SCSS was also highly recommended by a shareholder, per Jonathan Sym in the most recent con call.
Great day! Long time lurker, still holding a good chunk of shares from spring '09.
It's power hour, get 'em while they're hot!
Do YOU own this?
If so, why?
Me too. Two emails in fact, about a month apart, and no instructions / access info for the con call.
Nice EOD volume coming in..
.011 x .015
I don't have private messaging with my free account.
Tadaa, thank you for your helpful reply to my original question.
Is there some reason that you are giving rude responses? That is two in a row.
My question was addressed to tadaaa, not you.
"just received Stanley approval, according to Robert Grannet"..
I'm still wondering how you obtained this info?
I had already text searched the i-box for DOS before posting, with no results. Thanks for the helpful reply though!
What does "DOS" mean, and how did you obtain this information?
Can someone explain to me how bobhwang got such a great rep as a knowledgable poster? All I've ever seen from him/her are one sentence cryptic posts. Is there more that I've missed?
I hope you are joking.
Go Green!
Let's Go Tigers!
911, forgot to add, THANK YOU for providing and updating a great summary!!!!!!
Investor911, you need to update this text to say we have acquired the 80%.
"Below is a confirmed and signed government contract that was awarded to STS ( Prime Contractor of which EVRM has acquired 40% and is closing to acquire an additional 40%"
Go Green!! (Looking fwd to Oct 3 in East Lansing)
Agreed!
GIBBER, I ran your equation and come out with about 14 cents.
Actually I think you're right. I wouldn't expect any significant PPS spike once the other 40% is announced, at least not on this "exchange".
I'm more hoping that a) This company somehow graduates from the pink sheets, or b) EVRM is bought out by one of its partners -- Honeywell, EDS, etc.
From what I have heard, a) has historically not happened very often on its own (other than co's that were once on the NYSE and went bankrupt and then emerged).
The real question for the b) scenario is what PPS does the strategic partner pay for us?
At SeaWorld Orlando on vacation this week... All of the entry gates use fingerprint scanners along with your multi-day ticket. This ensures that you can't transfer the multi-day ticket to someone else if you don't use all of your days.
What's the AS (Authorized Shares)?
Got any ticker symbols for these 8 "success stories"?
8 per year? Or in in total?
Disagree, that would be manipulative and a big board player would not be able to easily do that and subsequently be SEC approved for the acquisition.
What specific stocks have graduated from the pinks to either NASDAQ or NYSE without either
a) coming out of a bankruptcy, aka returning to the exchange that they previously resided on, or
b) being bought out by an entity already on a major exchange
Per my previous posts, I think EVRM will be bought out. But I am curious about the history / precedence of other companies truly graduating to a higher level. Can someone provide any specific examples?
I think EVRM will be bought out by one of its partners. Don't know when or for how much, but that's what my gut tells me. And that would be the vehicle by which we graduate from the pinks.
I did not. But I have now! Thanks, that answers my questions.
Thanks, Stervc mentions a few time that certain things have been "confirmed", how exactly were they confirmed? Post is quoted below..
It has been confirmed that the increased in the share structure was in part to facilitate the closing of the STS acquisition. It was also confirmed that more details will be announced to explain such. With the Float shares, many of those shares are held by insiders in Certificate form.
Someone earlier posted that the additional O/S has been added to the float but that it is held in cert form and can't be cashed in. Two questions:
1) How exactly was this info confirmed?
2) Just because it is held in cert form, why does that mean it can't be cashed in? If I want to take my certs to my local brokers office, they could execute a sell for me within 1-3 days.
The fundamentals have not changed for this solid co.

It's 3:00 Friday; this is the time every week when I enjoy cracking open a beer and watching my favorite show, the EVRM ticker!
Prediction: power hour coiled, ready to explode by EOD.
How do you add a boardmark anyway?
Up a penny today.
I'll take that any day!
