Cashman... A small r/s less than 1000/1 is acceptable. That
should put things into balance ... Anything above 1000
is... theft by deception. Thanks PS
Dusty.. I'm trying to alert these folks... but no one is listening.
The bottom line is the shareholders need to put some heat on
the company. Without us there is no cash flow. The only ways
I know to do this is to stop all of the chatter (shut it down), stop
trading shares, and/or let management know that a lawsuit is
coming their way if they continue to deceive us and withhold
information.
This is going to take team work. But I don't see that happening
here yet. Feels more like business as usual to me. Folks need
to wake up and try a different strategy. Because all of the wishing,
hoping, praying, isn't gonna get you anywhere. PS
ROPE A DOPE. Management learned all they know
from Ali. They are going to string this thing out until
next year, put you asleep, then without warning, send
you reeling. You're not going to know what hit you.
If there was really something here, the co would have
pr'd it by now. They're stalling, trying to milk this
thing as long as they can. Just my opinion, though.
After three years, you get to know a person's fight
style.

good morning all shareholders i am enjoying my vacation but i wanted to log on and say that dm called me about 10 min ago said that nyc went very well. and this week and more next week is gonna be huge and things going on in the company will become VERY CLEAR thats all he could tell me but told me to be ready TAKE IT FOR WHAT ITS WORTH BUT THAT IS WHAT JUST TOOK PLACE BETWEEN HE AND I'S CONVERSATION
What happened to DM's promises to Cashman on August 17th? Still waiting.
Gee, only 21 billion? What re you crazy? What happened
to the 750 million promised? Wake up already. You've been
fleeced.
Don't worry about it Vero, we're all in the same boat.
But facts are facts, they don't lie.
Good luck.
Vero... that meant... I've been in for years... okay...
I didn't think I had to spell that out. Not days, not weeks,
not even months, but years watching the same old
trickery. Millions dollars have disappeared. High salaries.
Big name celebrities. And still there is no production.
This is no better than a .com company of the 90's.
Selling air to good-natured shareholders. Check out
PEIX's history. Bill Gates. Same thing. All pop, no gun.
Stop acting like there's something here, until proven
differently.
No worries Tech. My intentions are only preventive.
I want things to work out, but they won't if mgt
continues on this path. Therefore, we need to be
prepared for the worst. There's nothing wrong
with that. DM would do the same thing if roles
were reversed. Good luck.
Embarrassing. I feel bad for you folks. You put so much
energy and thought into this board. And this is what
you get? This is what everyone's been waiting for?
DM will never change.
Every day now, I will continue taking names for a class
action suit. We must be prepared to respond to this
deception.
At least they are consistently vague, undependable.
Got to give them that much.
PS
Thats okay appetite we'll leave a seat open for you
when you're ready. You obviously have not been
following this stock that long. Have a beautiful day.
Seattleguy are you ready to join our "pre-list"
legal list of disgruntled shareholders in case we
need file against DM and the company? This in no
way means we are ready to file, it's just in
preparation of having to do so... Thanks.
Good luck with this investment nevertheless.
Merger news with EVLN could be a whole different nightmare
for shareholders risking de-valuation of their holdings.
R/S vs R/M which is worse? Or all the same?
No you get over it Lloyd. CEO's need to be kept
honest, even those who run penny stocks. I was
recently involved in a case that represented
the shareholder's interest and we won. I would
think the atmosphere in courts presently favor
investors-- from all that has gone down this past
year in the market. Now having said that, no one
wants to go the legal route-- BUT IT MUST BE AN
OPTION. I would much rather see this company
be successful-- especially the shareholders...
Good luck.
Jerad2 Should I put you on the 'filing a lawsuit" list if that
day should ever come? We still would rather toast to the
company's and shareholder's success. But just in case
it gets ugly, it's good to be prepared.
Rychean
Never said I was in the process of filing a legal action,
just preparing for the worst, and the worst would be a
massive r/s, something the company said it would not
do at this time. That would be totally unacceptable.
So hang in there. Just in the organizing phase.
Crusader.
Two years ago I was part of a group of shareholders who won a
case against XNL (another startup Ethanol co.) Anything is possible.
In my estimation, we have more going for us against EVFL than
we did them.
However, I agree with you. Everyone should think twice about litigation.
It's not pretty. And it never ever turns out the way one expects it to.
But in this case, it would be worth it. Lets just hope its not necessary.
I'm all for making money. Investors just want a fair shake, that's all.
Crusader, if they do file for a massive r/s, would you be
willing to join the growing list of shareholders going legal?
I'm all for this company doing well, I wouldn't be here
otherwise. However, I'm no longer willing to allow companies
to use shareholders like they have for their own personal
profit.
techlover... I agree... I think we need to establish a site where
we can all connect independently from IHUB. I think a letter
to DM should be drafted regarding our concerns and willingness
to file an action against the company if provoked. He needs
to know that a massive r/s is unacceptable and will result
in a legal action.
First of all we need to start a list of folks here who would
be willing to go legal if necessary. Starting perhaps with
you, Dusty (who already said he would be on board) and
several other board members here who've expressed
interest.
Won't happen 5776372. Dennis will not have a
company to move forward. He will lose the trust
of shareholders. Also, he'll be entrenched in a
a massive lawsuit that will destroy the company.
Lines are being drawn. Business is not as usual.
He needs to know that.
The only solution is a mild r/s combined with
solid news.
10,000/1 is unacceptable. The most that should be
acceptable to shareholders should be 1000/1 combined
with solid news which would help the stock's pps grow
naturally to .25. The old fashion way.
Anything else, is and will be unacceptable and grounds
for a lawsuit. It's time for shareholders to step up to
company's using shareholders for their own gain.
Not necessarily Dusty, not after a group of shareholders
file a massive fraud and theft by deception case against
the company. We will bring them down.
Well when an investor can buy a million shares for
$100, what do you think the chances are there is going
to be a reverse split? The question is, how can there
not be? Please enlighten me.
Dusty... no need to get your dander up. These guys and girls
are just po'd because they thought this was going to be
an easy buck. There's nothing easy about this company
or CEO because they play to many sides of the coin at the
same time. The documentation is set. The future- at this
point is up to DM and the company. It's up to them to
either play it straight or like they have in the past- try to
get over on people. Bio fuels are such an important aspect
of our country's security right now, if they should choose
to (I hate to use the word scam people) then they stand to
risk everything which is important to this country's future
as well as to theirs-- and that would be sad. But I'm not them,
therefore, I can't even begin to think how they will act.
But as far as your conscious, you have nothing to worry
about. BOL
Does anyone have the sell to buy ratio for today? Thanks
$100.00 @.0001 buys you a million shares.
So far no one has convinced me that there will
not be a r/s. For all of our interests, hopefully
it's no more than 1000/1.
Does anyone else have a theory where that
is not the case?
Thanks.
Thanks Cash. I'll get back to you next week on that.
Have a good, safe trip! Yeeehaaaa!!!!
Thanks Tamiflu... However, that's not a direct copy of DM's
text to Cashman, that's just quoting Cashman's email
Sorry I must have missed that.
Cashman? Are you out there? I find it curious that you've all
but disappeared after your famous memo a couple days ago.
There has been several requests made by posters if you would
make available the text that Dennis allegedly sent to you from
New York City- but you've responded to none. Is there a
problem with showing the text?
Thanks WIWIMO.
Does anyone have the buy/sell ratio today? Thanks.
Cashman.. any chance of you posting the text?
If not, I understand. It would put a lot of things to
rest to see it in writing, something Dennis rarely does.
IN4LUCK.. Sounds good. But I'm not ready to pop the cork
just yet. I hate to spoil your celebration, but I'm from the north
east, by birth, we are a cynical people. I would, however, like
to see the text Cash received from Dennis.
Cashman, thanks for the update. Could you post the text message for verification? Sorry. But I always had a saying, if you're willing to say something, then you should be willing to put it in writing. There's been so much disinformation going on around this board, it would be refreshing to actually see something in writing for a change. Please humor me.
Thanks.
Hi Dusty.. is it possible that you and I can speak together
in the next week or so? I'd like to share notes with
you on the company. Thanks.
One movie. Morgan Freeman could own this company,
lock, stock and barrel. Send it to the moon. Why hasn't
he been more of active participant in the company?
Julia Roberts? Simon the Weasel could turn this into another
exxon. Where are all of the hollywood types with their big
money, green movement friends?
4inluck Absolutely! Not only would the shareholders benefit,
but he would as well. Some folks just can't see long term or...
have no respect for other peoples money.
Wow! You've been a shareholder since May and picked up on
all of that? You must be special...
All do respect, for all of those shareholders you mentioned who
have been around here for awhile, let me ask you something...
Have you ever been a business owner in the past? And if so, did
you pay yourself a half a million a year while your company was
suffering? I know I never did.... Lets face it, I first invested in
this company three years ago because they promised to start
manufacturing bio fuel. Still to this day, they have not. It's
been one excuse after another, except the CEO continues to
receive a nice salary (or at least it's listed that he does
in the company financials). Granted people have to make a living...
but they also have a financial responsibility toward others....
One thing I don't understand, with all of the big names they've
had sitting on the board in the past, Morgan Freeman, Julia Roberts,
Willie Nelson, why hasn't the company take off big time with some
of the Hollywood crowd? You know all of those bleeding liberals
that talk a good game but never deliver. And why haven't Morgan
Freeman Julia Roberts been more visible in the public hawking
the company? Hell, for that matter, the two of them are pulling
down 10-20 million a movie, why haven't they invested their own
money into making this company explode?
Lots of questions. Just like you. Just like Dusty. Just like me.
Have a good day.
Snowgoose... I think your question is a bit ingenuous.
Even you take swipes at this company's leadership and
questionable motives.
It's time to send a message that false promises and
misleading shareholders is an unacceptable practice.
Now having said that, there's no reason to even think
about going legal, if the company just does the right
thing--- and I'm still hoping that EVFL will do just
that. I've been a shareholder for three years, not three
months like some of the folks here. Therefore, I don't
feel like I am being unreasonable. As I have said many
times in past, I don't believe a company should have
the right to do a r/s. It's a crime as far as I'm concerned.
It always involves deception on some level.
Therefore, still hoping for the best, but preparing for the
worst.
Say hi to Dennis for me. Tell him there's a lot of people
out there who have been with the company for a long time
who stand to be crushed by a r/s- to keep that in mind
before he even considers it.
Thanks Snowgoose.
