They will both get what they deserve one day.. hopefully its bubba and bubbaette having their way with them in prison.

That is for sure

Anything new going on here? Or should this be written off as a loss?
Looking for suggestions...
IMO
-Matt
So who is writing this off as a loss this year? I don't see any progress with our "group" approach. Think it's time to get this behind me...
IMO
-Matt
Thanks for the info. I had pretty much written this off as dead so if anything comes of it... I would be thrilled!
-Matt
Ticker is still alive anyways. Curious to know what is going on with this company. Been silent forever, still listed somehow... and just nothing else otherwise.
Holding on for hope.
-Matt
Gary email me at matthew.zurosky@att.net
Thanks,
Matt
OWG... what shares?? They no longer exist. We own nothing. Tax writeoff time coming soon, for quite a few years unfortunately.
IMO
-Matt
Intersting information. Winning is unlikely, but a ray of hope is nice. I have family, friends, and co-workers involved totaling well of $200k in losses at this point.

Maybe one day we will get a check for 50 cents or so...

Waiting for a Category 5 Hurricane to hit their store front directly and take both of their @sses out to see and to a muddy grave.
IMO
-Matt
They blocked me off facebook!! Maybe a visit to the street in front of the store with a big sign that says "This company screwed investors, don't buy their products!!" Or a nice local newspaper ad taken out for all to see. Or an online blog about the company, or a Facebook account called "F*cked By Inca". I bet it would get some followers quick!!
IMO
-Matt
Owg... I talk to JB almost on a daily basis. Maybe the so called 'JB story' needs to be heard straight from him!!
IMO
-Matt
JB? What does he have to do with anything??? He was their old IR guy, got out of this mess knowing these guys were SCUM.
The only person Netjoy should be mad at is Stacey for stealing his website design.

Hideous swimsuit on an even uglier model... Inca moving up in the world. NOT!!!

Guess Fraud in Miami is common... Stacey and Evan fit right in!!!

The odd's are 0. Management is SCUM and a bunch of SCAM ARTISTS.
IMO
-Matt
Ohhh I know, don't remind me!!! LOL
-Matt
Ohh I am hoping!! Stuck with 100M+ shares at this point.
-Matt
I believe that represents sales at less than .0001. Maybe .00005 or something similiar. 10M shares picked up in July, maybe somebody knows something that we don't??
Hoping here..
IMO
-Matt
Nice to see volume here. Been holding and silently watching for years... IMO, we need about 100-150M in volume before we see a bid. What the MM's show and actual inventory is never accurate on these lottos.
Fingers crossed something good is coming.
-Matt
SCUM check in... Oh wait, yup... management is still SCUM!!!
IMO
-Matt
Scam Artists... FROM DAY ONE!!!

We all know what investors think of Evan and his big head!!! File timely and communicate with investors... simple enough.

I have done a ton of research and have yet to find 1 example of a company being delisted and shares being revoked and then coming back to be traded on the Pinks. There are, however, 1000's of examples of companies going to the grave.
You may be right that it is possible, but statistically it is not looking good at all.
IMO
-Matt
Delisted and shares revoked. They are private and this ticker is done for along with all our shares.
IMO
-Matt
I've heard otherwise... but ehh it is what it is. Look where we are now!
IMO
-Matt
Your point?? It says loaned money... where did that money come from is my point. If it was from a shoe box under his bed, yes it doesn't make sense to lose those shares. If it was a loan from another venture of his/theirs, it makes much more sense that losing these shares wouldn't matter. It served the purpose of keeping majority control and the loss of that investment is now a write of for that venture.
Again IMO...
-Matt
Did Evan provide actual cash of his or was it a loan from one of his other enterprises??? IMO... those shares purchased were financed with the cash from a loan from another company of his. It is now written off as bad debt and can be used as a business deduction. He used the 350M shares to ensure that a private investor (or all of us collectively) didn't accumulate a large enough position to have voting rights on what the company did... basically going private and us having no say!
Just my thoughts...
-Matt
I've actually been praying nightly that the next runway show that they do outdoors... Stacey and Evan get struck by a bolt of lightning. Let both their @sses fry... because that's what they deserve!!
IMO
-Matt
Scummmmmmm! They will get theirs!!
-Matt
Any updates on the court case(s)??
-Matt
Maybe if we can get Ryan out and someone to pickup this "shell", there still may be hope for this thing... small, but I've seen crazy things happen in the pinks!
IMO
-Matt
HP... I'd be interested in hearing what info you have.

Looks like Inca has a new twitter account coming... can we get the hashtag #STINCA trending for them! It appears that it is business as usual for them!
-Matt
Goes to show you the type of people they really are... a bunch of arrogant, stuck-up, pieces of SCUM who could care less about anything but themselves.
I know there has been a lot of talk about researching a possible lawsuit... we need to make this talk reality and show them that they are not getting out of this clean and free or at the very least without a nasty fight!

"IDGI- Great product but poor management."
Hit that right on. Unfortunately from the day we bought into this stock many years ago management has not changed one bit. I asked myself many times would we have been better off with Stephanie?? Or did Stephanie leave because of Stacey's management style and Stacey was the one driving this thing into the ground. Where we stand now, it sure seems like her counter part couldn't have done much WORSE.
IMO
-Matt
So this brings up the question... What if they don't? Or a better question, Why would they want to?
If they can get rid of investors and the overhead of managing a publicly traded company without any repurcussions, it doesn't make sense to "fix" this mess.
They achieved exactly what they wanted to do and that is disappear from the publicly traded world.
One thing is for certain, if they do become listed again, this thing will be trading at .0001 and lose a bid on the first day of active trading.
IMO
-Matt
Agreed! There seems to be a major disconnect between what allows a company to stay in business with a business license etc. and what a company needs to do to remain publicly traded. It seems like the two operate as seperate entities and no "checks and balances" between the two. At least when a company is in the pink sheet tier.
IMO
-Matt
My guess is yes... they are calling our bluff.
