You forgot one,,,,and the TA listed is incorrect.
Well two realities tonight. SPNGE is now ON the greys and OFF the reg sho list.
Now on Grey sheets http://www.pinksheets.com/pink/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=spnge
Off Reg Sho List

Isn't monmouth the old ta listed....
No 100% sure but I believe stated once he has only 3 per day on Ihub and from his posts on yahoo I feel he can be more Free on his responses.

That MUST be because of your geographical location, because NONE of that is true here in Southern California....You are in MI a winter state....Summer is over for washing your car yourself there isn't it. Seasonal item.
SPNGE products all over and proven many times and you can order from many websites, ie: cvs, etc.....
As for your late arrival in receiving products on ordering.....Well again your location I would say is the problem as when I ordered it was here within 4 days of ordering. (NY to CA package)

*************************************************************
Good Morning 6-Oct-09 10:52 am Well, I for one am really happy that the stock has been halted and that the SEC investigation is in full array. The shareholders need to know the truth about what is going on and whether the company has been telling the truth or whether it is the shorts who have been lying.
The problem for everyone now is that both sides await the 10-K and its contents. This will go a long way toward determining who the eventual winner will be. The shorts, who have been crying the loudest for this investigation, actually have far more to lose than the longs do at this juncture. Could it be a case of "be careful for what you wish for?" We will see.....
The trading halt is good for investors. It will give everyone the opportunity to sit back, take a breath and try to make a better decision as news arrives, without feeling the need to enter into a knee jerk reaction to the firestorm of weirdos who continually try to influence the game.
The shorts would have you all believe that the trading halt is a death blow for the company and that it is further evidence that SPNG has engaged in massive fraud.
But is this really the case? All that the SEC is really stating in their recent release is that questions abound and that they want the investors to have more information prior to having the stock trade again. It DOES NOT say that fraud is there.
So in reality we are all going to see the inforamtion as it comes out.....longs and shorts alike and then the game will resume.
Has the company been lying? The shorts would have everyone believe this to be facutal despite the fact that they do not know for certain. Many have chosen to rush to judgement prior to having the complete set of facts.
I will be watching and waiting just like everyone else. It will be interesting to see. And then the real histrionics can begin in earnest as the 10-K comes out and everyone can see for themselves just who has been naughty and who has been nice.
Hey shorts, do you feel lucky? Maybe you will win, and maybe you will not. But with the stock already at 6 cents, who has more to lose here?
Long or short, all await the news and the results we have ALL been waiting for. That is the best result of all.....the truth, regardless of what it is.
thanks much....
It's all about the climb....Remember....
Just to make you smile....
RP
Well I don't really know what to say. I think we both are in the same boat....
Hopefully there is truth to the PR's and filings or it will fall all apart. It's not looking good now, BUT people have already written history and convicted all the company officers, Soapy and SPNG products, but his is NOT made yet as this is NOT over yet. The two weeks are still in process. Regardless of where we trade after the two weeks, IMHO this is not over yet.
As for Soapy's decision on the "I lie" statements. Well, that's off the wall posting IMHO. Did he crack from the SPNGE pressure ? Now that he admits to lying, I don't know.....I just don't know....I can tell you if it were me, I would not have handled or put out board messages like that and I certained would not have conducted lab type (lies) posts to read into people's minds. I just talk to people. I come from old school, you can just a person on how they are. Afterall, if someone you never spoke to before or heard of was telling or asking all kinds of questions of you, would you jump right into it? I would think that was creepy until I knew the person. I guess people are upset as they thought they knew Soapy and now that just add on to all the other junk we are dealing with.
RP (JMHO)
honestly, if I am able to get out with a minimal loss or even that would be fine for me....I have already accepted it's gone for now....I refuse to tell my family what I have done....With all my purchases, even is about .075 for me....
Wish me luck....I probably am gonna need it badly....
RP
Don't worry about it....Things will all work out Good or Bad....
You cannot blame yourself when you were swept up in the sceme of things too.....I was pretty upset myself too yesterday, but have to take responsibility for my actions.
What most did not know about me, is I am unemployed right now for several months and dumped all my savings into SPNG and IRA account all to SPNG, but like I said I have to take responsibility for my actions too in investing. I just thought since I too have been in it for a long time that the best is yet to come.
Believe me, I have beaten myself up many times for not cashing out at $.25 like I was going to.....but I had HIGH hopes, not necessarily dreams for me, it was to take care of an elderly person in a nursing home and so I hopefully would not have to work for the next year or two until they pass.
Now, I just have to find a job soon, or ......I don't what to think about it.....
RP
Things have been crazy on this board for awile and heated up yesterday. Soapy was making some off the wall comments and I guess he decided to resign. Unsure why really.....
I think the message was Oct 05 around 12:10 am....you'll see why.
RP
Hi Z miss talking with you.....
I don't regret any choices I have made and do not blame you or anyone for choice that I have made.
I am very sorry for the way things have turned out, BUT history is not made yet. We must wait to see what comes of it and keep hope this is not as bad as it looks. And it looks pretty bad right now.
I know Soapy is not the Mod any longer and I can't explain for his many off the wall comments last night, but it may have been pressure of all the negative people in that forum.
take care,
RP
It's like Spongegate....
Very crazy around here lately....
Take care (BIG HUG)....That's the good stuff....
Good Night,
RP
What's going on around here. Is everybody losing it? Let's keep it together regardless of the outcome.
This is my first message board I was ever on. I have been here since June and thought many were very kind and supportive. I try to participate as much as possible, but have far less knowledge than other's in this forum to offer.
While I have never lied to anyone here, I also have not tried to make anyone buy, sell or hold any stock.
Being my first forum I have been in, I have tried myself to do the best DD possible. It's often not easy being here because of the large quantity of negative posts that often are hurtful to others for no reason. Endless attacks for whatever motivation.
I think we should all take a step back and let the two weeks give us a most needed rest. I will be doing that.
thanks to all.
RP
Really, that may be for some stocks, but history has not been made yet on this stock to prove what you say. AND SPNGE is in stores across the country and in South America. I don't think that compares to companies in your history lesson prior.
"history shows it is going to the grey sheets which is the grave yard of stocks."
rp
atleast not as of yet,,,,
"interesting how they don't sue the ny post eh?"
IS THE SEC TOUGH ENOUGH...From the web....
Found this on the web and thought it was interesting.
It shows companies do survive SEC investigations and actions folks.....That of course if SPNGE really has done anything wrong.
RP (IMO)

Carp so what happens next ??
-let's say the SEC investigates and re-stated 10k 2008 and the release of the 10k 2009 and 10Q 2010 are released.
-Let's say SM and MM are at somewhat at fault but SEC finds NSS issues or other issues not SPNGE's fault.
-Does the stock begin to trade again on OTCBB if the above is filed?
-Would in your opinion it would be wise for SM or MM or both to step down and try to rebuild for merger or try to move on in a better light ?
Trying to figure out what goes on next.....
TIA....RP (IMO ALL)

Right now it appears SPNGE has stepped into a pile of SEC poo. I would really like to see an updated (new) shareholder letter with some substantial facts for us to really chew on. To "Set the record straight" and to stabilize some of this activity going on around here. It's really clear the course they took prior is not gonna work anymore regardless of allegations and blame. New course of action is needed starting NOW.
And if this works out a bit in our favor, SPNGE mgmt should either step down and have replacements in order. Someone to clean up the mess and either sell the company or begin the repocess of building confidence again.

SJJNAMARTIN I really like you and your posts, but come on......Yes, No, Yes, No, Yes, No, Yes, No, Yes, No, Yes, No.
You have to make the decision with your investments. No one really knows more than you do. You can tell by the posts it's 50/50 on either side of the fence.
Do what's in your heart and stick with it and don't look back. If you hold, GREAT. If you buy, GREAT. If you sell, GREAT.
If you read the posts and make an informed choice of your own, you will feel much happier. If you follow someone else's advice when they are not an expert and crystal ball reader, you could possibly regret your choices.
I too have toiled and asked questions in the past about buy/sell/hold too for opinion, but I don't jump both sides of the fence back and forth.
Take care,
RP
End of the season sale....Gotta love that !!!!
I am going to order 10 today if they are in stock. I love the Spongetech car wash kit.....
THANKS !
RP
I am sorry for your losses. I truly hope the PPS rises prior to your sale Tuesday evening. Good luck to your and your family.
You know IMO the truth is no matter what anyone types on this board you have to do what is in your heart.
Besides, not one person on this board REALLY knows what is to happen. We all speculate and hope, regardless of which side of the fence we are on. Just the mgmt of SPNGE knows and I personally still believe in them. At this point I don't think mgmt can comment too much with all going on anyways.
I sure hope they have been spending the weekends working on the reports required and NEEDED. Mgmt needs to know we are not just investors, many are purchasers of their various products too.
Take care,
RP

How’s it going fellow sponge mobbers? The Sponge Father here reporting from Sunny South Florida! We have a little treat to kick off “The Sponge Mob Exclusives” which will consist of things such as photo galleries or articles that were released exclusively for or by The Sponge Mob members and supporters.
This go around we will be trying to put some basher claims to rest. I do realize this is a location pending experiment, but it will atleast give you a general idea so that you are not to be mislead by any false claims. You most likely have heard bashers stating that locating and purchasing SpongeTech products at retail stores was either lies or was so limited that you would have to drive 40-50 miles just to track a product down. These claims are FALSE and I hope that after coming along with us on this mission it will ease any doubts, concerns or worries.
As mentioned, we are located in South Florida in a fairly small city. Just fyi. Our experiment was to see how long it would take us to track down a SpongeTech product after watching their commercial at home base. Needless to say our “Operation SpongeTech Products” was a SUCCESS!!
SpongeTech claims to have products stocked @ CVS Pharmacy, Walgreens, aswell as Ace Hardware to name a few. Well we happen to have 2 walgreens, a CVS and an Ace Hardware all within a mile or 2 from home base (walking distance). But that couldn’t be could it? Bashers say hard to get? = WRONG! And unlike bashers we come prepped with proof!!
First target “CVS Pharmacy” = SCORE!! (View photos below)
Side Note: We were a little upset that they were playing hide-n-go-seek on the shelf and there was only 2 left, we scooped one up and made sure to leave one at the edge. Funny thing was the next day I had to swing in for a couple quick things and happend to look for the heck of it, only to find out the last one had been sold. This CVS = SOLD OUT!
[View with PicLens]
Second target “Walgreens” = SCORE!! (View photos below)
Side Note: They had plenty in stock, 6 or 7 of them.
[View with PicLens]
Third target “Ace Hardware” = SCORE!! (View photos below)
Sidenote: We noticed Ace Hardware was charging 14.99 where as CVS and Walgreens only charged 9.99 We wondered if it has anything to do with product placement? Because if you notice SpongeTech’s products are right at the top and it’s sitting directly in front of the store opening where hundreds of people check out daily right by that register/counter. We purchased one and there was one left in stock, the lady did mention that on the other side of the register there was more stocked, but have since sold out on that rack. We all got pretty tickled, when she said “alot of people have been asking about these damn sponges”. Was music to our ears, the way we acted she must have thought “damn these guys really take their sponges serious”. (taking pictures etc lol)
[View with PicLens]
Fourth target another “Walgreens” (view photos below)
Side Note: This walgreens was not like the one prior. They only had one left in stock which we scooped up and left the shelf a ghost town. This walgreens = SOLD OUT!
[View with PicLens]
So I have to ask you, was that all that hard? Nope, once again bashers just bashing with no standing. We are batting 100% 4 stores and 4 scores!! All within a couple miles from each other and home base. There was actually even a PetSmart another mile or so away which I’m sure is stocking Uncle Normans Products, but after hitting 4 stores we figured we made our point, and could deem our experiment a Success!
Operation SpongeTech Products – Mission is a SUCCESS! 4 for 4! (view photos below)

CONGRATS!!! on the success of Operation SpongetTech Products!
Mission was a SUCCESS! 4 for 4! WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!
What I also found interesting is this information from the 10QSB of 08/31/06.....check out the dates of the corp name changes.....a bit wierd I think.....June 12, was black Friday I believe in 2009 and Oct 02 of course was yesterday.
I am still holding strong....We all have our beliefs. NO one really knows any outcome of the future. We see what the next few weeks brings.
RP
Nature of Operations
Spongetech Delivery Systems, Inc. (the "Company") was formed on June 18, 1999, as Romantic Scents, Inc. On June 12, 2001, the Company changed its name to RSI Enterprises, Inc., and, on October 2, 2002, changed its name to Spongetech International Ltd. ("SIL"). On July 15, 2002, the Company was acquired by Spongetech Delivery Systems, Inc. ("SDS") (formerly Nexgen Acquisitions VIII, Inc.). The transaction was accounted for as a reverse acquisition using the purchase method of accounting, whereby the shareholder of SIL retained approximately 63% of the Company's outstanding common stock. On December 16, 2002, SIL changed its domicile to Delaware by merging with and into Spongetech Sub, Inc. ("SUB"). SUB's parent, Spongetech Delivery Systems, Inc. then merged with and into SUB so that SUB became the surviving corporation, and changed its name to Spongetech Delivery Systems, Inc.
The Company distributes a line of hydrophilic polyurethane sponge cleaning and waxing products.
Like we haven't ALL heard that prediction before....LOL
"I see this price dropping to a sub penny within 10 days."

How about this one,,,,some were saying last weekend that on the prior Monday past we would do $.0001 to $.02....N O T .....
The difference between us and them is we try to see good in things or atleast respenct others opinions and have rational discussions.
I don't try to advise anyone one way or another to sell, buy or hold, even though I get a barrage constantly of posts telling me usually this is a "scam" and to sell. I don't make someone feel bad for any investment decision they choose to do with SPNGE or any other stock. They say mgmt is corrupt but they know as much as we do..right now we may have thoughts but they don't know for sure the same as us.
I feel the other side get's their name (bashers) because of the multitude of negative verbal splattering towards the stock (most don't even own).
Let's say it again. Why do you want to stay in a board and ""mentor or guide me"" when quite frankly my investments are none of their business. I don't questions their transactions and investment decisions. Their pure existence and constant whining is what makes me think all will be okay, sill to much attraction for them.
AND if the worse happens, so be it. That's what investing is all about. I would not want to be out when the hammer falls. SM and MM have been saying for so long about the NSS and manip problem. I would think they are re-planning the timings all the time as we are planning what they will do.
This is my last post for the evening....Have a great weekend all.
RP
You said you SOLD ......this contradicts that message. So why are you here, is SPNGE the only stock to trade on ?
"With Friday coming, spnge, might be below .05 or even .01
good time to buy and load up.
fredk"
RP
So you got out today and wish we all would too. If you get back in next week when the stock is possibly lower, do you wish us to follow you too? Is that how it works?
And everyone is talkin about Kookaid ........ Right......
RP
From what I am reading on the appeal requirements, it appears if SPNGE files an appeal along with the proof and $4,000.00 they will issue a stay removal until the hearing officer makes their determination. This must be filed 2 days prior to the delisting date.
For God's sake, someone let SM and MM know they have to file before the delisting date.
