Thanks CPmill,
Interesting take on it. Allied's Hycroft Mine average waste to ore ratio is high and yet there annual cost is about $300 per Gold Eq Ounce and they do have a mill. I think Comstock should be able to meet or do better especially with a mill down the road. No pun intended. ha ha. Do you agree?
Thanks,
Cheers.
D
Hmmmmmmm. Because the rock is an oxidized gold and silver in quartz mostly it's much easier to leach no? Better return so for instance Allied Nevada uses high cost sulfides to leach because they don't have this advantage. Also because Comstock has some higher grade belts than Allied does and I know they will be cutting down production costs significantly by using all oxides instead of the way Allied does it with the more expensive sulfide leach system. Silver will more than cover it IMO. Production costs for Comstock could come in under $300 per OZ. Allied's is about $300 but Comstock has a few advantages.
Cheers,
D
Hey CPmill,
CP does that stand for Crown Point mill? Speaking of mill... With the addition of the planned crusher and mill etc yields will be much higher. It has been known for some time that the silver would easily pay for the gold and then some especially with a mill/crusher and that was when silver was almost half the price. Just my two bits. Thoughts?
Cheers,
D
Timothy your wrong,
Since you yourself said you are not aware let me enlighten you. I'll bite for the sake of your education. Many other successful operating mines have worse or simular OPT but I'm giving you this example because of the simularities in geography etc.

Gold Rises to Record; Silver Heads for Biggest Monthly Advance Since 1983

Timothy,
Just as you are within your rights to publish an article on your web site. We are within our rights to do due diligence and search your history and then make our own conclusions about what you are writing. None of us had ever heard of our-street before so of course we are going to try to find out if it's a legitimate publication. Sorry but I personally have made up my mind and others are free to do the same. That is all.

EXPOSING Our-Street / Timothy Miles
Looks like he has been at this for a while. This is from
2006 so unfortunatly some of the links are broken. But the
SEC link you sent confirms this is infact the same guy.
http://www.hotstockmarket.com/forum/thread/44031/cshd-11-6-no-court-tomorrow-sec-has-cshd-sign-injunction/2780
May 9, 2005 (FinancialWire) "Nick Tracy," whom FinancialWire unmasked in an expose a year ago as no stock hero, but rather a never-do-well individual named Timothy Miles charged by U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission with stock fraud and charged by detractors as being a sloppy investigator who despite picking some bad apples, has almost never had his facts straight, says he's giving up his website, "Our-Street.com."
Whether that is true or another subterfuge, the irrepressible self-appointed "scam cop" has his SEC trial coming up in June. The other two individuals charged with him have also reportedly left the country. He is appealing a ruling against him in a case involving Circle Group Holdings (AMEX: CXN), and he continues to claim credit for "discovering" a phone scam involving six companies, including American Multiplexer Corp., Donini Inc. (OTCBB: DNNI), 5G Wireless Communications Inc. (OTCBB: FGWC), Innovative Food Holdings Inc., and Power3 Medical Products (OTCBB: PWRM) and their shareholders which the SEC recently said was in reality "discovered" and reported by the largest number of investors in its history.
True to his history of questionable diligence, the now apparently "former" Our-Street" proprietor has continued to suggest that the companies themselves were involved in the scam long after the SEC had said none of them were found to have been involved.
Case closed IMO.
Cheers,
D
I knew something about that site was wrong. Smelled funny.
Like I said before his rating system is totally misleading.
Lode got 44/60 wich in reality is a B+ grade from this numskull.
But he does not tell you that he just say's 44/100 and this paints a bad picture.
Pretty good gig. Write up some BS on your own site make it look legit then post it all over the message boards. Then trade around the damage you do. Looks like he's up to it again. Thanks for the heads up on this guy's criminal past.
I'm sure he helped amplify the sell off and I'm sure him and "the our-street team" cashed in on a nicely timed BS piece. Posts the article on Easter holiday right before Bernanke. The timing is suspect as well. This stinks to high heaven...
None of us had ever heard of our street before this guy posted here and have been rubed by this guy IMO. Get's my goat.
This part stinks as well.
"What I will do is give you my informed opinion about the company… I will tell you what I like and what concerns me and I will give it a total rating between 0 and 100. No companies will earn a 100 rating. In fact, I doubt very much you will often see ratings much over 60 but you might. After all, they are penny stocks. If I do rate a stock above 60, it’s definitely worth looking at. What the ratings will give you is a comparative scale of my opinion of one company to another."
This rating system need to be a disclaimer at the top of the article. I had to dig to find this little disclaimer gem.

Just in time for a lode dore pour party.

Thanks Stocktrader.
This gold rally to 1530 is making silver look a lot less toppy now. The silver toes will fit nicely into the golden boots with plenty of wiggle room now. Especially if you think 16 toes can fit into 1 golden boot. he he

One of the biggest pieces of misinformation in my opinion as I have
Stated earlier is his rating system. Not even a mention of amex
I too smell something fishy.
Or innocent hack writing?

Are a very profitable operation. I'm not sure
Your aware of it but we have recently hit
High grade bonanza as well. Also we are waiting on
Some updated drill results that will expand

Well as allied or other miners in the area.
Welcome to the board new poster

Our-street? IS run by the "ourstreet team" who is someone named
"Timothy" with no last name?
Not only is his 44/60 ratings system misleading and IMO bogus
Looks like :"Timothy?" has has "published" 2 whole articles in one year? With our-street?
Just thought I'd add that before I hoist another 1 to LODE!
Happy hop hop,
Cheers,
D
Is this a joke? Not only did we get 44/60? Who the heck is ourstreet ID? created on Easter Friday the same day that the Article is published? On a North American stat holiday? Huh? This thing stinks to high heaven.
I'm going to have a BBQ and a beer.
Happy long weekend all.
Cheers,
D
Yup, Just got in from mowing the lawn on this nice sunny day and
then after checking my email had to read this hack piece of work. Then I did a little digging on his site and found this little gem.
"No companies will earn a 100 rating. In fact, I doubt very much you will see ratings much over 60. If they did, they wouldn’t be penny stocks."
This is a quote from the author on his site. ha ha. If we got
40/60 sound like we did alot better than OK.
The guy is some kind of penny stock watch dog so he's on the look out for fraud or something? I dunno. Funny thing his big problem is a standard warning clause on a 43-101? Anyway.
http://our-street.com/2010/12/09/our-street-com-changes-focus-to-the-upside/
Sheesh,
What a joke, back to the sun.
D
MM's accumulating slowly. Shifting sands.
Getting ready for the next leg up. Phase 2
Cheers,

Ha ha ya no kidding. I have to admit that I bought all the way down today. My last fill at 3.45. Just like many others did as well judging by the huge volume. This is probably healthy pull back here. It puts us on a more reasonable up trend trajectory here. Today reminded us we are still dealing with a junior mining stock and volatility is to be expected. Most other junior stocks have much more volatility than Lode has had of late. Anyway, I'm glad for it. Bring it on.
Cheers,
D
I know. My buy order at 3.58 would not fill all day and yet 248,963 volume so far and it touched my price a bunch of times but no fill? I'm not a day trader type so I don't know what to make of this here. Some massive trades going through.
Cheers,
D
Are you calculating in all the latest
silver drill results too? I'm pretty sure if you add in all the latest drilling plus the Dayton it's alot higher. Just did a rough back of the napkin and we are getting into some serious cash here at 44-50$ silver.
Cheers,
D
