He was only able to do that because of low volume...
I view the short position as an added little bonus at this point. Although it's often a fairy tale, it may well be that our little manipulator(s) are naked shorting this. Either way, the fundamentals of this company will trump them - and in short order!
There's been great bid support all day. Makes it impossible for the manipulator to push it down to acquire more. That said, it looks like the name of the game is just to keep any run from happening. But as you say, next week is a whole different game!
A more appropriate sentence would be for them to be boiled alive in oil. On pay-tv. With Hannover holding the rights to the broadcast.
It's been painfully obvious that some of these characters know a lot more than they let on. Now that the veil is being pulled back and light shining in the dark areas, it's not so mysterious. Sure, it's easy to cry manipulation on a pink sheet stock. But the length and fervor with with some of these guys have taken it may just be their undoing...
I can almost hear the paper shredder working away at trying to remove the trading records. Maybe the computer is being reformatted too?
Guess audiences didn't think so.... Might be some of the worst numbers I've ever seen. And oh, the hypocrisy!

Ouch, that one's gonna leave a mark. You would think if you've already been popped for securities manipulation you'd have learned your lesson. But some people just can't help themselves, it's a sickness. It all makes sense now why TDGI has had such trouble gaining momentum. Sure, the management has had its hiccups, but they've made it right. Yet we still get no love. Now since this discussion has come up someone's having a tantrum and dumping on the bid. Those digital footprints left behind are a biatch...
Coincidence? You decide.
Mysteriously now there is some dumping going on. Coincidentally, whoever has been illegally price boxing TDGI has gotten angry and is now dumping on the bid. Read back over the last hour on this board and draw your own conclusions.
It indeed was. In fact, it performed so poorly that it could leave someone with a personal vendetta towards those who couldn't polish that turd...
That movie looks awsome, good job Eric and Fred
And it's no surprise, is it? We've all know this was personal as the attacks just went way beyond someone frustrated with TDGI. Apparently this individual, whoever he is, is quite litigious...

I'm hearing crickets right now, Ryan. The silence is deafening...
TDGI!
Doug, let everyone know why you hate Eric Parkinson so much.
Jugy, despite what you may think, we get your points here. It's not like we all turn a blind eye to the things you bring up and pretend they don't happen. But here's where we part company...
The points you made are looking at TDGI through a suspicious viewpoint. I too am always suspicious of any pink sheet company. I'd be lying if I said there weren't times in my investment in TDGI - or any other pink sheet stock - where I've questioned what is happening. It can't be ignored that Eric and Fred have put dates out there and missed them... and more than one time at that. But with those missed deadlines did not come dilution. There was no end game there of share selling, it's just simply mistakes from ambitious guys doing their best as they're growing a newly public company. The difference for me is I personally run a company. Granted, it's not a public theatrical company, but a company nonetheless. I have clients I deal with, staff I manage and deadlines I have to try to accomplish. With the very best intentions, I've learned in my nearly 10 years of running a successful company that I often can't hit the mark even when I give it my all. Some things are simply out of my control. But I always make good on my word. That's the conclusion I've come to with Eric and Fred. The first year was bumpy with obvious missteps by the company. But there were a good measure of successes too. Importantly, rather than play the blame game, every time they've screwed up they've owned up to it. And even better, they've done a fairly good job at making adjustments to prevent some of the same mistakes from happening over and over again. What more can you ask for from a pink sheet company? While none of us like it when a CEO of a public company misses a deadline or doesn't deliver exactly what they shoot for, what matters most down here in the wild west is whether the end game is dilution and scam or not. So far they've proven worthy of keeping a sizable investment for me. I'm willing to give Eric and Fred chances to make the TDGI business model succeed as long as there are personal, measured benchmarks of improvement and success for me. So far they have done just that. TDGI seems like this may just be the company that once the ball gets rolling, it won't stay around these parts too long. So while I hear all your negative points, I simply have vetted TDGI to my satisfaction and am more than comfortable continuing to support the company with my investment.
Am I expecting to become an overnight millionaire by investing in TDGI? Not at all... though I'd be lying if I said I hoped it didn't happen. After all, that's why we're all here, to make money. This seems to be an extremely legitimate company in a sea of deceptive, horrible companies that are out for nothing more than a quick buck at the expense of unsuspecting shareholders. So far that's not been the case with TDGI at all. Missteps, yes. Scam, no. That shareholder meeting gave Eric and Fred more credibility than the 2008-2009 audit ever could. The fact that they took the time, spent the money and laid things out the way they did showed me that they are serious and are in this to make TDGI successful, not to get rich quick and move on. Now, I want to see that audit too, but after hearing their explanation, I fully understand what the delay was and is and am willing to continue to wait for a seemingly irrelevant audit at this point. There are so many more positive things going on with TDGI now that it's unproductive to stay focused on the things they haven't accomplished yet. So long as they're working towards them and not scamming us behind the scenes, I'm okay to wait. It's apparent after that shareholder meeting that a very important corner has been turned with this company. My two cents...
So how did the audit numbers look everybody?
T3000 Status Update With Audio
T3000 is believed to be the "unnamed" project this question addresses. To anyone who says it's not a go, just listen to this. It's from the shareholders meeting today. This could instantly change TDGI from a small indie film company to a major player IF it were to occur. We still have hope!
This is audio from the meeting today!
TDGI T3000 Audio
You mean the meeting is actually happening? Crow will be served, and you know who you are!
Not name calling, just telling it like it is. You are a Debbie Downer, you never have anything good to say about TDGI period. Sorry to burst your bubble, but it is what it is. You watching the shareholders meeting? Lots of very positive info, yet you choose to post only a negative. Same with every other time you post here. I and everyone else are tired of the broken record argument. We know we know, you want the audit. Got it. Now find something else to say or move on. Tired of you and your same ol same ol!
Go away Debbie Downer. There is a shareholder meeting you could be watching streaming live right now. Your argument is INVALID.
New Filings as of 1-15-11
Some new filings just hit, including 2010 annual report and shareholder supplemental information.

hope theres no pie in the sky forecasts
So we're only at .0465? What the hell is going on here? Seriously, it's probably really good that I've been overwhelmed by work since the beginning of the new year or else I'd have pulled all my hair out screaming at my computer screen! TDGI mystifies me the way it trades. It's always been a bizarre stock to watch trade, and today seems no different. Looks like we had a nice spike of volume end of day. Maybe the MMs were up to their old tricks of hiding orders until the end of day. I remember when I was building my position late 2009/early 2010 in TDGI and was buying several hundred thousand share chunks, the MMs would hold my order for sometimes up to half of the day - or not even fill me at all.
Either way, we live and die short term by what Eric delivers for us tomorrow. All signs point to some unexpected, fascinating and invigorating news!
So the bets are in, we're all locked and loaded ready for the meeting. It's going to be a long, long weekend to wait. Who's going to be tuning into the meeting tomorrow?
I can't wait to see what info gets revealed. I'm hoping Eric and Fred have a few aces up their sleeves. This is what I personally have been waiting for. To me this is the moment of truth for TDGI to me! I'm pretty excited to see what's in store for us for 2011 and beyond.
Not yet, but I'm hearing it will be available today. Check back in as I'm sure we'll sticky it once we get it.
The only oddity I've seen today is when I made my last buy, I put up 25k shares at the ask of .047 and it wouldn't fill. The ask backed off to .048 and then they filled my 25k shares at .0469.
Other than that, all my buys went through almost immediately at the ask, though we often downticked after I bought. Typical pink sheet nonsense. I'm not invested here for a scalp, so I can wait out the d-bags playing games. I'm not done buying just yet. Sub .05 is gravy to me!
I have already picked up what I want on the ask. Didn't uptick us, rather downticked us. I am patient and will wait for the volume to overwhelm whoever is toying with the PPS.
I have added a ton today. This is not some fishy POS company, my DD tells me these shenanigans can't last forever. We will not be this low for too much longer the way I see it.
What's funny is this is not an ihub play, this is a legitimate pharmaceutical company that is making great headway. It's funny to watch the ihub regulars, who go from board to board here, try to spread fear and half truths. As if they're big enough to affect a stock like this.
Nice pick up yesterday. I added to my position already, and will keep dong so. My DD here tells me this is a winner!
Writing on the wall: How could the stock fall to levels lower than it was before the Press release? major issues here.
if i have kids then after tdgi i will have enough money to tell the wife to 'quiet down pop out another baby!" and build a theme park with 3 years prepaid insurance!
Great examples. There are always exceptions. TDGI is a grade A candidate for being an exception to the rule. I hope it becomes an irrelevant point fairly soon as exchange progression is on Eric's mind. TDGI will not be stopped!
call me nutz but I sold all my other holdings outside of my 401k and bought into TDGI and EP!
No dilution, now that's a concept! In so many pink sheet stocks, growth comes at the expense of shareholders via dilution - and it's a vicious cycle. But instead of dilution Eric is organically growing TDGI into something huge, and that takes more time than doing it by dilution. This concept seems to baffle the minds of most investors on these boards who don't understand why TDGI isn't trading at a dollar by now.
What are your thoughts or anyone else on the boards thoughts on tdgi going to and trading at a realistic PE while on the pinks?
Their liabilites went up almost $2 million from last quarter.
No, I'm sure folks like him won't show their face at the shareholders meeting. It's a shame too, because they could get the real deal right from Eric's mouth.
And all these games will amount to a big fat nothing when the good news rolls out this weekend. Anyone who thinks this will be an eventless shareholders meeting doesn't have a clue.
TDGI!
