Does TMD really "OWN" the technology, or only has an "exclusive licence and rights agreement" when acquired from Columbia University, of a single-port robotic surgery system with insertable robotic effector platform?
In this agreement, were there restrictions on what they can and cannot do with it if they don't commercialize it on their own?? Is this the reason that nobody can purchase them??? Are they only marketing the technology for Columbia University??
