Being fully reporting is great....90 days more is not great.
The PR should have been sent the same day that the company was changed from CE to a reporting level. Anything to remove the CE.
Seperately....what happened to the PR that they are doing something with the bricks, etc.? Are they going to wait until the company is fully reporting to start doing something with the bricks?

I like the nice steady accumulation...the float is low, demand for shares is high and belief that this could be a real company is higher...
The PR is coming....I just hope before the end of June.

This company has so much potential...a real owner and conviction could do amazing things here.
Everyone here knows the list of money-making opportunities. The demo is only the tip of the annualized revenues that could be generated. A successful demo could fund those other projects to make each BCND asset generating real revenue for years to come. And I would only assume that they would acquire other distressed assets and repeat the process which would only further increase annualized profits.
BUT....back to the here and now...

2) show real plan for demo with real companies to perform demo and real customers to buy the bricks and steel

Well, based on what we have been told the following next big steps are:
1) Upgrade listing status.
2) Formalize funding (which does not include additional shares).
3) Hire people to do demo.
4) Communicate demo schedule.
5) Demolition.
If these happen, then we see what, if any, future plans they have.
Nice analysis. For someone new to BCND you seem to know a good amount about the company....
Don't forget about the coal rights and the hunting lodge property.
And who knows what other acquisitions that they will do once the ball gets rolling....

You said it correctly. A real business that is EXECUTED on, now that the barriers are gone. (The barriers being certain owners who did not want the company to move forward..for their own agendas)
If Frank and company do something real, this stock will, dare I say it, sky-rocket. The share count is at the right size that allows for good volume, while also forcing the pps to rise. The question is going to be, where is the stopping point? When do people who got in over the past few years decide to take the profits and run? That will really decide when it stops... people hold on and this stock really is setup to take a nice long ride.....
Honestly, using the news that you have stated and assuming no additional shares the per share value is actually much higher at each stage of news.

The address is not impressive, that is true, but its relevance is minimal. I don't care if he works out of his bathroom with diapers on as long as he funds the demo (without issuing more shares), sells the bricks, and does something constructive with the property....JMHO
Makes sense why Frank ran from this company. BCND has REAL assets...not just a shell.
Well, no doubt pinks are what they are....
But, I will say that he PRd as a private company the funding of $50-100M back in December. Now what does a PR for a private company get you...nothing.
He then ran from Astrom and he has been communicative since taking over BCND.
But it is all speculation and means nothing if he doesn't get boots on the ground after get financials updated.
Frank has money if you believe prior DAAG, Inc PR, which would mean all he would need to do is to get boots on the ground! This really is a shovel ready project!!!
