Ooooops! Should have read farther! Nice job!
GeneO, Great work! But, shouldn't the denomination be .0001?
GeneO, what a classic! This could be the centerpiece for a collage to be displayed at the shareholders' meeting. Other photos could include a mugshot from the Duval County Sheriff.
It would have seemed stranger to me if Jeff had not attended the BOD meeting called by Josh. Jeff's position is that he is still a member of the BOD. What he did not do was participate in decisions which he believed violated the terms of the court order which had just been issued. I, for one, am glad Jeff took the time to attend and witness the actions of the pretend BOD!
Jeff is alive and well, and continuing to work on behalf of all QASP shareholders, but in a manner which complies with the court order. IMHO!
Hilarious, GeneO!
Not his M.O. SJO! Facts are a waste of time in his world!
If you are still in JAX, I hope you will look up Jeff and relay our thanks for all he continues to do on our behalf!
Josh got demoted to COO.
Named himself CEO, Josh COO, Donnell Vigil secretary TODAY.
Tex, I guess we finally got our answer!
Keep us posted on updates, GeneO!
Somewhere in Jacksonville, a Crown Vic just started!
I am not sure where you are getting a 25% figure. Perhaps it is from the old merger conversion rate of 1 for 4, which no longer applies. We have not been promised a certain percentage of the new company under the share swap arrangement until now, so there is no "other 3%"
Thanks you for enduring the trip and for posting great pictures. Those of us who could not go are very grateful that you represented us! Ken
Judging by the ship traffic I can see around the San Diego AIS, I would estimate their system has a range of about sixty miles. Hopefully, that will be enough to see the Kriton approaching.
I think you can track ships all the way across the ocean if you pay for a membership on the site. Freebies only get AIS information.
You won't see the Kriton until she is much closer to Ensenada. The AIS system is land-based and does not reach out to sea beyond about 60 miles. If you have a free account, there might be a two-hour delay, so expect to see her around 5ish PST. The Port of Ensenada does show her arriving tonight!

I am sure there are quite a few people watching vessel tracking websites looking for the first glimpse of the approaching Kriton. I don't expect to see her on delayed (free) screens until about two hours before docking. She will certainly be berthed at EIT#2 and have a few tons of ore onboard before market opens tomorrow!
The Port of Ensenada website now shows the Kriton arriving at 2000hrs on Thursday, consistent with everything we have been told by Bob and Pesquero's contact.

The information entered by the poster is precisely what is on the website!

OK, just discovered that you have to sign up for the free service to view the page. If you are unwilling to do that, you can take my word for the veracity of the information or not...your choice.
Nice try, General, but empty bulkers are of little value in a relief effort. She will dock on Thursday as Bob has been told by his port agent. The arrival date will be updated when she enters the area covered by the Ensenada AIS, which begins about sixty miles offshore.
Interesting new Twitter account:

Puerto Ensenada updates its ship arrival log twice a week, Monday and Friday afternoons. Today's update only lists arrivals through 3/15. Hopefully, we will see our ship on Monday's update. Bob has told a couple of posters that he will hear from his port agent when our ship is ten days out. I hope he has heard by now since the 17th is only six days away.
That is a good site for ship arrivals within a few days. It is actually updated Friday afternoon also. Just have to sort through all the cruise and container ships to find our bulkers. If our ship really comes in on the 17th, it should be listed on the puertoensenada website on Monday, 3/14 after 1500 hours local time.
Chase, I am not saying that this one is our ship. She is the right type and should arrive on the correct date. Bob has told posters that he will get an update from his port agent when our ship is about ten days out. We should know soon.
The ship left the land-based system on that date with a heading of 84 degrees at 15 knots. Perfect for arrival in Ensenada on 3/17.
How long have you been away from sailing? GPS systems are the rage now, especially among large fleets of ships. I sent you a PM with link to Matsons' system. Also, according to vesseltracker.com, virtually all civilian ships are now equipped with AIS transponders. Anyone interested in understanding the how system works can click on:

I see the Maersk Wakayama leaving port, but ships still in the port do not show up for some reason.
Agree! What many do not realize is that there is a connection between oil prices and other commodities, perhaps not dollar-for-dollar, but a connection nonetheless.
As stated before by someone else, $200 oil will adversely affect the operation of many companies, but will not make CWRN unprofitable!
balihi, I have not read an email here that divulged material information. And, I am not criticizing Bob for communicating with individual posters, just pointing out that he is walking a fine line when he does that. And I am saying that these communications are not the basis of the CE.
A CEO walks a fine line when he communicates directly with individual investors. Bob puts out information officially in monthly PRs, but in between those times, he shares information with certain individuals. Such information becomes illegal when the receiver uses it as the basis for trading. While I believe some of that information should be more widely disseminated in filings and PRs, I don't think it is the reason for the CE! OTCMarkets does not like to see sudden price appreciation in stocks that do not report...they assume that there is something sinister going on. Regrettably, proving righteousness does not get the damned thing removed...only updating filings and paying their fees gets it done.
The pile of iron ore is at the bottom right of "A" in the diagram you posted. It will be shipped from that terminal.
Port is puerto ensenada. I have found no evidence of live feed, but perhaps bullit or pesquero might know of one. Wouldn't it be a hoot to watch our iron ore loaded onto the first ship in real time?

Gratefully Dead, I challenge you to name on thing that Bob Cotton has announced in the last year that did not come to pass. Often these events do not occur within the announced time frame, but they eventually happen, as will the events announced in the latest PR (with the exception of a bona bide buy-in, perhaps). There is still a lot of unfinished business, but I am confident that Bob is working to accomplish all that has been PRed.
I believe a tender offer is made to individual shareholders...no vote required. The best explanation of this process is in wikipedia:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tender_offer
In the latest PR, Cotton indicated that the majority shareholders have declined the buy out offer. However, Bob goes on to say that other shareholders should have the right to decide for themselves, which would change the deal to a buy in since the buyer would not be able to gain control of the company. If the buyer can show that he has funding, there could still be a tender offer. I, for one, am not counting on that happening...but who knows?
Is it that hard for you to believe that the buying pressure has returned after yesterday's chaos? This company has excellent fundamentals for a pinksheet stock! Most folks recognize that even if much of it is forward looking. You can doubt it all you want but Bob Cotton is on the verge of profitability and investors understand that!
I accessed the Edgar website, found Cotton and Western, but apparently the 14-D has not been published yet.
http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?company=Cotton+and+Western&match=contains&CIK=&filenum=&State=&Country=&SIC=&owner=exclude&Find=Find+Companies&action=getcompany
You could not be more wrong, iphone! Most longs recognized the buying opportunity that happened yesterday. I know I did! Why would anyone sell on the eve of the first shipment of iron ore?
