Thanks, much obliged.
I am not a paid sub, and please excuse my ignornace but I am not familiar with Ibox. How do I access that? Like I said I am not unfamiliar with many things on this board, and normally only read and post. I would appreciate any help you could offer.
Thank you. Do you know off hand what the two most recent submissions were for?
What is the October FDA approval for? The other two 510's they filed recently are approval to use the patch to treat what? Does anyone know what these approvals will allow the patch to be used for?
I am not trying to stir up anything Clint. I was not attacking you, if it seemed that way I would like to offer my apology. Your responses to any of my posts in the past have been civil and I thank you. I was being sarcastic about a post on the Yahoo board that I had thought was you. That person is now saying that we will hit $1.30 "next" week instead of this week. Once again I must have been mistaken, and I apologize for my sarcasm, that's not my style, and I do need to practice what I preach. Good luck to man!
This is a "discussion" board about various topics. When someone offers up a topic purely for discussion in order to see others viewpoint there is no need to attack that person just because they bring up a subject that others are unwilling to talk about. Many here on this board are always suspicious of others just for having a different viewpoint, and choose to attack rather than discuss that viewpoint in a civil manner. Many of the invaluable contributors to this board, myself "not" being one of them have been driven away from here because of others nastiness. I only come here to learn from those who are far more knowledgeable than myself. I ask questions that some find annoying, but I do so without any type of agenda other than to learn. Many others do the same on this board as myself, and are chastised as well for their comments. No one here found anything wrong with MadClown's posts before yesterday, until he posted thoughts that were contrary to the collective, and for that he was essentially branded a trader. Xenn is right with his comments, and it appears the nastiness has now driven him away. Whose next? If you don't like what someone has to say just ignore them, afterall "we all rely on our own DD don't we"! You don't have to attack others to make yourself feel good about your own decisions, plain and simple.
Would be nice. This trading range is getting a bit monotonous and hopefully we break out of it soon.
You got that right. Seems like they were trying to scare up some shares below .90 by attempting to induce panic. A little reminiscent of yesterdays action. MM's need to get some new material.
Hard to watch but look at the volume. Should be over 20,000,000 bought before the end of trading. Traders are loading up for the next move, while profit takers are locking in those profits. IMO we are not far away from a significant move.
High teens before any pullback.
Locking in profits right now. Big blocks will be bought back shortly, just a matter of time. This ran up what 3000% in how long? The large blocks IMO opinion are being sold to lock in profits before the next run up.
I don't want anything, what I would like is information with more substance. When I talk about assurances I am referring to the fact that high bond prices don't necessarily translate into security for the commons, especially bonds that are unsecured and offered in a bk company who has yet to submit it's plan, that's all I'm saying. I don't expect any assurances, but intend to hold my shares until I get a better indication of where things will end up, at which point I will have a decision to make.
Dumping and repositioning IMO. This will rebound soon. Testing low's once again.
"People are not stupid, they don't buy long term bonds on a Bk company if they don't think it would come out of it". That assessment is correct, however it gives no assurances to the shareholders. I haven't seen any assurances since I've held this stock, however I am a gambler and like the current odds. I intend to hold until I see something a little more concrete.
The announcement of some new orders would be nice, or an update on the new heat sinks under developement as well!
Buying outpacing selling by more than 2 to 1 and we're under .09, someone knows this is going up and the MM's are holding this back in order to allow those folks the opportunity to load up on some cheap shares before this turns upward, plain and simple, IMO!
Agreed time to move on. The risks were there from day one and from my perspective I have seen "nothing" to indicate that the risks have increased, time to push forward.
The MM's are holding this back in order to load the boat before the ship sails. They are packing them in under .09, but the boat will be launched soon.
The anticipated FDA approval in October will give BIEL the right to use their patch for treating what ailment? What about the other two submissions, what will FDA approval allow them to use the patch for on those two? The patch will generate different amounts of revenue for different uses and I'm trying to figure out how much of an increase in revenue they will recieve if these submissions are given approval, just not 100% clear which submissions are targeting which ailment?
Recovering nicely. I think many who sold yesterday took advantage of the panic and are buying back in today. I would imagine that there were some shorts yesterday also who saw what was happening and jumped in on the action and are covering positions today. I think we will see enough volume today to drive this over $1. Good luck to all who had "bolas de acero" to hang in there yesterday!
Clint is now on the Yahoo board giving assurances that we will hit $1.30 - $1.40 by the end of "next" week. His predictions were fairly accurate up to this point but he is way off on his latest one.
Sklauble I am much more polite than most on this board and would never tell someone to sell and move on. I have taken alot of crap myself from some on this board for many of my past posts, just because I brought up topics that I thought had real merit, but were considered by some on this board to be taboo. I've always appreciated your civilized responses and I agree with your sentiments. Seems like "many" were alright with MC when he was optimistic, but quickly turned on him when he said things that they didn't want to hear, today being a case in point. I think MC's post today had many legitimate concerns, and obviously so did many others. His post today may or may not be cause for concern, hopefully we will have answers to his concerns shortly. I don't disregard what MC posted today, these issues have always been a real concern for me, and it will keep me cautious about my position until I exit it, however at the same time I plan to stay around longer until I see other facts that will convince me it's time to get out. MadClown's service to this board was invaluable, as were the "facts" he posted, however I think many ignored what he had to say because what was posted was only his interpretations. I myself have a Missouri mentality "show me". I am willing to risk things a little longer until I see more evidence to back up what MC posted, that's why I mentioned long and strong.
In other words they are flipping or repositioning themselves for a future run. If you knew this stock was going to take off shortly why not drive the price down and buy back more shares in a few days at a cheaper price, stock trading 101. It just sucks knowing what's happening and having to wait, tries ones patience.
Have a good night all. Tommorrow should give us a better indication of what really happened today. Don't forget that all we have up to this point is sheer speculation and interpretations as to what the final outcome will be. I for one need more than just an explanation of something that is not immediately obvious. The risks are the same today as they were yesterday, and until I see a PR or something in writing telling me that my investment will soon be worthless, I'm holding long and strong. Like Darwin says, the ones that survive are the ones that are best able to adapt and adjust to the changing environment in which they find themselves", don't panic. Later folks.
Not very hard to issue employees new shares in reorganized company, though I doubt that will happen. Long and strong!!!!!
Definitely a domino affect from MC's post, however there were beneficiaries to all the selling. Someone could have easily sacrificed a portion of their holdings in an attempt to create a domino affect. Someone or some group seized on MC's post in my opinion. If things were that bad the volume would have been much..much..much more and the closing price would be showing much more than a 7% loss.
It appears that something has caused a selloff, and MC's post seems to be having more of an affect than many choose to believe.
Is it time to abandon ship?
Forward it to tom.pluta@gmail.com Yoda. I would like to see his thoughts. By the way posting my address causes me no concern.
If you can't share MC's thoughts could you possibly give us some direction as to where to look in the court documents, possibly dates or docket #'s? Could you please tell us what item or items in the court documents MC was looking at, so we can make our own conclusions. I'm more curious than anything and plan to hold my position.
When is the roller coaster ride going to end? This stock is about as interesting as watching grass grow. Let's hope for some news soon, please!
The day isn't over yet!
Has anyone looked at the court documents lately? I took a look at them last night and didn't notice anything I would interpret as bad news for the future. Everything that transpires during court proceedings gets recored in the documents, so unless there is something that got left out there doesn't appear to be anything that would case concern, then again I'm not an attorney. Has anyone seen something in the documents that gives you concern?
I must have missed it, thank you Jax. Sad to see MC go, his info and insight were invaluable to this board.
Would anyone care to share Madclown's email address with me? He has done great work for this board and I thank him immensely. I respect his decision to get out of this stock and I'm sure he has legitimate justification for doing so, although I would be a liar if I said I wasn't curious as to why he made such a decision. I would appreciate his email if anyone has it so that I can contact him about his reasons.
How old is that video? He said 3 or 4 months before the Allay patch is on the shelf. Does that timeline include the time it takes for the FDA approval? Which FDA submission will get this patch on the shelves in 3 or 4 months, the one coming in October or the ones allegedly just submitted? It appears they are ready to go as soon as the FDA gives the go ahead.
Are you still holding to your $1.30 prediction by Thursday CW?
Both might not be such a bad thing? If an asset sale doesn't cover all the bonds there would be minimal dilution, perhaps 1 for 1. New shares issued at a higher price and we get to exchange our old shares for new, could happen, maybe?
That would be nice, and if it does happen I hope there is news of it before the POR, though chances are we'll probably have to wait until the POR release.
Rogerson stated unsecured creditors were pretty receptive to the 5 year plan, POR should be confirmed without any setbacks.
