Be careful, the cables pulling this elevator up are as shady as Neom's management team.
I recall a few months ago on the "partner Page" that the London Olympics was listed.
ahhh...the ole' sit back and see what walks through the door approach.
On top of that...they are in Vegas. Maybe if they get lucky at the table they can pay down some debt.
This might actually gives us some leverage in the marketspace...cross your fingers.
I hear they are going to be in a row boat in international waters....this way they avoid all laws and it's probably all they can afford come July debenture due date!
Why in the world did they PR this? They could have saved the PR money and gotten an extra ski pass for next season.
Are you taking into consideration the 350-450k borrowing every month up until that 2021 date?
So, what you're saying is it's still smoke and mirrors and there is still nothing material developing.
Thanks Pop, I figured that. Maybe they will save us...GAG...
Perhaps I missed this with the abundance of new posters here...but who is Murray Capital and has there been discussion of them?

yes it will, and good to see you're living in reality.
Same thing was said for Bruce Braun and David Miller...they lastest about 6 months didn't they?
YA debt out of the picture
Come again?
Didn't we expand into Latin America about 2 years ago?
Is no one else skeptical of the lawsuit being filed and a PR hyping scan numbers were released a few days before the 10k is due (after is was already late of course)
Welcome to Neomedia stock
Sounds like it is going to be drawn out...or a mutual settlement to use each others patents.
Thanks Krays...Mods...Can you sticky note Krays post?
Thank you good sir/maam...I didn't know how it worked.
Can you really seek damages on a patent you didn't own until the beginning of March 2012? In the eyes of the USPTO, no one owned this until they issued it to Neomedia...right?
good alternative to make money...but I'm sure a majority of settlement proceeds will go to Global IP....which could take years to resolve.
...because they come in handy when you find yourself on the John without TP!

Anyone have dirt on him?
Let's be honest here...did a late filing really surprise anyone??
So...if Neomedia keeps rotating thru CFO's....then they won't ever have to file because they are too busy! BRILLIANT!!!
Neomedia's new mission/vision statement: "close your eyes and hope it goes away"
Neomedia historically files everything with the SEC in the last possible hour.
8k filed. Borrowing 450k from YA again. Odd to see this filed in the morning, usually done in afternoon.

Down 60%....how could this be??? I mean, but, uh....oh...it's Neomedia. Surprised it wasn't down 80%.
I was thinking Q end 1/31. I was checking on another company and misread the calendar. Sorry!
My apologies, that's for accelerated filers - also known as credible companies. Easy to get confused when the only crap stock you own is Neomedia.
1st Q 10q is due tomorrow, right?
Is Sony a new customer?
London 2012 Olympics is no longer listed.

Since when do rules stop Neomedia from hyping up their patents?
example: the original '048 press release
Question is - is it a shiny new penny or the same old 1970 penny found on a rail road track?
I give it 2 weeks before it's challenged and we're in the same situation as the '048
educating the market is, and always will be, her scape-goat for when the biz underperforms (as always).
