Do I sense increasing stress and uneasiness among board members?
I can understand many have been waiting for quite some time now, but, honestly, board standards are deteriorating, I think.
SDVI will come through with flying colours, so take heart, fellas!
Wish I had more money to put in..
Wonder how many were selling with a loss on Friday. Hope "the brave 152" are still present.
People don´t trust pinkies.. and for good reasons most of the time.
SDVI will soon change all that, hopefully.
..seems like the MMs are at it again..
..right, and a celeb investor wouldn´t hurt either..
Seed,
good initiative regarding Rogue Trooper, sent my email.
GLTA
Thanks for rapid answer.
Sorry, but I was wondering about 1) the cost of uprating to OTCBB, 2) a possible lowest PPS to enter and 3) your view on Reverse Splits.
GLTA
SeedOfaG,
Getting out of the Pinks cost and isn´t there a PPS limit to upgrade?
The worst thing imaginable would be (and I shudder) an RS, agreed?
seeking wisdom,
I wouldn´t know the time-frame, important though is that all share-holders are aware of the "dirty tricks of MMs" and try to stay cool.
The company demonstrates a noticeable will to be transparent, relative to Pink Sheets standards. Obviously they think they have more to show than to hide.
We can only hope the present trend will continue.
GLTA
Could be intimidating seeing a share opening (or worse, closing) down when you were sure it would go up. But, with increasing sales and revenue, there will come a time when the MMs just give up trying to manipulate the stock.
Frankly, I don´t get your point in relation to my post.
Five weeks ago I posted the opinion SDVI ought to upgrade from Pink Sheets as soon as possible. Today, the need is not that urgent.
The manipulative tricks of the MMs, incurring doubt and fear in many an investor, are just effective in a vacuum of no news and no cash-flow. Luckily, those days are over.
The company is no longer non-reporting, sales figures grow increasingly and the PPS more and more looks ridiculously low.
So, don´t let you be affected by a manufactured low opening or closing figure. Those are just the tools of MMs in their efforts to short the stock.
Come February, we could see .03 IMO.
GLTA
Sometimes I get the feeling nobody outside this board knows about SDVI.
Well said!
Indeed, why go and buy a company within a totally different field, for money you don´t have but bitterly need RIGHT NOW to claim profits already created?
Abondanceinvest,
Must give you the kicks waiting for.. nothing to happen.
evelation,
Here is another believer, but I still think you shouldn´t let the office boy write your copy..
punk153,
Explains it all, doesn´t it?
SDVI home-page, somebody trying to explain the company´s fancy techniques.
1) "Signature Devices, Inc. creates, develops and manufactures advanced information technologies (how do you manufacture a technology?) including computer systems, (hardware?) software, (comma here?) and electronic products."
2) "Signature Devices, (invisible genitive with a comma) Image Generation Technology is a combination of high quality digital images. This technology includes the utilization of 3D graphics hardware in combination with internally (yes, brains are internal, but maybe in-house would be a better word?) developed software that produces images approaching "photo realism."
3) "Signature Devices create, develops (back to singular) and manufactures advanced information technology, (this person likes his/her commas) including computer systems, software and electronic products (TV´s, cameras, stereos..?).
The company also publishes software including video games, (keep the commas coming!) and commercial products (in contrast to video games?) through its wholly-owned subsidairy (holy cow!) Graffiti Entertainment, LLC. One of the company´s technologies includes a blend of hardware and software for image generation technology.. (boy, this word really takes some beating now..)
And so it goes on, personally I´ll go for some rest.
Thanks, adj10466, your view on Mr. Hurley is much appreciated.
It has always surprised me that a noted company (read: pinkie) can avoid reporting and do whatever they want with the shareholders´ money, without notice, without asking. In most countries you couldn´t.
Now, realizing the fact that a businessman´s first wish seldom is to enrich his fellow man, it would be interesting if somebody in the know could tell us a little about SDVI´s CEO Ken Hurley, what sort of a person he is, things like that.
I am a newbie here, moving money from TECZ, where management performed a lethal reverse split, simultaneously presenting themselves with shares at a 10:1 rate compared to the ordinary peasant shareholder.
SDVI should have a great future looking at their record, market presence and upcoming releases. But they have got to leave Pink Sheets, the sooner the better, for them and for us.
GLTA
snoop101,
good post, we must not lower ourselves to the standards of other boards, hopefully we won´t.
..many ways to get robbed in Nevada..
Feels like a kick in the face..
kubotapete,
Haha, liked your "sound business principle" bit, totally clueless myself.
Could it be that some shares are traded by such a limited number of MM´s, giving them the chance to support the company, at a fee?
Please, somebody!
Since we are so painfully aware of the possible drawn-out time-frame for cases like this, surely it would be a great stimulus to see a definite court date proclaimed.
rkor,
could you please explain your impressive graph for an ignorant person (me). How much support is enough to indicate a reliable uptrend for instance?
Ben, it feels like we have been in the manipulative hands of the MM:s since the RS, asks and bids not always coming to terms with each other, would you say?
To assess the near future, well, that seems to be a job for a fortune-teller.
Joyce, up 25%, why?
My mistake. I really think you should be able to delete posts while editing.
L vus, that is one heck of a great idea! Would love to see the Toyota Tacoma Technipower name in the rear.
jjr,
it´s hard for a pinkie to go against the bears, isn´t it? As you say, we need substantial news about contracts and revenues. Such news are bound to come for this legitimate company with its diversity of quality products. Let´s also hope for some general good news, always helpful.
oniro,
Great comment, I so agree!
Ben, thanks for correcting my wishful thinking, great to have you back in business!
High, rogus,
Yes, license fees could be a future scenario.
High, Reform, I never said it would go to $4, I was just doing some math.
Hi there,
just recapping for newcomers (please, correct me, where I am wrong).
Solomon assets mainly consist of:
1) Patented technology for easy-to-install, economically viable home solar power screens, backed up by government stimulus guarantees.
2) Patented Electric Wheel and Electric Axle, ready to be installed and replace engine and transmission in most fuel-driven vehicles, typically in 4-5 hours, thereby creating instant green motoring at an interesting price for the owner (especially as such an operation most likely will be subsidized).
3) Electric Wheel concept for propulsion of boats up to typically harbour sightseeing capacity. Powerful (with superior torque), clean, noiceless and economical as proved in a number of installations.
4) Various defense systems rewarded with new and repeat orders from Homeland Securities.
5) Other successful products within Solomon´s Technipower branch.
6) Ongoing litigation court case vs Toyota, which company has blatantly copied and used Solomon´s patented Electric Wheel for their best-selling hybrid cars. Up to this point Toyota has sold about 1.300.000 hybrid cars in USA infringing on Solomon´s patent.
Toyota might want to seek an out-of-court settlement, thereby dimishing negative exposure. The alternative might be a straight-forward damages court judgement, for which we could do some simple math: 1.300.000 vehicles at, say a $1.500 damage fee per vehicle roughly corresponds to $4 per outstanding share as far as we can tell at this time, to be compared to present share price $0.23.
Solomon Drawbacks
1) Debt around $16 million, should be a minor consideration under the circumstances.
2) The company, noted on the Pink Sheets, has been known to give away debentures quite freely at times.
3) Historically the company has been lacking in information to the general share-holder.
So, there it is, and, as always, due diligence is of importance.
GOOD lUCK TO ALL!
Thanks, L vus, *****.
