I wish that were me instead...
So I guess its between OHMYGOD and myself. 10 minutes more, and I think I automatically win! That or Clay won't even post.

and yes, Price is Right Rules.
Comical and irritating, still got 3.5 hours left :)
I'm hoping we get closer to the 1 year target of $16
Awesome (early) Shamrock weekend!
Hope everyone else is as satisfied :)
CEMJQ FTW!
I'm willing to do what's necessary to get what we deserve. Looking forward to seeing what happens next.
Still ended up at .19 by eod.
This decision is a definite setback. I still think even the warrants are worth keeping my position... but I do hope there is an appeal and things end up working out better.
What do you guys thing?
Done, but now I think I have an infection.
The only cure seems to be more CEMJQ!
Ouch, my portfolio hurts.
Looking forward to things turning up.
Exclamation mark. :)
All done with mine, just got to send mine out by tomorrow.
Someone needs their money back :)
Nice Last hour action so far.
Yup, did see that. I was trying to figure out who actually made it $16. I know they get data from other sources, so I don't think its actually Yahoo's own target. I'm not sure who they use for PKs.
Anyone have a better handle on this?
I wouldn't mind holding till $16 :)
I will get your those diapers, you get me the .50 move.
I don't even know what just happened.
but nice... new high
HOD Close!!! *cross fingers*
I'm not really sure why I even care, not like I'm going to sell.
Didn't take much volume to get into 1.28 range from 1.22... good sign.
I really need to stop watching this :)
Nice, I'm gonna need to know how you managed to negotiate that :)

E-Trade is awesome for putting out trading software mobile and for computers. As long as you have more than $25000 in your account, the commissions are $10 regardless of quantity.
However, they did not provide good cost basis calculation last year, hopefully that will change for this year.
You can sell in lots based on purchase date, so your long term base can stay long term. This will however make your cost basis calculation a bitch to take care of. I've purchased multiple times and I plan on holding all of it as long-term, so will need to make sure each lot has been held for more than 1 year.
That's exactly what I was wondering. We should be staying at %15 on whatever we have at this point.
Personally, I don't think it matters.
I'm more interested in how the EC situation forms. The price will always be walked down on low volume, but at this point the movement doesn't seem like its based on much real information.
Either way, good point to buy up some more if anyone is interested :). It does seem like someone is hoping to get some shares on the cheap.
Right, I get what you're suggesting. You will eventually pay taxes when you draw the salary from your investments, but until then you can trade without being hit hard. Keep the money with the company rather than yourself.
Yeah, I need to talk to my guy about that. However, don't you eventually have to pay up the taxes in full when you finally pass that money onto yourself via payroll?
Yeah, I completely agree. I haven't been working long, but all college did was teach you to learn. I do wish it cost what it was really worth :), but I had fun so whatever.
Yeah, its rough. I considered it though, and I think it may still be worth it to keep the loans since one can make more off of these investments.
Hope everything works out for you. 21st in Vegas should be awesome!
Haha, those days are long gone. Top tier education now costs like $40k a year, and that may not even include everything. Girls are still free :)
I think the long term capital gains (1 year+) will increase from %15 to %20. Still much, much better than short term.
Yes, that is correct. However, will it affect investments made prior to the date of expiration or just the ones after the expiration date? Although it would be a loss for myself and many others, I am actually for capital gains tax going back up, money has to come from somewhere, and we are already getting a nice tax break IMHO.
What I find curious is that there are indications of asset sales, and yet these are still not enough to reconsider dilution?
I would say good reasons :)
5:30 (sticking with it)
I think he might, cause he was talking about possible consolidation around those levels from yesterday. If it goes reasonably over $1.02 area, then I think we may see an update. After all, the next resistance is at $1.17ish.
Hope the volume keeps. I'd like to see over 5 million by eod.
Technically Wall was closest and not over :)

Anyone have a handle on the ax? I haven't been following L2 lately.
Looks like a nice move going on.
