It would have seemed stranger to me if Jeff had not attended the BOD meeting called by Josh. Jeff's position is that he is still a member of the BOD. What he did not do was participate in decisions which he believed violated the terms of the court order which had just been issued. I, for one, am glad Jeff took the time to attend and witness the actions of the pretend BOD!
