Bah i did and brought it up to .0105 that afternoon spike was me. However right after that it went back to .01 and that is why i dont hit the ask (i decided to this time because it was only .0005 higher)
Trying to bring my average down here, someone sell me some .01s
Sprint closes gap in customer satisfaction, survey finds [The Kansas City Star, Mo.]

May 19--Sprint Nextel Corp. (S) still lags behind much of the competition in customer satisfaction, but a survey released Tuesday suggested the difference was all but gone.
The American Consumer Satisfaction Index showed Sprint just a few points behind industry crowd pleasers Verizon and T-Mobile. The poll also found that the Overland Park-based company had notched its second consecutive year of double-digit percentage gains in its rating.
"No doubt, they're making people happier," said David VanAmburg, the index's managing director.
The survey drew from some 16,000 phone interviews over the first three months of the year. In reviewing cell service, it whittled that number down to about 250 customers of each company. VanAmburg said that gave the survey a margin of error of plus or minus three points on its 100-point scale.
When the survey began tracking satisfaction with wireless companies, the industry average stood at 65 on the index scale, and Sprint scored 59. Since then, the industry and Sprint have climbed slowly. But Sprint's (S

) improvement has come at a slightly better clip.
This year, the industry norm is 72 on the index scale. Verizon and T-Mobile scored 73 and Sprint 70.
A "two-year advance has pushed Sprint from considerably below to very close to the industry average," said a report accompanying the index. It cited Sprint pricing, typically below its competitors, as a reason for its rising score.
At Consumer Reports magazine, electronics editor Mike Gikas said Sprint seemed to be improving on many counts with his publication's readers, while AT&T has faltered. Still, he said, Verizon regularly gets the strongest reviews in almost all markets.
Sprint also continues to stumble, Gikas said, in customer support.
"The (cell phone signal) service isn't bad and they carry some of the best phones," he said. "When it came to questions of staff knowledge and getting issues resolved, that's where Sprint runs into problems."
Sprint spokeswoman Roni Singleton said the company had made steady improvement in customer service, noting that the number of calls per subscriber to customer service had declined -- evidence that problems were solved more efficiently.
"We're making huge progress," she said. "That's pretty evident in what we're seeing in the ACSI survey and other third-party research. It's consistently been going up."

The company is entering a period of more stable operations, Brust told analysts Monday during an investor conference.
The Overland Park carrier, despite continued subscriber losses, has narrowed those declines and showed steady improvement over the past few years, including an improved handset selection, less expensive plans, and more effective customer service.
Brust previously said he expected Sprint to return to revenue growth by year's end.

who was it that predicted under .01 by tax day? April 15 has come and past...
Interesting because i spoke with the TA my self as well and from what i was told i am convinced the information is false
And that will be fine when it is confirmed, at that point it should be a sticky, my issue is with an unverified easily manipulated image being posted in a spot that implies fact.
How is an unverified screen shot a sticky? This is a joke. Anyone can easily edit this to make is say what ever they wanted
I got a call from Ifinix today. I had some technical issues when RT first launched and sent them an email. They responded promptly to the email back when i sent it. They were calling to check up to make sure everything was fixed. Aside from it being a little late, i like that they are following up on tickets with calls.
Has anyone heard any thing on the first quarter numbers? Will S lose more customers or they able to finally get a positive quarter?
Thanks Bernake, i wish INIX had not paid for this. I really hate when any company is paying shares for coverage that is not usually a good thing.
XQZME, do you know if INIX paid for this coverage? It does not mention it in the PR, but i have not seen the actual report so i am not sure...
I agree, i just think people here get a little ahead of them selves, it is good to keep a level head, and not try to make predictions. I think it is even a little too much to take every PR as fact, if that was the case RT would have been launched about 2 months before it was and same with Beckman holdings (although that one was only a month late if i remember correctly)
I hope you are right but i think that is a little presumptuous, first can just mean first, yeah they want to add more, but assuming more are on the way from that statement is kind of a stretch.
the O/S far far far exceeds the 722 million in the last filing
100 % speculation
Maybe he got in when we were in the 3s and everyone on this board said we would never see 2s again.
Ha, so Pike does not count as part of the market in your opinion now?
I am expecting a split around 220, did not think they would do one as big as 4:1, will be interesting to see how it unfolds.
They are going to sue anyone who writes them a huge NSF check
The transfer agent refused to say it was incorrect, only that it was "unauthorized".
1jk,
Thanks, this proves that SPNG does own dicon, however that was never my question. I was pointing out to Panther that even if SPNG does not own dicon (like he claims), SPNG will still see revenues from selling the SpongeBob Sponge at Walmart.
but not necessarily. more on that later.
The Walmart agreement went to DICON
Panther, do you know where that quote from Buffet coming from? I read that article looking for the context, but it does not seem to be included.
Thanks
The question on hand is if SPNG was a supplier to Walmart in the past, you claimed they were, but in your last post you admit they were not, that it was Spongeables illegally using the SpongeTech name. So my original comment is still valid, i don't care what some employee of Walmart says SPNG was never a supplier in the past, not until SpongeBob.
arg.....and Spongeables were sued for using the SpongeTech name. I am done with this, SPNG was never a supplier to walmart before Spongebob, i know you know this...
OK so i guess there must be a Tender Offer coming because soapy told us that too?
Does not matter if it came from Kroenke him self, it is still false. SPNG has never been a supplier to walmart in the past.
Which is false, walmart will not give out contract information, believe what you want. All that means is that person kept calling and asking different people until they heard what they wanted.
SPNG was never a vendor to Walmart in the past. All this information coming off some blog is false.
I dont think that flippers are trying to push us down. I have not seen any red paints at the end of the day. I think this downward motion we are in, is just the stock settling down, building a new base for the next leg up. People who have been in this stock for a while are up quite a bit, my guess is a lot of them are bailing and we are getting new blood. The PPS seems to be hanging around the 50day average, which is a good place to launch from once we get some good news. Which i hope comes soon because we need to start selling Real Time and not giving it away for free, or it is going to hurt when Q1 results come out.
Painted close at .027 we should have closed at .0217. I start to get worried when i see this happening, means people are trying to artificially hold the price up, that never lasts long. The market will correct its self.
Price Size Exch Time
0.027 100 OTO 15:59:30
0.0217 15000 OTO 15:58:55
I dont think that was an after hours trade. Since it was so large the MM could not fill it at once, it was probably partially filled all day, then posted as a t trade after hours showing the average cost per share.
Why avoid this PR? I like it, would be one thing if they paid for it, but this one was unsolicited. I think that is worth letting people know. I also like how we got a shout out on the PR.
You’ve probably heard that Verizon and AT&T lowered their plans, but they’re a day late and about $50 short. For unlimited calling to ANY mobile phone in the country, messaging and data, Sprint is STILL $50 a month cheaper than Verizon. See the plans side-by-side: http://bit.ly/8VEdr2
The very nature of a sponge makes that impossible.
it appears the shareholders comprise the largest segment of sponge buyers
Our main support is holding strong, the 50 day moving average which is at .027 today. As long as we stay above that no worries. Even if that breaks we still have the 200 day at .011 but i dont think anyone wants to talk about that one
That is what i used to think until i used the product. It was much easier to wash my car then with the old sponge and bottle of soap method.
Also dont forget that your bottle the soap came in will be in the landfill for 1000's of years while my sponge will be gone in a short amount of time. (there used to be pictures in the ibox of the disintegration process, but they have since been removed)
Lol ok you try to fill a normal sponge with soap in your kitchen sink and wash your car without refilling it. Be sure to let us know how that works for you.
