As Bugs Bunny says, "Eh... What's up, doc?"
I guess no one has any cash yet. Well, all of my shares will be taken away at $.35. Now, do you recommend buying back in? If so, when?
Now I am confused. Who owns a stake in MMPI Acquisition LLC?
Soon all of us who tendered so long ago will find our brokerage accounts filled with cash. I only have one question. Where do we go next?
EI sure did hit the nail on the head about the date!
Roth Capital and Sterne Agee seem to a little late to the party. 56Chevy and EI had this one pegged about a dollar less per share!
I am member, too. Besides the fact that Judge Wilson is knows the case, would there be any other benefit to being heard in District Court versus the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel?
Is the recent downward price movement something you expected?
No way anyone here knows. If they did, that's got to be insider information.
Now MMPIQ starts selling assets. How can they do this?
Actually, I would expect a higher price be paid to those who voluntary tendered. I think those who voluntarily tendered shares and will lose control of 100 percent of their shares should be paid the same $.45 as insiders.
I, too, have learned a great deal.
Appeal? On what grounds?
You may not remember that my grandfather left 8000 Preferred C shares to my mother upon his death. It was the subject of my first post. Well $200,000 would nice to get back someday, but her CPA told her to sell to offset other gains.
What are the current symbols?
Some here are relying on the "greater fool theory".
Make your money while you can.
Why bother? I can't imagine anyone finding anything that EI has not already discovered. Looks to me like Trustee Sher would need to win 100% of what he is seeking in the lawsuits plus get the creditors to take a huge haircut for there ever be anything left for common shareholders.
It is entirely too early to be talking about future PPS.
The pace seems to be picking up. It appears there are only a few holdouts. What is BofA's issue?
You should really return now! You know this case better than anyone else.
I bet you were mad seeing shares trade at $.40 afterwards?
Each month of delay costs the estate (i) the interest carry of $650,000 per month, (ii) ongoing legal costs which could be estimated at $1.0 million per month and (iii) accrued interest on non-settling secured creditors in excess of $1.0 million per month, and erodes approximately 2 months of working capital.
Wow!
It's time to play "Deal or No Deal"!
Great advice, EI. I wonder if anyone actually listened? No skin in this one for me. Just fun watching.
Strange! I guess it's still worth a second look? Would you mind providing us the trade data for the day?
Not me. I noticed your February post, so added as a favorite then. Wow! Got any more ideas like this one you can share? LOL
Looks like equity on the low side comes in at $75 million.
$450 assets x 70 percent = $315 assets
$315 assets discounted - $240 debt = $75 equity
Looks like MMPIQ is still cheap? How many shares will be outstanding?
How do you see this thing playing out tomorrow?
Got your PM. My letter went out this afternoon. Going to admit my share count changed once MMPIQ broke the $.50. I sold more than half. Been able to buy back some at lower prices. Since you guys are still at work here, there must still be some profit to be had!
Looks like the high speed train just got derailed. I guess negotiations will not be as smooth going forward for the plan proponents?
Don't be frustrated. Your posts are helpful to other investors here. You're valuable on the outside.
Any interest in being an assistant?
Have you found it? The Form 4 shows sales of stock.

Wish I could get my total claim amount! $363,720
Looking to make some money? Steer clear!
What happened here?
Great call. The stock was down more than 7% today!
Looks like the FCAL biz plan to me. Don't see any EI posts.
EI isn't going to tell you when to buy, sell or prices, but it sure pays to mark any board he has posted on! I figured it out a long time ago.
It was too quick this time.
Looks like even if ROIC comes up short of EI's prediction and hits say $18, ROICW would be worth $6 at expiration date. Looks pretty good to me! I'm in.
I'm trying to understand the deal.
CYSU shareholders will receive a $.05772 cash dividend plus one share of new stock. If the deal goes through, W-Net Fund I LP would get $222,898.54 in cash. It appears that W-Net Fund I LP gets $12,769.03 in cash above its cost. Doesn't seem to be a huge windfall for doing a deal?
Loser for me. I got out at the end of the year. However, I'm sure it was a bigger loser for you - more than just money.
CYSU - up 120 percent today on low volume. Hit $1.01. Now trading $.40/$.70.
It appears the business model will transform from in-house to personal sales like Mary Kay, Avon, Pampered Chef, etc.
Pretty impressive Board of Directors. These guys all have media experience.
