the way? Are Doug and John their real names? Are they the same person? Has anyone actually SEEN these guys in person? TWO Billion Shares, Why not 4 billion? That would be more to buy.
BTW, are the natives for real? Or, are they actors? It could have been photographed in Haiti before the quake for all I know. I don't know. Do you?
OK. Now, I'll say some of the famous possible "pumper" lines you guys love so much. "Doug is really a nice guy" "John is a great guy" "The natives are great guys" "Panning for gold is great" "Dredges are great" "Carbon credits are great" "I'll have to hire a very good tax prep person to handle all that money"
Oh yes, lest I forget,
"This will fly to the moooon!!!"
Maybe it's because of the "Q" at the end of the ticker symbol?
Kiri trees usually are not ready to harvest for lumber quite that fast. It usually takes a minimum of 8 years for a minimal tree harvest; longer for a good harvest. Kiri also attract a lot of wood-boring pests that native trees are resistant to. Check it out if you don't believe me. Kiri could lead to an ecological disaster in many regions. We'll keep this possibility between ourselves.
BTW, I have emailed both of those guys in the past politely asking about company related issues such as mining, security, financials, etc., and have NEVER received a reply. Why is that?
Maybe I should just ask things about how they're doing or how many "millions" will I make if I keep buying their now 2 billion shares and stuff like that?
What do you think? This should be under .002 with the dilution news. IMHO.
So you're saying they'll be dumping more shares in the coming weeks or months then? Oh man.
BTW, why did Roberto even bother to "talk" to a guy who is not an officer of the corporation? Wouldn't it make more sense if he could talk to someone that knows about share structure? Also, it seems hard to believe that "John" doesn't know anything at all about what's going on with the company. I mean it's not Exxon-Mobil or IBM we're dealing with here. Could it be that "John" is establishing a type of "plausible deniability" should there be any legal problems in the future? I'm not saying he is doing that. i give everyone the benefit of the doubt. But, what do you think?
GLTA

Question: What about the increase in A/S shares to 2 Billion?
Answer: I am not an officer of the company and have no information about that. I am a consultant working on the Carbon Credits Projects and procuring equipment for the mining operations. You will have to contact Doug regarding share structure and anything regarding the internal operations of the company.
The CC deals may fall through if the Euro currency collapses as many are saying now. The EU was behind all of this carbon credit stuff and if the euro really drops, then the prices of carbon credits will drop big time!
Also, given the massive kind of sneaky dilution that just occurred, the pps should be half of what it is now. 2 billion A/S!
I'd wager that it's also about 2 billion O/S now too. That's my opinion. I had stated last month that .002 was a good entry point for this stock when it was around .004 or so and I stick by it for obvious reasons.
Here's a link to the Nevada Secretary of State as requested:
http://nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/CorpSearch.aspx
Just enter Sierra Gold and you'll see the A/S is 2 billion now! It has been doubled.
Please note that I never insulted anyone on this board, yet I was the subject of numerous insults for just telling the truth.
What do they mean when they say two other dredges are "under consideration"? Why would they even consider two other dredges when they are not getting much of anything with what they ALLEGEDLY already have?
BTW, how did they pay for the so-called NEW dredges anyways? There was never any $$$ amount listed for money made from the great carbon credit junk. Where is the $$$$$$? Huh?
Oh yeah, I checked the weather and it looked as if they only had some clouds and clear skies for some time now. Why would "mother nature" be such a big problem with this great gold extraction operation? The rains were in Egypt, not Sierra Leone. They're on different sides of the continent, kinda like the difference between Maine and California in some ways.
The stock slid again today. I wonder if someone knows something?
Maybe Doug/John could clarify matters in the coming most awesome conference call. I am all ears.
Does this apply to possible pumpers too? I see very little in the way of substance in this company. Just lots of talk.
It does not look good based on facts alone. The chances of this going way down near term is probably quite significant. IMHO.
There has been no actual confirmed profits from the alleged CC program so far even with the alleged forward selling. Why is that?
You have brought up some good and valid points. The new field report looks kind of sad too.
I agree. More smoke and mirrors.
That sounds like good news. Is there a projection for even more growth with this company? I'm new here. I saw the ticker at the top of the Ihub box today. Thanks.
Some "bad news" for JPM today. However, it wasn't very bad news. Keep an eye on what may be in the works with regard to "losses" or unmet profit goals. I am starting to wonder what this would mean for wamuq in the long run?
BTW, wasn't there someone on here who claimed that the Dimon guy would be getting prosecuted or something like that? Honestly, I just don't see it happening. IMHO.
