DOW up 500.
But SPLASH! The mud-caked sow CDMO flops into the muck to nap and snort bubbles - now down another nickle.
We all know this pig wants to fly though, right?
Yeah right... maybe next week... month... year... decade...
if you could purchase shares of CDMO at the grocery store it would be categorized as a Loss Leader.
so for those who argue we aren't a leader in our field - i object!
Not just a PIG - - - the PIGGIEST.
The greatest area of unused capacity associated with this company is between the ears of the self-serving business side execs we've always had.
This latest keystone cop-like episode of 'equipment failure' and their handling of it really unmasks any semblance of competency we shareholders or potential customers might have had - or had been duped into believing they possessed.
They can't even do required updates. How hard is that? We as shareholders have NO IDEA of whether this place is up and running yet or not. Not even a time table. What???
They continue scuffling on without a CEO. How can this be? Do they not even consider themselves enough of a player to have an urgency to find one? Or is there no decent person with the credentials we need that would ever allow themselves to be associated with this mud covered sow?
Or is it that this was just a hand off to new owners who wish to continue the grift of the last ones?
Other than themselves with bloated salaries and bonuses, who has this company ever really benefited?
I had hopes for the new regime - but always suspected there was something amiss with them. Something odd about the whole campaign of ousting the old incompetent crooks and inserting the new. They've had all sorts of time and opportunity to show they are real businessmen that want to run a real business. Looking strictly at performance it's hard to tell the difference.
GET THIS PLACE UP AND RUNNING !!!!
AND FER GAWDSAKES GET A COMPETENT CEO !!!!!!!!
to me, and in my mind, today will be a good yardstick as to the strength (if any) of this stock.
i've been waiting for two big up days in a row from the market in general, and today - at the open and early trading at least - is the 2nd day.
so far, cdmo hasn't kept up. In fact it's regressing.
This level we're unable to plow thru now could then be a short term top (short term at minimum).
This all, of course, without good news of some kind. We're priced in at this capped level for good reason. The company needs to exhibit that it deserves better. And quick. Because once the DOW and Naz head south again, cdmo will be leading it in that direction by several % points otherwise while still in the weakened state that it is.
good point. Fiddling away with a never-ending CEO search while Rome is burning... Hiring inexperienced green horns who sound like 8th grade student council hopefuls to key positions within the company when they need a proven mover and shaker (at least we have a much cooler website though, right?) ... Not issuing forth important updates to shareholders in a timely manner as is supposedly required ("You'll get NOTHING and LIKE IT!")...
i don't pretend to know this is the case - but from time to time i get the feeling that this new crew merely discovered the fraud and grift the old crew was fleecing us with and extorted those crooks to relinquish the company to them so they could get in on the heist and carry it on themselves. If this isn't the case they sure have made it appear as a possibility.
and as far as the "Award"... i imagine these are participation trophies for donating to some foundation or other in some way related to the issuer. I wonder if anyone in the industry even pays a modicum of attention to these kinds of things. Could be nothing more than a bought and paid for "Shareholder Placater."
Whatever the case, POSITIVE RESULTS here have been scarce - and 'scarce' is being generous.
We've been more than patient. Do your business or get off the pot.
agreed Roger. Too many defenders of this company - even after another MAJOR setback for shareholders.
So maybe this group is supposed to be better than the last bunch of shysters that ran the joint - but the time to prove differently has presented itself - and they went into full guard just like their smarmy predecessors.
Still this company is being run like a private business and not like a public one. No effort ever to clue in the real owners.
where's my eyeroll emoji.
v v v v v v v v
down 10%.
If nothing else we owners of this flea-bitten cur of a stock have a backstop in dealing with the toilet paper shortage crisis.
(but only if you demand delivery of the paper stock certificates!)
Might as well finagle something useful out of this...
c'mon you know the drill.
must-own dividend date has passed (3/16) - traders file out of preferred four abreast.
(hopefully some goes back into the common.)
of course an equal but opposite reaction occurs as we close in on next quarter's must-own date.
it's been pretty lucrative play for those who imbibe.
Just look at the monthly chart. It tells the tale.
are you using ublock or some kind of adblocker add-on?
i am not getting those but i use ublock.
if you think it's a virus...
close out of everything. make sure nothing's running in 'applications' in task mgr.
restart your computer in safe mode (F8). If it's a virus it should be inactive in Safe Mode.
Scan with your anti-virus in safe mode. Delete anything it finds.
Restart and rescan in normal mode.
(hopefully it's not the dreaded Coronacomputervirus. In which case quarantine your computer for two weeks.)
never let a good crisis go to waste
Another mid-morning up-day from the Naz and DOW.
Another mid-morning up-chuck from CDMO.
More news of catastrophe, misfortune, and calamity coming out of Tustin as the left coast arises?
It's as if ANY news is better than the silence we're always dealing with. Silence during times when there should be openness gives everyone even more reasons to deduce incompetence.
PS: did anyone hear back from Stephanie re questions submitted pertaining to the CC?
it just gets worse and worse. Did they screw up the repair? Are they now attending to the repair of the repair? Is this the Measure Once Cut Twice Company?
Superman in league with Underdog, Captain America, the Green Lantern, and ANY of Sylvester Stallone's movie characters together couldn't save this helpless POS.
I guess the new website isn't drawing new clients in like moths to the flame. From the start the only moths here that have hit the flame have been the shareholders. Scorched.
How can this old belching, stinking, drunken sot be down another .65 already on a Monday morning after puking so much last week? Good thing we're a CDMO that manufactures drugs while a 'health crisis' is raging or boy oh boy we'd be tanking!
Great job Tustin!!! If i didn't have to cut my thumbs off and sell them for some toilet paper i'd give you clowns two thumbs up!
Oh... here they are arriving for work in Tustin this morning:
https://i.pinimg.com/originals/94/bb/f9/94bbf9fb785ce70d8690c8fb9f08374c.png
"...this is our time to shine...lets hope Tustin gets it right this time!!! "
BWA... BWAHAHA... BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA !!!!!!!!!!
sorry... yeah, Tustin getting it right. That just tickled my innards some. PPHM/CDMO already has a plaque in the Screw-up Hall of Fame right between Joe Btfsplk and Curly, Larry. and Moe.
I wonder what odds Vegas would give that one. But yes here we are needing to bet on that wing and a prayer once again !!!!!
Meh, maybe the 23rd time is a charm.
note: i stopped counting after 22 straight disappointments so it's probably more - and have since learned to contritely accept and marvel at their Cal Ripken Jr.-like consistency. (albeit in failure). It's awesome in it's own way.
Hear ye, Hear ye!!! All potential Investors! Anyone nosing around or kicking the tires here! Hear ye, Hear ye!!!
Given the choice of contracting the Coronavirus or shares of this gawd-forsaken stock...
DON'T TAKE THE STOCK!!! (I hear in most cases Coronavirus only ruins your life for a month or two.)
Hear ye!!! Hear ye!!!
and yes, you’re welcome.
Now 20+ years of screwing shareholders.
Even Rip Van F'n Winkle couldn't sleep long enough to outlast this sh#*show.
I hope he didn't dream about it either. I don't even have enemies i dislike enough i'd care to foist this misery upon.
BUT.. IT'LL ALL BE OK IN THE UPCOMING MONTHS!!! Right?
i mean, that is the usual take-away from these BS conference calls.
Thanks, Tustin!!!
Really... you guys rock!
all i can say is good thing we're a cdmo that manufactures for other companies in the Pharmaceutical Industry during a possible pandemic - otherwise our stock price would be taking a big hit!
Yes that was sarcasm. Being sarcastic is the only honest and truthful attitude a shareholder can possibly come to embrace with this sty dweller.
i'm beginning to wonder if there's anything that can make this oinker fly.
or if it even wants to. And that opens up another can o' worms.
too much $%#*& has happened to this over too many years - even since tcln - for this year over year beating to be pure happenstance.
what the %#$@& is up here?!? Enough.
+/- $6.58 ???
well it seems to me they think we are either hiring Kinger and crew back - or we're soon all but ready to report a positive quarter for once.
as unbelievable as both those scenarios are, i don't think anyone believes the Kinger's coming back to take us all the way down. That leaves the other...
The Kinger had his chance and almost succeeded taking it all the way to the abyss though. Now with that awesome experience he's consulting others on how to do it? Waddaguy.
Oh Joy.
Another swell day!
Looks like yesterday wasn't as much 'the turnaround' or an indication of things to come - but rather more like the equivalent of our 15 minutes of fame.
i have to sadly concur that TDS is rampant in some sections of society.
Cancer and other evils also continue on without a cure.
You know, at this point if cdmo could even subjugate the heartbreak of psoriasis i think i'd be heartened.
IS THERE A SHORT-TERM CATALYST? . MAYBE... POSSIBLY... ONE. . AND ONLY ONE.
Warren Buffet or someone of that financial stature contracts the Coronavirus... goes stark raving mad due to high temperature and fever... and blindly, insanely invests 2 trillion dollars into this oinker.
though we'd probably be back into the single digits the next day anyway for this reason: _____________ (fill in the blank, no wrong answers).
no way!
dropping again after the drubbing it took yesterday?
i expected some kind of rebound.
things are looking bleeker and bleeker, aren't they bio?
down .30 ???
i bet it's that g%$@*#m Bleeker woman again.
YES!!!
You're the same group of... ahem... gentlemen that used to work the PPHM board through two reverse splits and nose-diving pps.
CAVEAT EMPTOR to any innocent bystanders reading their... ahem... information for any other reason than to learn some slight of hand - or the ABC's of how to coordinate a public fleecing.
Your welcome.
(This message has been edited to take out even the most harmless of words that they could use in their efforts to hide the truth and have it once again deleted.)
In the right hands, this would be a pathway for Bavituximab. Meanwhile, Tustin considers a strategic plan taking a poster to a convention. Just pathetic how the only thing they can monetize is their excessive paychecks-compliments of shareholders.
Displaying for all to see the old and feeble analog minds of our BOD competing in a very high-tech, fast changing field.
Grift and the transfer of wealth can still be implemented by either high tech or low tech means though.
So they're good there.
It's as if our BOD is bringing a pool noodle to a sword fight.
What's worse is they don't seem to care.
The PPS closed $0.76/Share after the last CC where they supposedly had a plan. Today the PPS closed at around $0.55/Share.
Nice inconvenient FACT. How’s that puzzle piece fit the narrative though?
THAT'S NOT WHAT HE'S SAYING OF COURSE.
The R/S hasn't even been officially announced yet.
But since when does that matter to spinning a narrative.
BINGO
when did the PP'er say anything about any plan being bonafide?
"It was a plan, man. Ya know? A plan!
"Like: Just slip out the back, Jack, make a new plan, Stan
Don't need to be coy, Roy, just listen to me
Hop on the bus, Gus, don't need to discuss much
Just drop off the key, Lee, and get yourself free."
'Thank you, Mr. Johnson. No further questions.'
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh
memories...... memories......
after 17 years suffering through this sh*tshow, wouldn't it be nice to see this company actually do something to significantly RAISE the PPS before you and i become the newest members of the D.P.S.?
(and no, reverse splits don't count)
Back to SD. I asked her was this it? Where is the great plan they said they had? Surely a meeting with Nasdaq and a few posters was not it because so far it has been pretty pathetic. She response (which I thanked her for) that they said they outlined a plan to us and have been carrying out including PRs on posters at AACR and Asco.
I told her if that was the sum of their plan to bak up their brash public statement of having several pathways to expect some legal challenges.
This is pretty disturbing.
Hard to believe any company would try getting away with as lame a "plan" as that.
Any company that is... except the PP'er.
but they're shaking the tree and it's just that no shares are being shaken loose.
everyone is holding tight.
uh... yeah... to all 300 million of em.
that's what i hear anyway.
i wish the PPS chart looked like the outstanding shares issued chart!
https://ycharts.com/companies/PPHM/shares_outstanding
The PP'er said they had several options open to them to possibly avert a R/S.
Actually, they'll probably have MANY MANY options awarded to them after implementing the R/S.
So understated, our mismanagement team.
A word here, a word there... pretty soon it takes on a whole different meaning.
Ahhh, the ol' 'playing out the string' game, eh?
who woulda thunk it? lol.
I do think that was Plan A.
Probably Plan B and C too.
i don't think 'cat and mouse game' aptly describes this at all.
it's more like the marcel marceau game.
(and that's assuming marcel marceau gave a rat's a*s.)
i also have to agree with ship's questioning of the new lowered expectations you have. Now all we want is no options granted? And just get the R/S over with now? We only have a short time left now anyway, how does another week or two matter at this point?
them terms don't mollify me none.
after all these years i'm supposed to say, "Please BOD, R/S now and spare me more misery! As long as you don't issue yourselves options we'll let bygones be bygones and turn a new page!"
not bloody likely.
You have about two weeks to hit the ground running Scammers. For once do something right by your shareholders. Take your lead foot off the ATM gas pedal, replace some deadboardwood with someone with a pulse and at least marginal abilities, DO A DEAL... and while you're at it practice telling the truth at home and whatnot so it doesn't feel so foreign to you and you can then maybe do so with us.
And yes, someone said shareholders don't make out as well as they should on these CA lawsuits and that's true.
I don't care. They've gotten away with the R/S and dilution scam on us before. Not gonna happen again without comeuppance.
Hope you're equally inept lawyers are prepared, Tustin.
Let's just hypothesize that this company is but a sham.
A shamming, scamming, primarily fraudulent operation.
To protect itself legally the company would have to be extremely careful on what it puts in writing on its website. It does have the Safe Harbor Warning to hide behind in many instances of gray area - but they can't go too far with that. Incorporating in Delaware was a no-brainer.
So how to work up investment in the retail class to support their nefarious scheme but keeping a nice cushion of protection? Not to mention cushy paychecks for themselves?
Voila! The magic of social media!
They didn't say it did they? The company itself is largely under the cone of silence. Whatever was claimed was said by anonymous entities on social media - not them, right? Enough times to make any pipe dream fact in the minds of hopeful investors. And once entrapped - they got em. No escape outside huge losses. So they hang on. And new marks are marked and on and on it goes.
It makes it difficult sometimes to comment on everything going on here without bringing up the role social media is playing. But you know as well as i what bringing it up gets you.
