It would probably be the bigger ones since ag and cemi trucks are the main focus. The cheapest is $1595.00. Dealer cost is probably around $1000.00 so that would be $50,000.00 on the table.
Doing business with a company that is at .0001 is not good for stock price either. Good call.
That was right before I made like 1000% on this stock. AHHHH good memories:)
You say we cannot trust our CEO. I dont trust EC__ 's CEO. Why should I? His co is in a lot more trouble than ours.
We have 15 min lets close strong!
"Another subsidiary, Hoss Motor Sports, has designed and developed an off-road commercial utility vehicle and is in the process of manufacturing the UTV with joint venture partner Dong Feng Motors of China."
I did add Hoss. Is is not the truth? PR today said it was. It looks good in there.
Traditionally included as one of the "big 3" Chinese automakers,Dongfeng is currently in the top 4 along with Chang'an Motors, FAW Group, and Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation. As well as buses, trucks, and cars sold eponymously at home and abroad, it also manufactures parts.
Dongfeng is the Chinese partner in many joint ventures with foreign companies. As of 2011 it has more Sino-foreign joint ventures than any other Chinese automaker.
Joint ventures
Dongfeng is the Chinese partner in many joint ventures that make trucks and cars.
Cummins
A subsidiary of Dongfeng subsidiary Dongfeng Automobile Co Ltd, Dongfeng Cummins Engine Co Ltd is a joint venture with American engine-maker Cummins that was established in 1995 and manufactures truck engines, etc.
Hoss
Hoss Motor Sports is focused on the production of OFF-ROAD vehicles that are built to withstand the punishment of every day commercial use and are customized to meet the needs of special interest groups.
Dana Dongfeng established its joint venture with American parts-maker Dana Corporation, Dongfeng Dana Axle Co, c. 2005. As of 2011, Dana and Dongfeng both have 50% ownership of this joint venture.
Honda
Based in Wuhan, Hubei province, Dongfeng Honda Automobile Company was established in 2003 and manufactures Honda-branded SUVs and automobiles for the Chinese-market. Products produced by this joint venture with Honda include the Honda Civic hybrid and the CR-V. Dongfeng also owns 10% of Honda's importer in Guangdong Province, Honda Automobile (China) Company.
In 2010 its model line included what was China's most-purchased SUV that year, the CR-V. Other Honda-branded models sold in China are made by Guangqi Honda Automobile (of the Guangzhou Automobile Group), but in 2004 Honda made an agreement that allowed it to sell Dongfeng-built CR-Vs through Guangzhou's showrooms.
Kia
A joint venture with the Korean Kia Motors, Dongfeng Yueda Kia Automobile Co is based in Yancheng, Jiangsu province and produces Kia-branded automobiles for the Chinese market.
While Kia car assembly began at a non-Dongfeng affiliated company with the Kia Pride in 1997 at Jiangsu Yueda Auto Works, an equally owned partnership (Yueda Kia Motors) was formed in 1999, and Dongfeng took over half of Jiangsu Yueda's ownership of that in March 2002. Kia has a 50% share while Dongfeng and Jiangsu Yueda Investment Co Ltd (SSE: 600805) each hold 25% ownership.
In 2010 its Sportage was the 8th most-purchased SUV in China.
The company has two production bases in China.
Nissan
Nissan and Dongfeng have a long-standing relationship. Early on, the Chinese company produced diesel-powered Nissan trucks built from complete knock down kits, and Nissan has lent Dongfeng technical assistance. When the Chinese State began allowing foreign automakers access to its market though joint ventures with Chinese companies, Nissan chose Dongfeng. It remains the only Chinese parter of Nissan, although each foreign automaker is allowed two Chinese partners.
Dongfeng Motor Company
Established in 2002 and beginning operations with Nissan in July 2003, Dongfeng Motor Co Ltd manufactures Dongfeng-branded heavy trucks, Dongfeng and Nissan-branded light commercial vehicles, and passenger vehicles for the Chinese market. A few of its Dongfeng-branded light commercial vehicles have been exported to Afghanistan, Pakistan, Africa, and the Middle East.
It is equally owned by Dongfeng Motor Group Co and Nissan China Investment Co, and as of 2010 it is the largest joint venture automobile manufacturer in China.
Other Nissan activities
Dongfeng Rich (Rui Qi, Zhengzhou ZN1021)Other joint ventures include the Dongfeng Nissan-Diesel Company, which produces heavy trucks, and Dongfeng Nissan Passenger Vehicle Co, a unit of Dongfeng Motor Company that makes automobiles for the domestic market and has exported to Egypt. Another unit of Dongfeng Motor Company, Zhengzhou Nissan Automobile Co, manufactures light commercial vehicles. Most Zhengzhou products are sold under the Dongfeng brand, such as the Dongfeng Rich (Rui Qi), a reworked Nissan D22.
Infiniti
Infiniti-branded vehicles are most probably imported.
PSA
Peugeot-CitroënMain article: Dongfeng Peugeot-Citroën Automobile
Dong Feng Peugeot Citroën Automobile Company is a joint venture with PSA Peugeot-Citroën set up in 1992 and based in Wuhan, capital of Hubei province.
Currently selling a range of Peugeot and Citroën models, its first offering was a hatchback built from semi-complete knock-down kits, the ZX Fukang. Its first Peugeot-branded product was introduced in 2002.
Some of the engines made by this joint venture are used in other Dongfeng passenger car products the Fengshen S30 and H30, for example.
Yulon
An equally owned joint venture with Taiwanese automaker Yulon Motors, Dongfeng Yulon (or Dongfeng Luxgen or Dongfeng Yulong), was set up in 2009 and will manufacture Yulon's Luxgen models in China after the completion of a planned production base in the Hangzhou Xiaoshan Linjiang Industrial Zone in 2011. The cars will be sold in China and production capacity will initially be 240,000 units/year. 120,000 of these units are vehicles and the other half engines.
As of late 2010, 35 out of a planned 60 sales outlets have signed on to sell the Taiwanese cars. This JV is Dongfeng's second try at a cooperation with this Taiwanese company.
But you also have to understand that most foreign auto and motorcycle companies have plants there and have manufacturing deals with Chinese companies. Dongfeng makes the honda CRV, civic, and nissan vehicles. They obviously are getting better about stealing designs. Also many engines are made there and rebadged here anyway.
This is why we stick around on this company and stock. Oh yeah!
HTI performed over 135 demonstrations during the two shows with a 100% success rate showing over an 18% improvement in fuel economy.
Completed daily installations of the Wildcat system and compiled a list of several hundred leads over the course of the two shows.
"We have several very large companies with significant size fleets of trucks, cars, stationary equipment, farm tractors and OTR's. We are confident we will achieve significant sales from the leads.
Penn State Agriculture Department which boasts a state-of-the-art engine diagnostic facility and has shown a willingness to discuss measurement and verification testing for the Wildcat for increasing MPG, HP and torque, and also measure the reductions in harmful emissions.
"HTI sees a significant opportunity to capitalize on this change in policy", said CEO Charlton Coats.
Hoss Motor Sports, has designed and developed an
off-road commercial utility vehicle and is in the process of manufacturing the
UTV with joint venture partner Dong Feng Motors of China.
I guess that someone at the company is reading the board. That should get rid of some doubt.
"They paid hedge fund debt with shares because they don't have the money to pay as agreed. "
Not a correct statement. Give us proof.
The Joint venture is intact between HHHI and Dongfeng unless you prove otherwise. You have not proven anything against it yet. That PR says nothing about Madami. Infer this infer that is all you do. I believe the burden of proof lies with you.
Trust me I have watched this stock so long I see chart lines when I close my eyes. They are burned in my retinas.
Everyone is waiting and watching instead of buying today.
Need to be slapping the ask.
HTI is testing the system on a number of over-the-road vehicles for a global company with a massive fleet, Coats said. He is not yet ready to discuss details but said the potential customer is pleased so far with the increased mileage per gallon of fuel and reduction of emissions from carbon and other toxic gasses.
This is the here and now and what we are all focused on!
You are proving your madami statement with a forward looking PR. Why cant I? That PR was done from Texas with no approval from Farmingtion quoting a CEO that probably did not say it. Did you notice they called it a supercell? Have you ever heard the new management call it a supercell. It has never been called that. That pr was done while hump was diluting shares and making up anything that would give a bump in share price.
I have seen the pictures of the hoss being built in China. I have seen pictures of the engine being moved back, new design built. DongFeng is building it. We have not seen a whole lot of money going to them on the financials and I don't believe they would do it for free. They must have an interest in the project.
Make up a good story for me about why DF would build it for free.

Today : Wednesday 25 August 2010
Highline Technical Innovations, Inc., (PINKSHEETS: HLNT), majority shareholder of Highline Hydrogen Hybrids, announced today it has received a signed Letter Of Intent from Dong Feng Motors, China's second largest domestic auto maker.
The Letter Of Intent (LOI) addresses three different ventures in which the two companies have been in dialogue. The letter of intent addresses the formation of a joint venture with HTI's majority owned subsidiary, Hoss Motor Sports, with Dong Feng Motors to manufacture, market and distribute the Hoss UTV. The letter of intent also addresses the formation of a joint venture between HTI's majority owned subsidiary, Highline Hybrids, and Dong Feng Motors relating to implementation and production of Highline Hybrid's hydrogen generator. The third focus of the letter of intent is the formation of a joint venture between the two companies to refurbish and rebuild auto components. Highline Technical Innovations, Inc. will release details to the public of these joint ventures as they are negotiated.
CEO Charlton Coats stated, "We are very pleased with our progress. Relationships take time to build, but when they are formed, they can be very beneficial. We have posed the question many times in our office what the ramifications would be if an auto manufacturer was willing to integrate our technology into their processes. We are one step closer to this possibility. We will continue to negotiate these joint ventures while maintaining our vigilance in aggressively pursuing the OTR and agricultural markets with our hydrogen generators. The results our units are achieving in these markets simply can't be ignored."
The Hoss UTV may be viewed at http://www.hossusa.com. Information on the Wildcat hydrogen generator may be viewed at www.highlinehybrids.com.
that is actually the LOI talking about the joint venture. sig page only.
It was posted here when it happened. Have it as my profile pick here. I will have to look back to find a more legible copy.
There is. I have read a copy of it. Have you?
I don't have to ask I know. He is working on behalf of HLNT. It was in a press release last year or the year before. Don't question what I know.
here we go. this is what i am talking about!
I agree but we only have 1 sellor now as far as I can tell. Hopefully he/she is done.
Im talking about the stock price. If they would raise it the stock would go up and the sellor would get more per share.
There is a deal with DongFeng on the Hoss.
Whoever is selling is an idiot because they could raise the price and make more money.
bid and ask raised up primed to move.
Looks like we are ready to move up.
I would hold. I believe in management and the decisions they are making. We should hear something soon. I don't believe Coats would say anything about a fleet deal unless it was close to a deal.
Not sure. They make dealers buy a certain volume a month and abide by a contract and if they do not they could get dropped.
I hung around for about 15 minutes to try to ask more questions but everyone was on the phone with their doors closed. I felt like a goon setting there so I waived and took off.
I set up and attended a meeting at highline with a rep from JB Hunt to price shipment on the Hoss from Shanghi to Farmington. I think JB is going to be able to save them a lot of money in freight. That deal is still going just held up by EPA.
I hit the ask for the change in my account this morning. It went through on the ask. I did not talk to them about the building. I think they spent some money last quarter on construction. The new building is not a necessity until Hoss starts being delivered. That is what the additional room is needed for. I believe the large selling volume was a dealer that was dropped and sold his large amount of shares. Most were being sold by the same person and a dealer was dropped the same day.
I went to Highline yesterday. Mel was not there. I talked to Charlie breifly. He said things were going really good. I had to leave his office because he had to shut the door and take a phone call. Also Feemster had to close the door for a call. Another gentleman (not sure who we was) was calling and following up with customers. Obviously they were busy and keeping things behind closed doors. They are doing demos on Thursday.
The bubbler is made of thicker material than oem gas tanks. Gasoline, batteries, freon, tires all are explosive and they are on vehicles. Nitrogen is in tires now. Every vehicle on the road has something that could explode. Like I have said in the past I have had 8 of these on multiple vehicles. I have done numerous demos on vehicles of friends. I never had any melt or blow up or anything like that.
People continue to scrape the barrel to discredit the product. They have not bought, owned or even seen the product in action. The product does work. It does have to be tuned per vehicle application and adjusted as time goes by and maintained properly but it does work.
Wildcats do not tamper with ECU's so we are good. They are installed like you would instal a radio or amplifier or a fan in the cab. The computer doesn't know it is attached because the hydrogen goes in the system post maf sensor. I have installed 8 of them myself.
Somebody is going to make good money on that dip.
1 guy mad getting out. Should be sold out soon.
Ton of Volume today!
