So, your main argument now is CDIV has the potential to beat the, 1 in a million odds and create the next big thing and become a buy out candidate?

Over the past year+ people have invested thousand and thousand of dollars to play the lottery? Who do you think really would have put money into a company who is completely useless?

And now the value of that investment is probably close to what the company made the last Q.

CDIV hasn't diluted for ONE specific reason and i think we know why that is.

I'm not sure how your perceiving my posts, but I think after the events of yesterday, MANY people have opened their eyes a bit more and became a little more caution.

I was here for a specific game plan, and I believe we need to see more plays to restore confidence.

Come on LG you need to be real sometimes. I have been in CDIV 8+ months and haven't sold a single share and I didn't invest for the growth of CDIV.

What long term investor would invest in a company that makes $.99 phone gaming apps? Especially when the company hasn't done anything significant in years.

Adding to the pile is what the focus is, I don't think it's fair for you to constantly say nothing has changed with CDIV as a company, when that's irrelevant.

But you are right in one way, 6 months ago CDIV said they were looking into an uplist. That was suppose to be a major factor, but as you said "nothing has changed with the company".

Do you think MANY investors purchased CDIV for their "game apps" and company growth? Or was there another reason?

I aways just say YOU CAN"T SHORT PENNIES! And years ago did post the rule & reg's which showed this was true.

But since REG SHO I think those rules changed.

Now pennies show up on shortable stock lists in great numbers. The Government doesn't restrict this any longer.

BUT brokers still do! You have to dig deep to find one which will. And those have such large margin requirements. It just doesn't become possible for most traders. Beside most penny players don't have minimal margin accounts anyway.

So if they can find a broker which will allow you to short a penny, brokers will require OTC investors to have $2.50 of margin per share, to short a stock under $2.50. Say you want to short a double zero stock $1,000 worth @ .005. That requires a margin account balance of $500k.

Besides, the brokers which allow this, you never heard of.

If your tired of trying to tell the herd, "YOU CAN"T SHORT A PENNY". Just tell the message board poster to try to short a penny with their broker. They will shut up.

This is my first post on this board, but I just had to come out of lurking mode and laugh at some of the stuff this afternoon. The squeeze is a SIMPLE concept, not sure what's so difficult to understand about it.
