I would not touch this one with a million foot pole. They had an OS of 8.7 billion on July 1, 2009 before they did a 700 for 1 RS in mid July 2009 bringing the OS all the way down to 12.5 million and as of mid Feb 2010, the OS was back up to over 5.5 billion. (probably well over 6 billion now) There should be no doubt that another RS is very close. IMO, you have to be crazy to even think about buying this one!!!
