Round..per our conversation...I checked with Scottrade. You cannot sell a pinkie via market price. Also you have to sell by the margin that they establish for a penny stock...T.D.Ameritrade here I come. This sure limits one's ability to buy and sell.
Join the club...made the same mistake..but it won't happen again.
From your post Mykeyre..Thanks!
This is an amazing little company that won't stay little for long. Their mission is to find and develop nonexhaustible forms of energy. With major players like Exxon and Dow comming into the game, interest is at an all time high.
You can own this stock at UNDER 3 cents a share!! I believe this is a ground floor opportunity. The managment is solid and they are releasing positive news constantly. There also is a large group of "Zeng" loyal shareholders, who believe in this company so much, I feel the price is well supported, and can go nowhere but up.
Get in on this stock now, and you can own 100,000 shares for less than 3k... This could easily run to .25 in just a few weeks..netting you a handsome profit.
Count me in as one of those "loyal" shareholders. This one is a winner no matter what Wiz and DD and others say.
Jack...my point in posting the article was simply that if these
Asian countries increase their gold reserves by 10% that this is going to drive the price of gold up. Of course this is speculative but, non the less, because the value of the dollar is falling, gold is going to be much more in demand. Maybe this will take time to affect the PPS of MDMN, but it just makes me realize that this stock has even more potential than most can even begin to imagine. The golden rule, "he who has the gold rules." It is going to be exciting just to see where this goes in the next few months. IMO
King..you are absolutely right. I got caught in the pump and dump scheme. Finally sold last week and lost a bundle. Hope no one buys this stock. It is a loser. Look at their financials.
Super...do you have information that there is another PR coming out and about when?
If you will read down a few post back you will see pertinent information posted.
Wizard:
Zenergy International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ZENG) is pleased to announce that the company has successfully closed on the acquisition of Greenlight Biofuels Ltd. and its assets for total consideration of about $1.5 million. This acquisition considerably expands the revenue generating capability of Zenergy International by way of providing the resources to create the biodiesel planned as well as the existing client base purchasing the fuel. This is the first of numerous planned acquisitions expected that will significantly increase the spectrum of industry verticals and the evolving market it will serve.
ZENG has come through on all it's projected business plan. They announced they would make acquistions, and look here, according to their plan is the first of numerous acquisitions!. What would make anyone think that they don't intend to carry through on the "other planned acquistions". Doesn't make sense to anyone except you.
It will happen but you will still be here wasting your time trying to convience someone, probably yourself, Zeng is not a good investment.
Wizard: what part of "has acquired" is forward looking. And do you think the company has posted deceptive information on the wire?
Wizard: does this answer your question?

Arp..needed this post. Held my position on the run up when my friends sold. Believe this stock is destined to move much higher.
Just can't let the negative post determine my investment. your post is good for those of us new to investing in pinkies.
Round...is the end of the world coming? You confess there is something you don't know much about. WOW...never thought I would hear you stay that. You must have taken your humility pills. If you read my post carefully you would see that the main point is if Asian countries, i.e.,China, Japan, India, Russia..and others decided to boost their gold holding by 10% it will cause gold to soar. My point being, that as much as I see poster speculating, no one can really project just how high the PPS of this stock will go. There are a lot of tangibles that can affect the price, but if these things fall into place, we are looking at being in the right stock at the right time. For those that have held on for so long, I believe there is a "pot of gold" at the end of the proverbial rainbow. Let's just hope that next week brings us the news we have all been waiting for.
Hey Round: this from email I received. Doesn't it make sense that while the price of gold is moving up JJ and the rest would get this done.
While profligate governments and large institutional investors – like Rogers and Paulson – are bolstering the price of gold, the real gains in gold will come when central banks step up their purchases to diversify their foreign exchange reserves.
The total value of the world's gold is around $6 trillion at today's prices, versus about $200 trillion in global financial assets. India already bought 200 metric tonnes in November. Russia, Mauritius, and Sri Lanka also bought gold.
The U.S., the world's largest gold owner, holds 8,133 metric tonnes, around 77% of its total foreign exchange reserves. The Bank of France holds 71% of its reserves. The Bank of Italy, 67%.
Compare that to Asia... China, the world's sixth-largest owner of gold with more than 1,000 metric tonnes, has less than 2% of total reserves in gold (at $1,100 an ounce). Japan holds only 2.7%. India holds 7.5% (including the recent purchase). Russia, 4.9%. Hong Kong holds nearly zero.
So what happens when these countries decide to boost their gold reserves? Look at these numbers from Ian McCulley of Grant's Interest Rate Observer. (Also, thanks to Grant's for the numbers on foreign central banks' gold holdings):
If the nine [foreign exchange reserve holders in the world that are currently "underweight" gold] got it into their heads to boost their gold holdings to 10% of their reserves, they would have to acquire 11,174 metric tons, to 25%, they would need 33,254 metric tons.
For perspective, existing official holdings currently sum to 29,634 metric tons, or 20% of the aforementioned 150,000 metric tons of aboveground gold.
In other words, gold will soar.
Steve: Thanks for taking time to post this information. As a relatively new trader,I got burned really bad on one of those pump and dump schemes. Now, I have steped back and trying to determine what plan of investing I need to follow. I know I need to do my own DD, and that I will do. But are you saying for the most part, following those that send out emails recommending stocks for the most part will not benefit investor like me. If so, are there any that you could recommend? For those who are going to say, "don't invest more than you can afford to lose". I know that, but just want to improve my investing skills.
Hey Pappelsnap...just signed up. Are you still on the board?
Thanks guys for pointing me to the website. I went there but unfortunately I have to get off this computer for awhile and don't have time to get everything set up. I would like to chat with you. But...for what it's worth...IMO...we are VERY close.
I know it's easy for people to say on this board that they have "sources"...without giving more info. but stay tuned. I believe we will "soon" (heard those words before..can't believe they are coming out of my mouth...)see this thing happen.
Please excuse my lack of being in the know, but can you point me to paltalk? Thanks!
Don: I hear what you are saying. Thanks for bringing clarity to your post. I know that it carries a lot of weight when someone says, "we will know soon". Very familiar words aren't they for those of us who have been around for a time...without realizing it we can become very cynical. I really think that if this doesn't happen by at least the first of the year, no matter what, I will sell and go on to hopefully better days with the pinkies.
I will not be one to stay around and beat down someone's investment. I think "bashers" are the lowest of the lowest.
I do feel I have a very good reliable source and it can't be traced back to Les. Kirks post was very encouraging and it only confirms what I have heartd from others.
I hope this stock brings us all a great Christmas!
Super...
"Management deserves no kudos for their treatment of shareholders and will get none from me even if this thing comes through."
Maybe I left the wrong impression in my earlier post, but this expresses my sentiments exactly. I think we all believe that there are positives to "holding on to this stock". We all realize the potential this stock has to help us financially. But does that mean we can't be objective about the way management has treated it's stock holders. Personally,it may not mean anything to them, but I hold them accountable for the less than "respectable" way they have treated us all. Just meaningful
timely updates would go a long way in helping us keep a postive attitude.
DonD: Did you read my post carefully? I did not give 5 x's the space to reasons that everyone should doubt. In fact, I said that the recent information that I received was NOT from Les, but was a source from someone other than Les. Therefore against all previous "reliable" information, I choose to be positive and again believe that this can happen... based on the new information I had..."hopefully" before the end of the year.
But if misread your response in that you were in some defending this company then I sincerely apologize. But I believe that's what these forums are for. I believe that the fact that I hold stock in this company give me EVERY right to express my frustration and dissatisfaction with the way this company has treated it's stockholders. Sharing "personal misery"...my life's ambition! Wow...where did that come from? You're reading more into this than is intended. Man you went way overboard. But, some blast those who try to bring something of the voice of reason. Are you in that camp?
But just so you might understand where I am coming from. I have stood on the sidelines for a long time and just read the post and kept my mouth shut. Maybe all this is just coming from a long time of frustation and saying nothing. But I'm not going away and and if you feel I'm jabbing at you or others, so be it.
What else can one do? In recent days information that I received was from someone else than Les, thus my statement that is "believed this can "possibly" happen soon, possibly before the end of the year. Heard those words before? I refuse to believe any information that ultimately can be traced back to him. What are you doing? Defending a company that has dragged it's stock holders through YEARS of "holding the golden carrot" in front of their eyes. Like one poster said, "we are stuckholders". I refused to exit and take a beating on this stock. I'm in until the "soon to happen" glorious event takes place. But for me it can't come soon enough.
Well for what it's worth my sources assure me that this will eventually pay off, hopefully before the end of the year. I know a lot of people have had their hopes smashed by the "wait until tomorrow" "be patient it's gonna happen"...how long is long enough. Let's do it JJ...start treating your stock holders with some dignity and respect.
I certainly hope that this is not JJ having an "inflated" value of the real worth of this property. As they stay, "beauty is in the eye of the beholder" and just maybe the beauty ain't worth what he thinks it is.
We will soon know. IMO, if this doesn't happen by Jan. 2010, it ain't gonna happen.
Steve..I share your frustration, only I have not been holding this stock for ten years. How did you do it? Man, you must either be a great man of faith in this stock, or very desperate or .....very stupid (you said it). I think I am all three. As I see how this thing has played out, with Les and JJ, I wonder how anyone could hang in there for soooo long. And continue to believe that they just can't get this thing done. Best to US... someone needs relief....so please someone shoot. It's either me or that bobcat in the tree.
Well I don't need to hold this stock for ten years to say that I'm tired of hearing the "next week" pump. For me, if I find out the source is Les, I'm going to factor in a credibility rating of zero. At what point does one say, "this company is nothing more that a scam or whatever" and Les and JJ can't be trusted today, tomorrow or ever. The problem is most of us are so deep we can't move on without the PPS moving up. Come on Les, give us another "bogus" PR so the PPS can move up and we can move on.
Please accept my apology if I over reacted but man, am I ever frustrated with this stock. It seems like people have got their heads stuck in the sand and keep making excuses for this company.
I know I haven't owned this stock for years, but long enough to know we are getting played big time. And my money is just as good as theirs. I bet ole' JJ and Les have had some good laughs as they go to the bank, as they think of the enduring stock holders who have held out hope for this to someday pay off. I sure hope their wait get rewarded, and if it is going to happpen, I hope it's soon, because if and when this gets to my exit point I'm taking my mola somewhere else.
How do you know? I can't prove what I stated, but I know where my information came from and how it was passed down and it is all traced back to one source...Les. And I think we just need to be objective. I'm not accusing him of anything, but there's a skunk in the woodpile and I think that odor come from his direction.
Basher! So one has to always say something positive or they get labeled a basher. Dude, I own lots of shares of this stock. I have ever right to express my opinion about how things could be playing out here. It's time for those of us who own this stock to quit "patronizing" Les and others and start looking at what may be at work here. I may not have owned this stock as long as some of the others, but I have ever right to express my thoughts. After reading this board for so many months and watching how this is playing out, I think JJ, Les and the rest of his cohorts have played us all like a violin. And yes, just as soon as I can get out and at least break even, I am GONE!!!
Hope this makes it to the board, because I think this merits some possible consideration. Please don't be to hard on me...don't post much but I along with many on this board are very frustrated at how things are playing out here.
1.) Why should any of us trust a man like Les who has such a "tainted" background like him. I did my DD on him and it doesn't look good. As the ole'saying goes, A leopard doesn't change it's spots.
2.) MDMN was at .0040 on 02/20/09
3.) Someone with connections to Medinah encourages "friends" to buy heavily into MDMN knowing that he can run the stock PPS up.
4.) Someone who knows how to get information out, puts out "bogus" information that runs the stock to where it is now.
5.) Lot's of money made on that move.
Anyway, that's my take, and if we don't get an announcement soon on LDM...or the JV...food for thought.
Lock..if I am reading the financials correctly, I am screwed on this stock! Thanks PSC! Never again.
Thanks! Will check it out!
Don't need those kind of "favors" and want a broker that doesn't stand in the way of me making my own decisions. Had to get out of EVFL so I could buy into another stock, but have the funds to buy back in and Scottie boy said NO. See Ya Scottrade!
I have bought and sold EVFL through Scottrade, but this time they refused to sell the stock. I have bought and sold lots of penny stocks thru Scottrade but this is the first time this has happened. Just concerned that they knew something about the company that caused them to refuse to sell me the stock.
I called the local Scottrade office and they wouldn't put my order through. Guess I need to take my business somewhere else.
What's up! Tried to buy through Scottrade and they refused to sell the stock. Have bought through them before. Anyone else having trouble with Scottrade. And does this say anything negative about this stock? New at this and appreciate any help here.
Has anyone done any DD on this stock...bought in during one of those pump and dump schemes... have been holding for some positive PR from the company. Any hope of this thing moving up any time soon?
What information do you have to base that on?
Hey Tylersaab...what's going on...anyone been able to contact Lin. Man do we ever need something positive from her.
Hey Roundmot..good to see you back on the board. Knew you were monitoring the board because I know you are back in with us. Please give us some of you good DD so we can have a good weekend.
Each should do his own DD,but this is purpose of this board. Allow discussion of stocks. Each man expresses his own opinion and we must do our own DD. But had you been allowed to post your opinion, this could have saved a lot of us financial grief. Now I wouldn't be surprized if this stock goes down to .0001. I accept full responsibility but as one new in buying stocks, I take into consideration post from others on the board.
Lots of people have lost a lot. Shame on the MOD's.
Neither is the stock! Ugh! Burnt again. Another newbie learning a lesson the hard way..NEVER buy on the way up..AND if you do sell quick on the way down and don't listen to the remarks by pumpers!!!
