What specific stocks have graduated from the pinks to either NASDAQ or NYSE without either

a) coming out of a bankruptcy, aka returning to the exchange that they previously resided on, or

b) being bought out by an entity already on a major exchange

Per my previous posts, I think EVRM will be bought out. But I am curious about the history / precedence of other companies truly graduating to a higher level. Can someone provide any specific examples?
