Trueblue, so sorry for your femur flippin incident. We'll be thinking the best for you and a speedy recovery. I'm confident you'll be watchin CPRKQ trucks and even JUST-SHOW UP. Keep posting Buddy.
Frank, thanks, a fun watch. On another old topic, have we got a tracking devise on that beautiful football+ sized chunk of ore that was above Kita's desk? Personally I would vote to bronze it (humor) and place it on a pedestal in the entryway of our new corporate offices.
Yea, but I can FEEL Johnny4Profits chomping at the bit, checking his calender, sending smoke signals. (me too) lol
Is all this JB Dirty Laundry stuff really help our CPRKQ cause? Sometimes I get the feeling we may be preaching to the choir? Also, don't Slime buckets partner with slime bucket attorneys? I'm just sayin.
Copper - Ha Ha I'm good with the pic, until my wife sees it.
JB quote from the book THE ROYALS Page 389
"Your image is all you have" he said over and over "It is absolutely one hundred percent your biggest asset"
Whisker, could the following quote from your posted WAMUQ article be one of those "interesting things"
My extraordinary CPRKQ courtroom experience.
Mid February 2011, I attended a CPRKQ court session in Salt Lake City. At the left counsel table sat the ESHC attorneys and at the right table was David Leta council for the First Priority Secured Lenders. Sitting up close and directly behind Leta was a fellow who, as the proceedings got underway captured my attention for his mildly awkward demeanor. I thought it most interesting that as our ESHC attorneys presented their arguments, this fellow would listen intently however, as Leta presented his counter arguments this fellow seemed delighted with body wiggle, big grins and “at-a-boys” towards Leta as Leta ended his court statements. This fellow’s sympathies seemed not to be with the shareholders, I thought to my self.
Some days later I was reading the Dirty Laundry page of our Tracking the Bankruptcy website ( http://www.cprkbk.com/ ) and, knock my socks off, I realized that fellow I saw in the courtroom was our CPRKQ esteemed A. John A. Byron Jr. our CEO and Chief Restructuring Officer.
My sincere desire is that this guy JB has got to GO!. I’ve seen no evidence of JB’s support for shareholders in attitude or actions. It would not surprise me if he were dealing in the shadows against us. I get furious just thinking about his chummy conduct with Leta and by association, the Secured Lenders.
I can never express enough gratitude for our CPRKSA/ESHC members for their foresight, skill and dedication. My hat is off to people like Lee, Chuck, Frank, Cherie, Gary, Scott and others.
Yep Sleep, today is not the end of the world but perhaps soon the beginning of a new beginning for CPRK. I’m with you on quickly changing the locks and issuing new keys to the Executive Bathroom.
Adding to the Perfect Storm, I recall the regent supplier was sending the wrong stuff. They also began requiring prepayment with a 3 month turn around for delivery.
OOPS sorry, that's on page 9 of doc 622
http://cprksa.0sites.net/CourtDocuments/WUCC-Utah/0622.pdf
It's 12 noon the deadline as I recall for JB's Response to Part C. Can't wait for that doc to be posted.
Found this interesting comment from David McPherson CEO/President of Nevada Star March 3, 2011, “By hook or by crook we are going to get something out of the Utah project we hope and I will spend a few minutes on that” I assume he’s referring to CPRKQ. I didn’t find the part of his presentation where he discussed it in more detail. If one of you find it, please post.
His quote is at 58 seconds

The walls may be crumbling around JB. Stay tuned.
---------------
We activists were all here watching as well. Frank and gang finally set up the CPRKSA structure to give us a voice for mutual benefit and expression. The time may be approaching for that expression (vote). I've NOT seen much evidence of what JB has cleaned up. Without the ESHC JB may have cleaned shareholders up and out by now. The ESHC may be providing a new meaning on that old CPRK phrase "On the backs of the shareholders"
You have my signature as well. Also, If the vote for new Management is going to cost Bucks I would donate substantially to a paypal fund to help pay the costs. Just guessing, but the ESHC may need our help
Good question. I think we've been collecting JB dirt for months. Hope the 25th Status Conference is the beginning of wash day.
No Joke - Found on the shelf some SPOT REMOVER and some GOO GONE.
ROFL
HA HA, Chuck :)
All eyes on Monday April 25th. It could a routine court status conference, or it could be historical or even hysterical. Only the ESHC knows.
Mickey, Great idea.
I got it, each "MMMmmm" represents the next version updated and sanitized by Annette and gang. That's all OK, we'll enjoy "reading between the lines."
Hurry, running out of cats to kick.
Would not an ESHC "Brilliant POR" include a "competent management team"?
I agree 100%
I march in step with all the other stalwarts in our little band of CPRKQ brothers and sisters. I shout our cause to friends and family. I think we have had some good times and supported each other when things seemed bleak. I feel we are unified in knowing there is wealth in them rocks. I too "figure we have all suffered enough now to get some wealth with a clean conscience." If not for our commanders many more would have given up. As for me, I sense victory, we stick to the game plan, win a few more battles and we're home.
Remember the days when CPRKQ LONGS were proud to be longs. Seems like many of us now days are like you, trying to drive and eat with there fingers crossed.
BUT, A glimmer of hope:
This article has been floating around Cyberspace and landing everywhere but here at CPRKQ IHub. Thanks CDL, I lifted it from you on MSB. Nice read during our posting dry spell. (As we impatiently wait for Chuck like birdies in the nest waiting for the next feeding - chirp chirp)

The copper exploration conundrum
By William MacNamara
Published: March 14 2011 19:34 | Last updated: March 14 2011 19:34
Money is pouring in to copper exploration, as prospectors and bankers foresee a crunch in copper supplies. But the money has not yet yielded many discoveries, according to a consultancy that tracks the metals supply chain.
The search for new sources of copper, vital to all industrialised societies, is the result of a demand-supply imbalance driving the boom in metals prices.
In December 2010 the financing of copper exploration surged to $1.2bn, compared with just $300m the month before, according to a report by the Metals Economics Group in Canada. The figures include both debt issuance and equity raisings by exploration companies.
In contrast to the jump in financing, December produced only one “new initial find” – a preliminary discovery that might become an economically viable copper deposit.
November also yielded only a single initial find, a decrease from three in October. A lag between exploration funding and discoveries is common, said Michael Chender, chief executive of MEG. But it is too early to tell if the volume of exploration funding is yielding results that are anywhere near big enough to meet long-term copper demand, he added.
Although there were more announcements of copper discoveries in the second half of 2010 than the first half, most related to the extension of ore bodies next to existing mines rather than the unearthing of entirely new deposits, according to MEG.
“There has been a jump in grassroots exploration as companies realise the need for new discoveries,” says Mr Chender. This year, supply shortages have helped push the copper price to $10,000 per tonne, creating fortunes for all the big copper miners.
Copper rush
“All of the projects that are being built now have been known about for a long time,” says Mr Chender. Some were discovered 20 years ago but will not enter production until the middle of this decade. “The inference is that it could take another 20 years for a new generation to progress from greenfield discoveries to mines.”
More immediate problems loom in the next few years as copper production falls amid booming Chinese demand. Since 2005, mined copper has fallen short of production targets by at least 5 per cent per year, according to Brook Hunt, the metals consultancy. That is equivalent to about 1m lost tonnes per year.
The many copper prospectors searching for new deposits to feed into the supply pipeline may all have retired by the time any of the projects come on line.
"I'm not selling" . . . cont.

GREAT JOB - Time for a new CPRKQ sticky post
FPGA - That's great Friday Night DD
Before too long we may have another litigation summary to add to your list. CPRKQ should be the Grand Daddy of all Equity Committee victories. Not just share holder's value retained but does the term "Lock, stock and barrel" apply here?
Yahoo! But how could there have been any other decision. Ted had a noose around his neck.
So I guess Dave M. is ready to hire Teds services to extract the info in 10 days rather than months without his help. (Yes, another bad joke, please let me chuckle in peace)
Now that is funny, Purr Purr - Just like my wife. lol
CPRKq and beyond!!
Oh my goodness guys, I agree with you all 200%. Can't a guy vent a little CPRKQ nervous energy while waiting and waiting for good news. OK, I will come clean, Chuck - Charles, I love you both.
Sure am looking forward for a new ChuckD CPRKQ sticky post dated this decade. Wouldn't want any one feeling Chuck and Charles M. were from the same PR school. lol
Very similar to my baseball analogy.
Thanks DrBob, I was just seeing if I could spell "whatch-a-macallit" lol
Not sure I did so well.
Read fast, we will probably be Zapped soon.
It's CPRKQ rising from the . . . Even over NS objections.
"A few more troughs" maybe so, but how long can the MM's hold back an avalanche? I think CPRKQ in due time is going to be like that "whatch-a-macallit" rising from the ashes???
murphn
Glad you are still lurking into CPRKQ. I look to you for reporting activity at the mill. Don't you have a telescope set up at your place watching for signs of life at the mill? lol That day may come in the not to distant future. GLTA
Where are all the “Good Job Chuck” and “Thanks Chuck for all your efforts”? As Johnny says, “Do we see the yin yang of FEAR and GREED” Are we losing confidence, optimism and the sweet smell of success?
HECK NO man! We are still in very capable hands, forward thinking attorneys and great Industry Experts. Why waiver now???
PS
Ahhh Chuck ‘ol buddy, WHATS GOING ON? LOL
Nice, the volume is up a tad. Hope it’s some of our happy Ihubbers. Therefore I yell again from the grandstands - REGISTER YOUR SHARES!! with OUR CPRKSA
How to register, email your shares and/or updates to:
cprkq@gmail.com
I’m hoping there are a few folks out there who say they’ll get “a round toit” and haven’t . (I used to have several “a round toits” until I realized my sweet wife was very unhappy with me.)
With a small crew at the mill greasing the gears etc, and our EHSC at it 24/7, can’t help but think we may be coming down the stretch? It’s amazing to have “standing” with the court. That standing is only as strong as our combined representation; our collective strength may be quite persuasive in court.
Check with family, friends, associates. Some shares may be in your kitchen junk drawer or even used as wallpaper. Silly I know but just making a point.
Happy day to all
Nice photos, Where was John O'Hurley? lol
Nice to hear from you hd. I suspect there are a ton of us "just regular Joe's" out there that are hoping that it all works out. Some of us are so crazy regular we can't even let a good holiday go by with out getting our daily dose of CPRKQ.
I think all those working in behalf of our ESHC and CPRKSA fully understand our situation and the opportunity. I see them as the "INCREDIBLES". They seem organized and professional. They have communicated there objectives and approach. And, best of all they have stated that their confidence is growing every day.
I'm entering my 3rd year with this adventure. I have averaged down quite nicely. It won't take much for me to be at break-even and likewise, my confidence is growing every day that "it all works out".
I like to review from time to time Chuck's sticky post #69586, dated Dec 17, 2010.
Chuck’s precedent setting update is attorney scrubbed and laundered but what it represents may be studied for years to come. To me it reads of a shareholder “Plan of Reorganization” in process. Three words that probably got snipped off and are still on the lawyers cutting room floor.
I feel current and future updates will in various ways focus back to #69586. Here again for your pleasure are some of #69586's (out of order) quotes.
------------------------
The ESHC is involved on a near constant basis in negotiations
Overriding goals:
1 enhance equity holdings
2 represent the best interests of ALL shareholders.
ESHC's mission is to determine how much is it going to cost to get the project in operation, and how profitable will the company be moving forward
Experts have been employed
The objective . . . is to produce a preliminary feasibility study
the ESHC has accumulated significant, and very sensitive, data related to, among other things, the debtors' geology, mineralogy, mining, milling, marketing and financial operations.
A definitive feasibility study,
that will aid the ESHC in obtaining funding commitments.
the confidence of the ESHC is building everyday.

Now that recharges my batteries. In light of recent events, I like to think we are about to round 2nd base and head for 3rd.
It's my guess the Judge wants keep this case moving and not look kindly to advisory nit-picking. We have some momentum now, hope it keeps moving.
If this paragraph doesn't put a smile on your face, then nothing will.
