Titan TIXXF warrants last trade today +6,300%
Mharb: I'm already holding each wt series for staggered expiry within my comfort zone. Trying to get more of the TTLLF's (Sept 20's) to balance out 2021, but nothing on the ask.
Earliest is mid-Feb and latest is end of Sept. Sell those 1 million warrants into MDT buyout momentum or news at say one penny and you clear a nifty $10,000 profit, a 10,000% return. The shares would need $200 each for the same return.
$100 buys 1 million TIXXF warrants based on last close of .0001$. Some spend more than that on lottery tickets, lol
@Katalyst: "TIXXF warrants are a great deal right now"
Your telling me, $100 buys you 1,000,000 (yes one million) warrants if you can get them at last close! 1,000,000 X .0001$ = $100
Thats nice exposure to leverage on a buyout
TTXXF last @ 0.0063$ Titan Medical Warrants!
TTLLF last @ 0.0137$ Titan Medical Warrants!
TIXXF last @ 0.001$ Titan Medical Warrants!
TTLLF TIXXF TTXXF SCOOOOOOOP EM! All trading at one penny or less!!
TTLLF TIXXF TTXXF SCOOOOOOOP EM!!
Sub-penny trading for TIXXF? I say something is very fishy or people are blind??
TIXXF TMDI warrants=Last $0.001! -98.3% for a company that is on the buyout block in the billion$??
TIXXF TMDI warrants=Last $0.001! -98.3% lol!!
Geo, it only cost you $500 outlay to have exposure to 50,000 TMDI shares? Unless everything just dies for TMDI from now to September 2021, the warrants allows you to have exposure and use your capital on other plays. I highly doubt that we will not have more of these wild speculative trading days until then, or who knows, even a buyout!
TTLLF sept 2021 warrants=Last $0.011!
TIXXF warrants=Last $0.0060!
Imagine your short TMDI, shares get halted pending a buyout price target and when they reinstate for trading, you have to race like a mad fool to cover that position before you face massive losses. Because we all know that the price could be in the billion$, a shorter will not want to expose himself to those massive losses. The 3 series warrants allows him to either cover by converting the warrants to shares or cash in on the massive percentage gains on the warrants which will dramatically reduce his total losses when he buys in at a much higher price. Titan Medical warrants: TTLLF TIXXF TTXXF
So how does a short protect against a number in the billion$ when TMDI does not have options trading on the shares?

TIXXF= Last $0.0060 -TTXXF= Last $0.0063 -TTLLF= Last $0.011
Titan Medical series warrants on a buyout percentage leverage!
Shorts love these long to hedge against a buyout surprise!!
TIXXF-TTXXF-TTLLF Titan series warrants on a buyout!
TTLLF 90 minutes to go to close! One penny gain is 100% profit!! Many pennies is bliss.
Exactly Rocko. They are the best warrants with time if you believe there will be continued upward momentum on the shares in 2021. Its all a game of percentages/leverage and I believe the TTLLF warrants will not remain at sub-penny for much longer. They only need to go up a penny for you to double your money.
TTLLF = TMDI warrants to position oneself to leverage on a buyou! Markets closing at 1pm today.
TTLLF SCOOOOOOOOOP EM!!
TTLLF warrants only available until 1pm today before the weekend!
TTLLF SCOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOP!!
TTLLF Got my bids in, waiting to get filled. Will not be sub-penny on a buyout!
TTLLF 52 week high .036 or a +375% gain from last trade @ .0096
-- and --
TDMI 52 week high 1.75 a +92% gain from last trade @ .91
It's all about the percentages!
TTLLF goes from .0096 to 0.0192 or .0096 sub-penny for a 100% gain.
--or--
TMDI goes from .90 to 1.80 or .90 cents for a 100% gain.
TTLLF warrants last traded sub-penny @ .0096??
We should start to see some action considering the shares are moving forward. A buyout would obviously make someone a nice return.
I'm looking at TTLLF TMDI warrants for the "buyout" leverage in 2021. Low capital outlay, much higher leverage exposure to percentage gains.
FlyBaby: you wrote, "IREP license expired. I confirmed this a few years ago."
Pls post this material information link. I cannot find a copy of the exclusive licence agreement to confirm its expiry date.
Thanks
Here is a paragraph from the article below:
ANOTHER surgical robotic system, now in development, enters the body through a remarkably small incision — six-tenths of an inch, or 15 millimeters. The robot was designed by Drs. Dennis Fowler and Peter Allen of Columbia University and Dr. Nabil Simaan of Vanderbilt University. Once inside the body, it unfolds to reveal a camera system and two snakelike arms that perform the surgery. The system has been licensed to Titan Medical in Toronto.
Interesting Read:
https://www.nytimes.com/2012/11/18/business/single-incision-surgery-via-new-robotic-systems.html
When they went to market with the AMADEUS ROBOTIC SURGICAL SYSTEM back in October 2008, it was originally a four-armed robotic surgical system.
Fast forward to February 2012, Titan Medical entered into an exclusive licence agreement with Columbia University for a novel single-port robotic surgery system, the insertable robotic effector platform. Under the terms of the agreement, the company will have exclusive rights to the development and commercialization of the intellectual property of IREP, developed by Dr. Nabil Simaan.
Does TMD really "OWN" the technology, or only has an "exclusive licence and rights agreement" when acquired from Columbia University, of a single-port robotic surgery system with insertable robotic effector platform?
In this agreement, were there restrictions on what they can and cannot do with it if they don't commercialize it on their own?? Is this the reason that nobody can purchase them??? Are they only marketing the technology for Columbia University??
@Rolly: you write "Fat Lady(no offense Don) has NOT sung yet."
MDT had a chance to sing a long time ago and put TMD out of its misery with a business combination, but decided instead to take door #2 and inject the equivalent of 50% of its market value?! TMD, a science project that doesn't have anyone, not a single entity holding more than 10% to get in its way?? I would understand if they had a substantial shareholder (holding over 20%) or a controlling shareholder (holding over 50%) to have to tippy toe finance. Since the IP's are up for grabs and not a single company stepped up to the plate to secure 10.1%, which would complicate a buyout, that makes me scratch my head. To make it even easier, TMD baited the hook by allowing the poison pill to expire years ago. Again, still no bites!
SCOOOOOOOP!! and back up that truck!!
When you don't have enough money to "properly complete" a product to commercialization, your simply funding a science project by following a moving target due to the evolving technology. Until this company is taken under the wing of a major player with $$$'s, they will simply continue to offer the status quo on what $10 million scraped up here and there will get you. You need to get in front of the curve on commercialization and its something they have never be able to deliver on as a penny stock. Are these "milestones" just a strategy to keep them just behind that curve? Time will tell!
Proxy published on SEDAR just now. Line item 4 to vote is a Share Consolidation. Get ready for another RS!
Insider buying to me is viewed as a negative on TMD as nothing material is happening! There is a strict insider trading blackout period for directors before anything substantial is due to happen in the near future. As also reflected in the ho-hum pr today. Only thing to get this out of a delisting notice is to keep it over one dollar and only a RS is a certain solution as we stand.
