I am a little disappointed that even with the tax ruling they still could not turn a profit.
Not a lot of staying power today. Need some follow thru good news items to get to the next level.
The numbers were as good as can be expected at this stage. Still likely a long way to go.
A lot of the same talk. Still it's something. In that write up "The 2018 version was set to expire at the end of last year, but it was extended under a bill President Joe Biden signed". That is correct, the question is are they going to extend again?
Hey Darth, just trying to catch up some. Back to 1 you say, no reason to respond to this one, save for a more important subject.
I'll say this, it's holding its own.
I would think a long road to go on that, but it would be a game changer.
Looking forward to it.
Good luck to you as well
That’s a good overview. CBD or THC, grass, the story has the same roadblocks. Doesn’t matter if its Congress, HHS, DEA, FDA, it’s all about somebody in government to sign off on it. It’s been a long road already and still many more pitfalls to go, IMO.
I do believe at some point everything will be given a green light for some real open field running, but until then were all just waiting on the government.
Just a quick footnote. The Enterprise Value 33.41M, the market cap as you mentioned is about 7 million less. Just wanted to note that.
Hello Darth, thanks for keeping me in the loop. Yes, I did read the extension on MLB. 3 plus years. And I just read about Mr. McCarthy’s appointment to the Company’s Board of Directors is effective immediately. Mr. McCarthy’s term will expire concurrently with the 2024 annual general meeting of the shareholders. Short leash.
I also see on the 5th they had a 8k on accelerated the vesting and settlement of outstanding restricted stock units for a few people. Not sure why that was.
Anyway, the stock is not holding up too well right now. Closed at 0.16 flat. Rsi is now in oversold. But money flow, ppo, pmo, macd show an increase of fall, just unhealthy.
Looking forward to the 10K and for that matter the next 10Q and whatever news maybe given.
Anyway, that’s enough for me right now.
Well, I could be wrong, my thoughts were shorts by the way they invest, short term, that they may try to play a little with the overbought position with the combo of recent releases.

We’ll have to see if the shorts are going to re-engage in the morning, or for that matter the rest of the week. We’ll see I guess.
It's all it knows. Down 99.5 percent at this point, but it's ok, I don't mind.
Looks like somebody bought $12k worth, already down 6-7 hundred on that. Again DEAD IN THE WATER STOCK.
Your right that things are going in the right direction, I can feel your optimism, nothing wrong with that but you may wish to blend in the various time frames so you don’t get too far ahead of yourself. IMO
The charts can tell you both if read right. again, IMO.
Well, just good to see you back. I’m not able to post often right now myself. I’m at the Mayo Clinic and will be for the next 65 days, 10 days in so far. I’m getting outpatient treatment but it’s a M-F deal. Can’t really leave the area. Have to do a lot of resting as well.
I agree that CBD’s time has not yet arrived, but I also think not all cbd companies will make it regardless. It all depends on how everything shakes out. I think the private companies need to be factored more than they have been in the big picture. Anyway, got to go.
Well, WELCOME back Darth. You have been missed. And I see your starting off again by posting useful information that people can use and learn from.
I also see more than the 1 post deal you had. GOOD!
Well, I don’t know, in fact don’t even care. But there is 1 or 2 private companies that if they ever go IPO I would be a buyer.
That feed back agrees with mine. Found a cbd brand that really works, and I just had my doctor appointment this morning. Everything past with flying colors and was able to cut one of my medications in half and drop another completely. The Doc was impressed. It’s a premium brand from a private vender. Price is about the same as cv’s but it works a whole lot better.
Over $2000 in trades today from 27 trades. Big day for this micro mini OTC stock.
That is part of the KD pharma group
Things are far more complex than what many perceive. The ramifications are many. Sch 1 to 3 is helpful to be sure for the move to medical marijuana being sold from the FED standpoint. Still going to be illegal FED wise for general use. However, to make all this simply I’ll jump to the end game needed. DEA gets fully on board, Congress does, not rescheduling, but de-scheduling, making it FED legal. This in turn will bring in the FDA to fully take control of policy, rules and procedures that will have to be followed to sell in the market place. As a side bar to that there will have to be some laws written in from the FED point of view. Doesn’t mean the stock won’t move up and down with every headline, but there will not be any open field running until it all comes together. Many, many bumps along the way. IMO
Sch 1 to 3 will not effect this company, sorry no help.
If a person is looking for a Polish plantfood/cbd company for 3 cents this maybe the best one at least until the 10K comes out.
Nothing to do with cbd grass only

Posting a chart I have had running since early Nov. The setting updates on it's own, day after day. It's done a good job of being contained between the 38 and 61 on the Fib. Both 50 and 200 day are also inside those markers. The point is the uncertainty over the last 2mo. Until there is a break up, or down out of that range there isn't much for me, anyway, to do.
GLTY. Got in as low as .428 built up a decent amount up to .46 Sold it all off today. It's a nice bounce.
Good day today. A little buzz here, somebody said something there, and the sector takes off.
Very nice move up today. Why? I do not know, but I'll take it.
According to a report by SA NewsToday on January 3, 2024, the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is reviewing a recommendation from the Department of Health and Human Services to reclassify cannabis as a Schedule III controlled substance under U.S. law 12. This move could potentially open up cannabis to interstate trade and remove an expensive 280E tax burden that prevents legal cannabis companies from writing off normal business expenses 1. The news has caused a rally in cannabis stocks 2.
It is important to note that the DEA has the final authority to schedule or reschedule a drug under the Controlled Substances Act 1. While the move marks a “tremendous price of progress” for cannabis, it’s unlikely that the DEA will overturn the recommendation from the Department of Health and Human Services because the HHS and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration are considered the scientific authorities in the federal government, while the DEA handles law enforcement 1.
