Thank you ALT. and I believe it is a great find. One date on the post is real time date and post. Another date show 07/22/2011 at 20:11, so i have to believe this is fairly new news and up to date, BUT I could be wrong. I have not seen, read, or heard anything negative in the last couple of weeks. The price has been inching on up there, and I believe it will keep it up. I see Sam & co. and Paul & co. putting it all together and ready to start manufacturing/marketing the greatest medical asset to come out in years and years. I will be proud to say I had a part in helping to get it out there. Again Thanks ALT.

I live in South Texas, and it is dry and hot, No rain to speak of since September 2010, Anyway I will shut-up about that because lots of people have it a lot worse. I spoke to the office yesterday 07/23/11 and there was really nothing new, still waiting on Paper work, Etc. I thought Sam was in the US but he is in Korea and all talks, meetings, ect. have been Via phone. Both Paul and Sam have agreed to and have stuck to communication every two days (that is extremely impressive to me). Just my opinion I think once paperwork is signed and dismissals filed in the BK, and other suits that all will be extremely happy with the growth. I think before long Sam & Co. will again be in the U.S. for meetings and Paul & Co. will be in Korea for meetings. Just imagine Sam applying for other medical break through patents, AND already has a co. in place to market such, and at the same time wants to get Xtends up and running HMMMM. Also I wonder about Shares being put back in the Company and then a foward split, sounds good to me, hope my dreams come to Pass. By the way I have been here since 07/10/2008, have a .0067 base line on 2,000,000 shares and have not sold any, and won't sell any under a dollar, but I reaaly believe it will be to $5.00 a share before we know it.

I spoke to the office today and was told everyone is extremely impressed with Sam & Co. along with Paul & Co. and the way they played in meetings. They worked out all issues and the legal team has it now to put in "Legal Ease" and back to everyone for approval next week. This will be an addendum to the A.P.A. Hopefully we will be able to put this all behind us, without any energy wasted on why's, If's, Or's, etc. and just move foward. We shall trudge the road of happy destiny knowing we had a part in helping to get a devise of such importance out there to help all living kind.

If someone will explain to me how to Post the documents I will do it. I believe by reading the documents it might shine some light on the whole thing froms Sam's side, almost all info we have gotten has been from Pauls side, These documents state some pretty hard statements concerning Paul and Ben's actions and lack of actions. I think it is well worth the effort to get and read.

Hope this finds all in good. It appears todays hearing was to get the Judge to order Lisenby, and Friedman to participate in depositions, Which he granted, and the depositions will be this Thursday 3, 2011 and Friday 4, 2011, and also we are not on the dockett for a trial date.

I also thought we had court dates for 3 and 4 of March. But the Court Calander for next week shows 10:00 Am on the 28th. and the Judge is listed for another case at 10:00 am on March 1,2011.
So in my opinion We have a court date 3 days earlier than we thought, and hopefully all will be settled by Monday evening.

Judge Dolly M Gee filed an order for Paul and Co. to respond by May 24, 2010. It appears her Honor has ruled in favor of Sam Lee and Co. about the Venue. The May 10, 2010 court date is vacated. Some interesting reading. I will send it shortly.

I have downloaded and fowarded over 200 pages of document from the file of the lawsuit. (They are LEGIT) Please Fill free to look for yourself. (http://pacer.psc.uscourts.gov/). This is a pay sight and your are charged for the documents you pull up, very cheap though. "UNTIL 10-DAYS AFTER ENTRY OF THIS COURT'R RULING"
I believe both side decided it was in the best interest of both sides to wish for the 10-day extension, If SL filed for the extension there could be a delay cause by the Judge needing to rule on this or that first, So I believe both sides went along with it to save time, money, and show there willingness to work together to work things out.

Earlier today I had a phone conversation with a reliable source who said "news out sooner than later" "everthing still on track as planned", "just taking a little longer than hoped", "I ask if it would be safe to say the deal would be complete within the next 30-Days answer was Yes that is safe to say". I also want to give a little more credit where credit is do, Paul, and Mr. Lee are not the ONLY ones working hard at getting this all Okie-Dokie-Mr.Ponokie. So thanks to ANY AND ALL WHO ARE DOING A WONDERFUL JOB AT PLANNING AND IMPLEMENTING THE PLAN. Note "If Bio-Harps scan has not been used, then you have not been scanned. I had to put in my quess as to what will happen with news. I think it will jump maybe to .25 with good news the level out +- a couple of days .20-.25 then 5-10% increase every couple of days and be +-.75 by March. I bought a 29' Phoenix Sports Fishing Boat, Blue water fishing is a must for me. 1983 model boat and need a little work but was fiquared in my budget for seaworthy by June 2010 (before XMDC) so this is really cool for me, boat has 2 volvo-penta inboard turbo diesels, I was planning on rebuilding, maybe I will just put in new engines and reduction gears, when we hit $1.00 and I will sell some. (Easy to dream on this one).

I just kinda maybe like think Maybe If you are a Doctor Etc. and you see a swollen place on a patient the you look deeper into the problem area to find the underlying cause and then treat accordingly. I personally believe the FDA approval is mainly to help with patent protection, Liability reasons, so insurance co. will pay for the scan Etc. Etc.. The cost of the Bio-Harp itself (if I am understanding the cost correctly) is priced where a wealthy person could just buy their own unit, Scan themselves, go to the Doctor and say " Hey Doc. my ____ appears to be a little inflamed can you do some ______ work to verify and treat. I think this could be awful big money and time saver. Just a thought, I am not a ______ and this is just something I dreamed up that makes since to Me, And I am not trying to start a big major debate, it is just a tought I thought I would share, Why did I not just keep it to myself ??? Justa Cuza i think it holds SOME merit.

We done got us another 1 3/4" rain today, Cows are happy. I bought in a penny stock in 2001 bought total of 210,000 shares ended up overall average was .023, had a reverse split and I ended up with 9150 shares valued at .42 (i think) anyway today it closed at a whopping $810.00 but it is something the co. is solvent and I see the production reports monthly on the Railroad Commission web site. The reason I am telling you all this, I invested $5800.00 in ONE PENNY STOCK saying this is the one, in 2005 it was worth +- $2000.00 !!!!! what to do, ??? what to do???.
I changed the only thing I could (my attitude) and started buying anything that .000 in front of it, right now I am almost back to my original investment total and have shares in 68 different companies, I feel good about this idea because I am not depending on ONE Co. anyway I have do not really know what half of the Co. are or what the do. When I pull up my account I see some greens and some reds and that my friend keep me sane. Yes I am A friend of Bill W. 9/16/1998. Some seem to have PERSONAL VENDETTAS concerning some stocks and people who have nothing better to do than sit around and try to get people to believe THEIR views on everything. I do not post very much due to personal attacks in one using their own brain and living with their succeses and failure. A failure is only a failure if you do the same thing over and over expecting differnt results. I for one wish to give the cheese grater thanks to this boards moderators, GRATE, GRATE, GRATE. Thanks a million. I think Rain Maker does one fantastic job on keeping the board "in the know". THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME AND ENERGY IN HELPING TO KEEP US ALL IN THE KNOW. Some like to be aggressive and stir up crap (I really feel sorry for those personality types). But THEY LIVE AMONG US. The primary purpose is to have a feeling that I had a part in the helping to heal other humans, and all living creatures. Lab test are impressive, and 5-years from now if the statistic are only 50% it will be a fantastic developement in the medical field. I am not in the Medical field but I goof off with some practicing proffesional. Anyway this is a true gift from above to humanity, some just cannot live a positive life everything has to be negative ALWAYS. Like pushing on a rope Ha Ha. I believe in the Company, The management, The research ect. PLEASE keep up the excellent work to all concerned.
