CDL-
I would call Bill. He answered my call (several weeks ago)directly and spent more time than I thought he would with me.
He is great to talk to and reminds me of the type of people you don't talk to much, but when you do, you're very glad you did!
I am sure he will be very happy to answer your call as it will help him deliver a better Tuesday show.
VVV
Do you think they have "experience" and "expertise" :) :)!
It's crazy that there is over 3 hours of trading left. A healthy charge towards .007 at close would be a great end to a very interesting day!
Submission of the Financial Statement to allow for transparency movement.
This might be what you were alluding to, but I feel that is far from "immaterial". Your own signature should speak volumes to how important this is.
PR Impression
Not sure about everyone else, but there was a clear difference in this PR...the writing! It was direct, professional, to the point, and typed with educated fingers. Not sure whether CAM finally got to write the PR he has wanted to or it came out of new management, but STANDING OVATION!!
Thank you Fox for having the goods for this Monday! I, for one, never thought this day would come!
I would like to thank MD for his passion and for building the mill. Regardless of other issues, we wouldn't be here w/o his dedication to his dream! Now, focus your efforts on identifying those awesome claims we know exist!
I have a buddy that does environmental engineer consulting and he told me just yesterday that if I was invested in a new mining operation that "actually" had a permit and was producing, that it's a major win win in this environmentally dominated era.
GO CPRK!
This post still makes me laugh....thanks Ken!
Ok, I get that. This board is ahead of the curve on DD, but it sure seems like when this board exposes DD, the PPS reacts. Is that just this board buying, NO. There are lots of others watching this. Transparency gets us further than probably anything else. But, I understand why CPRK needs to officially announce all good news publicly.
So, basically what we can expect is that CAM's last investor note will be the PR?
Ok, please clear up a couple things for me based on your quote earlier today:
Bill Chippas Show Interview
Just listened to it and had a couple of reactions:
1) Why would Charles state our O/S is 5.2B when it changed to 5.6B in the last two weeks?
2) Co1 - Your calculation estimates of 5000T/day are too high. Charles said several times and the company has stated several times that the target run rate of the mill is 3375T/day.
3) Why was Charles avoiding answering Bill's question about who the past buyer was? It's not like there isn't a PR sitting on every stock website stating RBS Sempra was that buyer.
4) Magnetite producton can be a very steady cash cow/expense payer for us. I don't understand the mill design enough to know why we couldn't replace the pumps and continue producing magnetite during the downtime? Even at a loss, it would have potentially satisfied the 75,000 tons we owe Massey and then would have set us up for sale into the market.
5) I am excited for this PR, but what can really be in it that we don't already know. Answering 90% of the questions that Charles gets asked probably only gets us 10-20% further along with information.
Q&A in next PR:
- Is the mill running? Yes (already knew this)
- Mill changes? Increased two banks of cells, total of 12, to increase both recovery and production. (already knew this)
- Why is the stop sign not removed? We are in the final stages of preparing our financial statement which will satisfy the needs of PinkSheets and remove the stop sign. This will be submitted shortly. (already knew this)
- Company changes? We have a new mill engineer that has extensive knowledge of the mill process and has been leading the mill changes the past months. His name is (insert name) and he is excellent at his job. (Already knew this. There will be no annoucement that MD or any other BOD has changed)
- LTF? We are working with several lenders to develop an LT package. There are several proposals on the table (same ol same)
- LT Buyer? We have an interim agreement for which we have already sent 475 tons of CuCon. They have priority and this agreement is very beneficial to both sides (already knew this)
So, I just wrote out 6 questions that are regurgitated at nausea on iHub. All of which we pretty much know the answer to based on the awesome DD of this board.
So, I ask everyone here:
- What can Charles PR that will significantly change the PPS?
- What cards can he possibly be holding that we haven't already seen?
- What questions are being asked that I didn't cover?
- What is the other 10% of information he can't answer?
I am not trying to bash, just being realistic. I am beyond excited that the mill is running and the interviews and PR's will actually have backing this time.
I guess the one question I forgot to include above is the drying process. As far as I know, we don't have an answer to that one.
Looking forward to next week!

Looks like all those naysayers that don't think CPRK will put out any good info on a Friday is wrong! Looks like we'll get the answer verbally, hopefully followed by a PR, and a solid shot at .0075 tomorrow????
Come on CAM, evangelize the truth!!!
Yeah, don't get my wrong I am a huge CPRK cheerleader and fully expect the naysayers to be proven wrong in the coming months as profits start trucking in.
I have just been having a very spirited political debate with an uncle through email today that convinced me the board needed a little light hearted fun. I should have put the :) after my ???? like I originially had planned :).
It's great to know that while many posters are speculating and posturing, CPRK is churning out piles of high grade CuCon...
...or are they????
Shorters trying to keep this down or just randomness?
Thanks CB!
Was there mill testing performed yesterday? I am wondering why Walt would report to JIT that the mill was running yesterday?
Regardless, thanks for your on the groud presence and report!
VVV
If the mill really started today and honestly I want to believe so deep in my heart you don't even know!! But, if it has, I would risk the farm at OPEN for more CPRK for whatever you can afford. This stock is very undervalued imo and will reward the risk taker. I have maxed out my buying so I am just along for the ride.
I am not sure what I am supposed to type to disconnect me from any pumping or stock advice...obviously I am just a passionate stock owner and you make your own investment decisions based on DD and belief in CPRK. Good luck to you in whatever you decide!
RTR- 22 posts ago JIT just confirmed it was running today! You should be a millionaire by the time you read this :)
Glad you're awake. Where do you live again? Awesome news out of camp JIT! I sure hope this isn't another mask for heartbreak. Regardless of the output results initially, the restart of the mill should really kick start the pps and getting headed back in the right direction. I am not sure about M78's estimate of tickling .01, but I would love to see it. Nothing like see $20K in losses disappear in a day! That would be amazing!
Hang in there bud, we are inching closer to the greatest investment decision of our lives. Demand is going through the roof for our nest egg and we have just about everything in place to take full advantage of it!
JIT,
Can you please post Walt's words? I met him during our visit and I want to see how excited he was to tell you. He is an awesome guy with about as much passion for his trade as anyone I have met in my life!
Thanks again for all your long hours to visit the mill and continuing to follow up with CPRK! If it wasn't for you, we wouldn't have a clue right now!
VVV
I agree. That would make sense other than the fact we asked for an extension until March 15th.
And if this ridiculous assumption is true, why do you think he could simply reach out to Charles and say, "hey, we should do an article on CPRK and pump this baby??" and Charles would agree?
Do you think TMF did it for free, roping Charles into the pump? You would think with the short leash MD and the BOD has shown for CAM, that the decision to pump this would have had to come from inside.
I communicated with CAM this morning. Read bottom to top.:
Do you have any clue if we are waiting on a permit to be authorized? There was an extended due date of today for the permit that covers several things, including expansion of holding areas and increases in mill.

Hey Charles,
I hope your mouth is feeling better and the pain has subsided.
I know you are getting bombarded with emails and phone calls, but I was hoping you could give us a quick update on the mill restart. We saw that ore was being crushed and the 2 shifts for 2 days should have easily been satisfied. Are there further delays?
Thanks,
Brian
This will be my last post on this as we are both in agreeance that the process was broken and needed to be fixed.
If the additional tons created a lower cu percentage, it makes sense to reprocess. Each second/minute in the reagent will break the ore down further.
My point is, the original design worked great for the lower tons. Increasing tons created the problem.
They realized this right away and took the necessary steps to correct the problem. First step...fire the old mill engineer.
Except I kept seeing the bid at .003 and ask at .0037. Huge gap. They would bring it down, make a trade, then raise it back. I don't know enough or care to know enough of ASK whacking or BID whacking or Whack Whacking.
Just PR the mill is operational and this stops...for now at least!
Alex-
The past processing circuit worked as expected and produced CuCon percentages in line with the past buying arrangement. I am not sure where you are getting the information that it wasn't "concentrated" enough.
The problem started when they increased the tons of ore being processed. The reagents "soak" time was lessened and hence, lower copper percentages in the CuCon.
When the pumps froze, it gave CPRK the opportunity to keep the mill down through the winter, increase the "soak" time, and fix the circuits that needed updates.
This is the 10,000 ft view, but Co1 or Richwaters can correct me if I am incorrect. But, that's my simple understanding.
VVV
Looks like they are playing some weird games with the ASK
Elbow elbow wrist wrist...
I just don't think you guys have it right...it's called a Muffin Top! j/k
I think the chart talk is interesting if you had a baseline to go on. Throughout this "soft start", you have had too many false positives to get a true understanding of what the pps will do. Yes, dilution is happening and driving down the price of the stock. But, we are just about to recommence operations with a completely new workflow. Not a single one of us has any clue given CAM's beyond conservative numbers what that will mean for the pps.
For now, i'll trust that .0055 is the breaking point we need to cross, but I have never found myself overly persuaded by Muffin Tops!
When did ATrade drop their fees from 9.99 to 6.99?
I paid a handsome sum through my Stifel Nicolaus 401K account to buy a whopping 175,000 shares at .018 :). Man, does that purchase look like the butthead move of the century!
But, turn that mill on and even my Stifel 401K could be in the green :)
Well, we "were told" it took 2 days to crush (4 shifts) and we would be ready to go. If JIT saw the mountain of ore, we could have been on our 2nd day already. But, let's assume yesterday was day 1. Well, today's day 2, so no more excuses for not getting this going.
Question is, will they restart on a Friday and then not work the weekend? It seems silly not to restart asap, but I know workers have families and weekends might be time and a half. Maybe Monday is more realistic.
Who knows. I don't want to speculate any further. I simply can't wait for the CuCon to flow off the line and piling up below!
Trucks shipping by end of next week or do we still think we have a drying issue?
I am comfortable with the my 3M shares and bought a decent lot at .0023 through my SmithBarney guy before the last run.
Thanks for the pep talk though, it's going to be a fun ride!
Can you switch brokerages w/o closing positions? I had to liquidate my Fidelity account when I moved it to SmithBarney????
See what happens when you have a stake in this game and put on slightly tinted rose colored glasses?
You start to let some of the inpatience become a great place for comedy! Nice work PW and welcome.
If I had a brokerage that would allow it...I'd buy today!!!!!
Hint Hint :)
Come on Scottraders, keep buying!!
It's going to be a great dual of the CHARTISTS when this thing blows its top! I can see it now...
...isn't holding the EMA10
...conquered EMA10, now threating PSI25
...15 minute is showing strong support for PSI25
...once the PSI25 is in the rearview, next up is the WTF100!
...historical trending of a cash strapped start up means everything!
I predict a bullish, I mean bearish, oh wait, 1000% increase is bearbull...damnit!
MILL UPDATE POST 58232
JIT is still driving home and will more than likely update us when he can. Mud was in contact with him shortly after the visit and posted some good news. We're crushing ore and it's stockpiling. Employees in good spirits. Restart imminent!
Now why did you have to come along and provide logic...
...thanks, forgot those don't show :)
Assigned shares that aren't in the outstanding share grouping are not yet issued to the public. So, in order to buy and retire shares, they would be buying open market or restricted shares. A share not yet offered doesn't have any value.
PW, can you clean this up?
PW-
Given your closeness to a couple lenders, do you have an understanding of the outstanding cash debt vs. the share backed debt?
I think most of us (at least me) are assuming that the share buy back would be an attempt to pay off lien holders by buying their share backed loans and retiring those shares.
If there is straight cash investments, I agree those need to be paid back first. Assuming those are all paid off, how does the buy back and retirement of share backed loans work?
VVV
I think it will be very interesting to see who wins the race!
And they're off...
...CPRK surges into 1st on restart rumors and transparency papers submitted to PS and sends waves of euphoria throughout the CPRK community!
...no start up and not enough information to remove stop sign causes downward pps spiral that blindsides investors. Woodwork naysayers reappear to spew dilution and no shorting. Bankruptcy and CPRK are neck and neck!
...CPRK permits are being expanded and ore crushing has been witnessed first hand by trusted iHUBer. 2 shifts today and 2 shifts tomorrow produce the amount of ore we need to restart the mill on Friday! CPRK inches ahead but still being paper cut by Bankruptcy!
Can CPRK win the race and fend of reported bankruptcy inevitability? Will our LT buyer throw us a bone based on successful restart? Will our lien holders believe in us once the mill is producing saleable CuCon?
The answers to these questions and more, next time on the Who The F Knows Show!!!!
Ok, ok...RTR would have done a much better job, but I tried!
