Hope so!
It's becoming nastier!
Agree!
Hope we get something fair!
As I am pre-seizure, I prefer to wait and get something more substantial! Anyway, what I want is irrelevant!
I hope it takes quite a while to be resolved! Only with that the facts will be exposed!
I like the fact that the EC is getting tougher!

Not sure! Aren't these talks with WAMU executives only? Doesn't it take pressure from them to show facts?
I like it!
I think if we are in a world of logic, you stand correct! Thanks!
Based on everything you've seen and heard so far, you have a guess whether this is positive for commons?
That's positive!
Thanks!
My point is who is actually going to direct WMI to give, or not, JPM and the FDIC the releases they want and for how much?
Who controls WMI? Are the same hedge funds being probed for insider information use?
I agree!
Preferreds loose everything too without a settlement including commons! Is it?
Do you know if the hedge funds the EC is probing for possible use of insider information are the persons that actually control WMI?
If so, I think that the latest developments could force WMI to renegotiate with JPM and the FDIC a new POR. In this case, the outcome could be highly beneficial to all shareholders. Does it make sense?
Or not!
Only those who stay until the settlement and its details are disclosed will be able to see the real money. Those who are trading will win some and loose some. That's my opinion!!
Maybe it shows that a normal guy has a chance against industry titans!
Thanks!
Thank you again!
What I meant was whether you knew the ratios for conversion contained in the documentation that created these securities and not what will happen.
Do you know the ratios at which these securities can be converted into common stock? Thank you!
I think all these moves are just craziness!!! It's not anything too elaborate!
Thank you!
Thank you!
I was wondering if JPM and the FDIC would agree with, for example, that WMI received the full benefit of the NOL or at least something more than US$ 5 Bi?
Sorry if am not clear, but as you can see I am a foreigner!
If shareholders are to get something more than what WMI was saying it was worth, where do you think the money or assets will come from?
I don't think that's the most likely scenario! Based on the news that are out, It's hard to imagine that commons will get anything less than .13 cents!
I agree!
That's good! Thank you!
Are JP Morgan and the FDIC participating in any way in the disscussions that are taking place?
Yeah, but it's not easy to understand what is good and what is bad news!
Preferreds have preference if the company is to be liquidated! So far, the indications are that a new company will be formed and integrated by commons and preferreds together!
I don't get it! Lehman was and is still an endless hole!
What is the relation between Lehman and Wamu?
Has anyone heard whether the email from Wells Fargo manifesting its intention to acquire Wamu, on terms that could have been much more beneficial to shareholders, the FDIC, taxpayers, etc., had any impact in the negotiations that msy be taking place?
