Time to sell. The CEO made it clear late last year in Board Meeting that they want this stock to get to .0001.
I agree.
I call BS on KathyDoll and steveoo. You guys have been cheerleading this stock unrealistically. I would venture to guess you have at least 10 million shares and manipulate the stock traders on his board daily. Good for you -- your pursuit of posting old news over and over again is clearly manipulative. But, hey, thats the name of the game, right?
ummm....no. pdmi is a sucka stock
all of you are nut bags...pdmi sucks...we'll be seeing .0013 today
i got the letter but can't find the number to dial into to hear it. Anyone got it? Is it a WebEx?
*yawn* Another cheerleader.
You spent all that time pontificating about Paramax and didn't bother to research that the correct name is Paravue??? You could have saved yourself soem time, and me 2 minutes of my life ;p
NSS. Old news.
I agree. The first two fluff, but a sign that growth and investment in the company is happening.
IF this email is honest in keeping with a previous PR (the one that said we'd see stuff in Q4), then we're looking at several PR announcements:
1. New Location
2. New Website (this was discussed in earlier posts)
3. Paravue 300 announce
4. Surveyor 500 announce
5. FDA approval
My only problem is there are no hard dates. If this happens in Q4, then we're golden. I guess we need to trust that Steve Davis is a man of his word since he came in with a solid reputation to lenders.
A degree in marketing? How long ago ;p
You make bold definitive claims ("100% different than blah blah") with holes. Or you would know that Healthcare Markets have their own news wires. And very strong industry blogs (e.g.www.histalk.com) as well. I'm not talking about worthless "Let's take a full page ad out in this or that trade magazine" advertising. Like I said in an earlier post: Either PDMI needs to start thinking about strategically positioning itself with Paravue's FABs (since they claim there is nothing else like it) or the product is still in Quality Control and won't be out until next year.
On another note: I do believe you have advice in penny trading. I'll give you that. And will give an ear to what you say in the future.
Cheers.
They PR to the medical market to SELL their product and build awareness. Healthcare blogs and newswires will instantly pick it up and post it on their boards.
Walmart doesn't need to PR toilet paper because it's a distributor.
Apple PR's a product to get people excited. Intel PR's a product to create a buzz about it's technological advances.
Here, I'll help you with a definition of a news release from Wikipedia so we can end this discussion about its purpose (yawn):
The use of a news release is to attract favorable media attention to public relations professional's client and/or provide publicity for products or events marketed by those clients.
News releases can announce a range of news items such as: scheduled events, personal promotions, awards, news products and services, sales and other financial data, accomplishments, etc. They are often used in generating a feature story or are sent for the purpose of announcing news conferences, upcoming events or change in corporation.
If it cost a company $25k, most companies would go under. Simply not true.
You're clueless to this, John. Give it up.
I post PR's monthly for a non-public company. It's for branding and sales. Not traders.
"1) The CEO of a company has far more insight to a current situation within the company than any of us penny traders."
No kidding. Thanks for stating the obvious. I'm not just a penny trader -- I market a 8-10 million dollar company similar in size to Paradigm.
Simple penny trader.
I am a trained Marketing professional. Not blowing smoke, John. If you had read my three other posts, you would have known that.
Look at their web site for god's sakes. They do not value their brand. No Marketing Leadership is at this company.
No...it's not. Get out of your shareholder world and try to think of PR from a business standpoint. I do this for a living fellas...I promote software for the healthcare industry. PDMI needs to compete with the Bausch and Lomb's of the world. And they need to get investors interested. EVERY company needs a loan for the next year. This is part of how they get it. Promote the brand. it's the reason they do trade shows!
The company PR'd Paravue in June!!! A company needs to set up it's sales force for January 2010 now -- when companies have new budgets to spend on medical equipment. Are any of you guys in business??? You and John are thinking PDMI does PR for stockholders....they do it for Sales and Branding.
John, you say companies don't PR every event they go to, but 1.) How many events has PDMI attended this year and 2.) The timing of the event is important. Your point is mute because this is the end of the fiscal year for PDMI and they need to make SALES! Sales needs PR...not just stockholders.
PDMI's marketing is shooting itself in the foot. I'm in marketing and a company like this, that had their game going, would have already press released that they were going to be showcasing a new product like Paravue at the show. The fact that they didn't, tells me one of two things are happening: 1.) They're Marketing Dept. sucks (judging by the site, this is closer to the truth) and/or 2.) The product is behind schedule. With two months to go in the year, the time is NOW to start announcing a product for sales in 2010. WTF?
It's their marketing efforts. Very weak. No changes or updates to the site (although they promise it's coming soon....don't expect much - the CEO's son probably did it) and where are the marketing materials?
