Good post. I would not waste my time here if I didn't believe this was a good investment. Why waste my time or anyone elses time on something I don't believe in? I look at a number of different stocks, but the only ones I keep looking at are the ones with promise. The only thing that I am not sure about is timing. Will income be reported today, next week, next month? I don't know. But I do know that you don't establish relatioships with companies that have large resources to market, manufacture, install tens of thousands of units a year unless there is expectation of needing those resources. And those companies would want nothing to do with you if you didn't have a blockbuster product. My best to you, GO HLNT, Jim
Thanks for all your hard work to explain the legal stuff in simple terms. IMHO, seems like there is no point or benefit to either of these cases as far as the plaintiffs are concerned. Hopefully they will be over soon. Do you know if all materials have been turned over to HLNT regarding financial matters so that they can become current? Thanks, My best to you and all, Jim
Thanks for your update post. There is no such thing as a long post from you. Always full of good stuff. Would it be fair to compare HLNT to a fella who decides he'd like to climb mountains? Then, instead of starting out climbing an easy hill or two, he makes plans to go up Mount Everest? If he succeeded in doing that, everything would be relatively easy from there on out. Is that somewhat where we are today? The biggest, hardest market has been conquered. Appreciate your thoughts always. My best to you and all, Jim
And they signed their first fleet deal Dec. 5 2012. And the shop foreman substantiated, thru his own testing, that the trucks got 12% better mileage and 50% less use of DEF fluid. My best to you and all, GO HLNT, Jim
Just for fun, I like to hit on poster's names and see what other boards they are posting on. Then, I pull up a 1 year chart on the company. Almost everyone starts out at a higher level and nosedives into the ground. Just for fun. My best to all, Go HLNT, Jim
Sometimes I wish I had 2 or 3 more ignores. But, really, this is such a great board. Nikodemos, Sparks100, assets, PaulQ111, you, Laddyman, Onceinawhile,Johhnny4profits, Loan Guy,and so many more. And the amount of info with where it came from is just amazing. If there were no amigos, I would wonder, maybe just a little, is this a great company. But it comes with the territory in pinky land. Cheer up, when HLNT hits a dollar, maybe the amigos will still be here but you'll laugh more. My best to all, Jim
I'm with you. Can you imagine what it was like to be in at he beginning of Microsft? I wonder if Microsoft had posters looking for dirt? I mean they have found absolutely nothing. Encourages me for all of their digging the only thing they found was HTI doesn't belong to the Chamber of Commerce. What an incredible laugh. Encourages me all the more to buy more. I am interested in facts. The only thing that would change my mind on my assessment of HLNT. My best to you and all, Jim PS Maybe this will be the week for some PR's. Maybe not. We'll soon know. I'm in if it is or not.
You make a good point and I agree with you. Also, it makes us better to see the facts brought up over and over. Sure looking forward to see what Mr. Coats was looking at when he made that projection for this year of 100 million. I believe he has gone thru a lot to bring the company to where it is today and I am looking forward to the PR's releasing that info of the sales. My best to you and all, Jim GO HLNT
Thanks for all of your posts trying to reason with people. It reminds me of a man who is suspicious of his wife's fidelity. He hires a private detective to check on her. After 3 or 4 months the detective makes his report. No basis for any charges. That is what I hear over and over. If there was any dirt, the amigos would've found it by now. Not only are my shares locked down, I'm encouraged to buy more. The more senseless, baseless charges are made, the more I will buy. My best to you and all, Jim GO HLNT
Makes it harder to speak in a negative manner about HLNT. When you own shares in a company, it is generally because you have seen some things that look promising. You see value. I see value. My best to you and all, Jim And I believe many see value and the reason this stock has not gont to triple 000's is the support of many. They have never stopped buying and are not selling in spite of the yield sign up or answers to every question. There is so much DD out there that shows promise, especially over the last 6 months or so, that people are not getting out of this company. They keep supporting it. I don't have much faith in charts until some regular revenue is coming in. And I have seen nothing from anyone that has changed my mind. Let everyone come to their own conclusions.
Thanks for the video post. How did you know I like eagles? One of the most fascinating parts of this world. Have a great weekend-see everyone next Tuesday. My best to you and all, GO HLNT, Jim
Appreciate your posts and your spirit. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe what you keep saying is-the trend is your friend. And all the depreciation in the stock price cannot be explained by the evil MM's and flippers taking profits. And if the trend is not up- there are valid reasons for it and you are waiting for the valid reasons to be addressed and dealt with before the trend will again be your friend and be willing to invest. And until the various things,or at least one or two of the biggest ones are taken care of, this stock will have a hard time appreciating in value and attracting other investors. Big issues would include current reporting, for instance. I'm here to learn. Appreciate your perspective. I started buying this last summer and have never sold a share. Never been a flipper. But I am beginning to see value in it at various times. Thanks for all your insight. It reminds me a little of Warren Buffet's 3 rules of investing. 1-never lose money. 2-never lose money 3-never lose money. Making money is a lot more fun than losing money. My best to you and all, GO HLNT, Jim
Appreciate your posts, your enthusiasm, your confidence. I was thinking about the story of the 4 men who couldn't see all of an elephant. I don't remember the story exactly. But it went something like this: One had eyes to see a leg. And it was like a tree, solid and stable. So he thought this is what an elephant is like. Another could see the trunk and thought this is long and flexible. An elephant is like something that can pick up on things others miss. Another saw an ear and thought this creature has tremendous hearing. Alas, the last man was standing by the tail and you guessed it-the elephant let go with a blast of gas and well, some of that ugly brown stuff. And he said the only thing I see is hot air and ugly brown stuff. Your perspective is determined by how much of the elephant you see. If you see only a small portion, that will be your perspective. If you see it all, then you can have a better idea of the whole deal. The truth is, the elephant is all of these things-together. A little humour, some would probably say very little, depending on where they are standing. My best to you and all, GO HLNT, Jim
Hey, Jason,I for one, hope you don't sell. Not for my sake or others here, but for others you perhaps have not thought of. Many wealthy people, having accumulated far more than then could ever need, have turned their thoughts elsewhere. What am I talking about? Helping the less fortunate. I believe there are over 100 million souls in Africa that do not have access to clean drinking water. Things we take for granted. You could leave a legacy behind when you're gone that you made this world a better place. So I ask you to consider staying and make a bunch of money that can help many others. My best to you in whatever choice you make, Jim
Hey, I sure appreciate you clearing that up. Maybe some day I could take a ride on that board. Love the ocean, never been on a surfboard, let alone a HY-Surf board. Say, when I was in the navy, I had some experience with missiles. Wonder if there would be an app for missiles? HY-BOOM or somesuch. Appreciate your posts. Look forward to meeting you someday when we can laugh about these days. My best to you and all, GO HLNT, Jim
Other possibilities. How about sales income? Dec. 5, 2012 they announced the first fleet deal with AHS for approximately 125 trucks. Have other fleet deals or single units sold? I don't know, but it is certainly a possibility. I believe it was Loan Guy that stated they did not incur debt to make the payment. If you write off all the possibilities that incur debt, you are left with sales income. Mr. Coats stated that they intentionally kept the product off the market until it was perfected. Well, Dec. 5 2012, to me, is a watershed event. The products have been released for sale into the marketplace. And about 5 weeks after that contract was signed, a payment was made to PWC. Could all of those units have been installed in 5 weeks? Easily. And many more too. My best to you and all, GO HLNT, Jim My only question is-when will the PRs be released? But I am convinced they will. And I sleep very well. Just my perspective on all I see.
Hey, once , thanks for the update on the latest from Carndog. Tell him I miss him and his great posts. He was a great addition to this board. I look forward to his restoration here or another format. My best to you and all, GO HLNT, Jim
Appreciate your thoughts. However, as far as a buyout-you don't know what Mr. Coats has gone thru bringing the company to this point. As a poor comparison only, a woman goes thru 9 months of carrying a child that does all kinds of weird thngs to her body. At long last, the day of delivery comes. For the joy of the birth, all of the pain is soon forgotton. The first thought on her mind is not-I can't wait till this kid grows up and moves out. No, it is the beginning of enjoying that child for many years to come. I think Mr. Coats is beginning to enjoy the fruits of his labors. My best to you and all, GO HLNT, Jim
My father once told me, very few people can think. Do not be one of them. Wherever you are, be aware of your surroundings. If you see another tradesman missed finishing something on his job, give him a call and let him know. I never know what an honest question is. But I give everyone the benefit of the doubt that it is an honest question until they prove to me they don't want an answer. Then I hit the ignore button and contnue on with the ones who are asking honest questions. Always treat others the way you would like to be treated. I have asked many seemingly dumb questions to others who mostly resonded graciously to me. I am open to anyting that shows me something I don't know about the company which would change my investment decision. I am not open to baseless words, clouds witout rain. The best is yet to come is what I believe. My best to you and all, GO HLNT, Jim, and where the grace comes from to answer graciously I believe you know.
Good to ask questions. This one is simple. They signed their first fleet deal in December with a company that had been running tests on our product since March. Yes, HTI manufactures product and has product for sale. My best to you and all, GO HLNT, Jim
Appreciate your posts. You are a thoughtful person. Good place to be. Investigate, do as much DD as you can and come to a conclusion. I came to a conclusion last summer. This stock is heading to the sky. Since last summer, I have seen the company make one strategic alliance after another. Lately, they have signed their first fleet deal. And then, they paid most of the settlement to PWC. And then, made a forward looking statement of 100 million in sales for this year. Mr. Coats didn't have to do that. But he did. And with all the good things that have happened in the last 6 months, I expect soon we will see the basis for that foward looking statement. I have been in construction over 50 years and it doesn't dissappoint me when only the foundation has been put in. It doesn't dissappoint me when only the structure has been framed. It doesn't dissappoint me when only the drywall has ben installed. I don't look at what hasn't been accomplished yet. I look at what has. I started buying 6 months ago and have never stopped. Nothing has changed in my evaluation of this company in a negative manner. But positive things sure have. I am open to DD that I have not seen, but have seen none that changes my mind. All I have seen are baseless charges with no DD behid them. IMHO, My best to you and all, Jim GO HLNT
I agree, they have been sold. Price Waterhouse is not an investor for those shares. They are liquidating assets from a bankruptcy case. They would not be carrying out their responsibility to hold them. I believe they were sold the day they were received by PWC. IMHO of course. My best to you and all, GO HLNT, Jim
I agree with the last sentence of your post, buyer beware. Always ask questions. But also, look at everything. I have not seen many penny stocks that have not diluted their shareholders into oblivion. The CEO, Mr. Coats, reduced the AS from 10 billion to 2.7 billion. I know things have not gone as fast as everyone would like, but I do see a lot of progress. We must look at the whole picture. And there is a lot to see in the last 6 months. My best to you and all, GO HLNT, Jim
Appreciate your post. There are unanswered questions. But there are many more questions that have been answered. Where does financing come from for HTI? Is HTI trying to do everthing in house? Or has it established strategic relationships with other companies to manufacture, install, market, sell the units? Has it taken the product to EPA/CARB for verificaion? Has it esablished a relationship wth one of the biggest vehicle maufactureres in the world? Has the first fleet deal been signed? Has a foward looking statement been issued for projected sales for this year? Has a settlement been reached with a company that was suing for many millions of dollars? Has most of the settlement been paid? On whose watch has all this occurred? The curent CEO walked into a very big mess left by previous management. Accepted a low salary and has done an amazing job of turning this company around and building reationships with many other people and other companies. Is there more to go? You betcha. But a lot has happened in the last 6 months. What do you see when you look at HLNT? I see a growing company with a great management team. Finishedyet? No but I sure am encouraged by what I have seen lately. My best to you and all, GO HNT, Jim
Thanks for your question. My father was an electrical contractor for 52 years. He wired millions of dollars of reidential, commercial and industrial properties. He had a real business. But he had all of his business mail go to a post office box. Why? He was concerned that checks being mailed to his physical business address had the possibility of being stolen. Did that take away from him owning, operating and conducting a real business? Of course not. My best to you and all, GO HLNT, Jim
Totally agree. I believe it was paid from revenue. Got your PM, don't have it yet. Send an email will reply. GO HLNT, Jim
Hey, thanks for the update. Maybe this will all be done this quarter. Seems like more of a distraction than something of much substance. But will still be great to be done with. I like your name, maybe because I've been an electrician for 40 years, 33 years as a contractor. Seen my share of sparks over the years. My best to you and all, GO HLNT, Jim
Is the cup half full or half empty? I'm happier than all get out that we got the PR. And it was followed up by, I believe, Loan Guy that debt was not increased to pay off the 700,000. And I am just happier than all get out that our CEO has projected 100 million in revenue for this year. He didn't have to make that projection. But he did. I'm sure there is someone that could be a better CEO. But, you know what, he came to help this company out when it was very close to bankruptcy. He got one of the finest legal teams to defend HLNT. He agreed to a low salary. He put together a team to bring the Hy Impact product thru 9 generations of improvements. He made strategic alliances with others to finance all this without dilution,in marketing, sales and installation. And then makes a forward looking statement. Boy am I looking forward to knowing the basis for that statement. And I will. Will it be today? I don't know. But I do know, from everything I have seen, there would be no HLNT today if not for Mr. Coats. My best to you and all, GO HLNT, Jim
I learned in my marriage a while ago that if I always pointed out to my wife what I was unhappy about I found myself to be unhappy too. I know there is at least one poster who sends PRs to Barron's, I believe. One thing I think might be a good idea is if some would send an email to MR. Coats and just say thanks for giving us a forward looking statement about revenue for this year and the settlement almost completely paid off. A thank you might go a long ways. It sure does in my marriage. Just a thought. My best to all, GO HLNT, Jim EDIT-c.coats@hyimpact.com
I caught that post. I've been thinking about it and dreaming about it. I went thru calculus in college and math has always been fun for me. 20,000 a year is 400 units a week. 80 units a day on a five day week. Over 400,000 a day in revenue. Yeah, I caught that post and I caught Mr. Coats reaffirming the email he sent to PaulQ111 about 100 million in revenue for this year. The only thing on my mind lately is how can I get a hold of more funds to invest. Just my perspective. My best to you and all, GO HLNT, Jim EDIT-I've even been thinking about stock buybacks. Do you know it would only take a million dollars to buy a 100 million shares approximately? What an incredible value we have in this stock right now. What an amazing opportunity.
I think sometimes people are responding to being blasted. I think if we could share our differing ideas without being told it's my way or the highway-well if you don't like it, then sell out, then I think more people would share. Most posters who follow this board don't share at all or very little. Maybe we scare some away that share the slightest little thing that is not what we believe. I'm here to learn and I welcome honest questions. And when someone is blasted, I understand them responding out of hurt. We could do better, I think, to respond to people without all the emotion. People are at all different kinds of levels and at the top of this board it actually welcomes people and welcomes their questions. My best to you and all, GO HLNT, Jim
Welcome back, Jason. This is one of the best posts you have made. I can understand better where you're coming from. Thank you for sharing. Now you're talking about a dollar a share. That has been my vision also. I don't see a penny stock. I see a dollar. I see value. Much value. My best to you and all, GO HLNT, Jim
You said, we need substance. You are absolutely right. Revenue will drive this stock to higher levels. But, when I see clouds, and then more clouds, and then lightning begins to happen, I know rain is not far off. First the leaf, then the ear, then the full corn in the ear. I see things happening. A lot of things. And they all tell me the drought is over. Just my perspective, My best to all, GO HLNT, Jim
Enjoy honest questions. Don't really like to guess. Sometimes, others are guessing so much, it frustrates me and I guess also, but on the other side of the scale. I see so much progress in this company in having the products brought to the point of having consistent results, strategic relationsips with others to market, manufacture and install the products, particularly in the last 6 months. And the PR today of a very large payment to PWC is, for the most part, drowned out by one speculation after another of-well, they must have missed a payment and this is two or they probably borrowed the money. And the part of the PR where Mr. Coats made a forward looking statement that our goal in 2013 is 100 million in sales. Bravo, the testing and proving is over and the products are being released to the marketplace. I believe there will be forthcoming PRs about the sales being made now or have already been made. However, this is the first forward looking statement about revenue that I know of and I'm glad that he did it. An email from another poster from Mr. Coats is good, a PR is better. He previously said in the past the products were being wiheld from the marketplace until they were ready. Well, I see ready all over the PR today. Just my perspective. My best to all, GO HLNT, Jim
As long as we're all speculating today, what if 3 equal payments were to be made on Jan. 31, Feb. 28, Mar.31 to PWC? In that case, HLNT was ahead of schedule and made a bigger payment than necessary. I don't see this as a loser stock, but a growing company that has reached out to many others to take these products to the marketplace. And all of the PRs that I have read state that the companies all responded positively. For the life of me , I don't understand all the dissappointment here today. Chad has released a forward looking PR about revenue. I am more excited about this stock than I have ever been. Just my perspective. MY best to all, GO HLNT, Jim
Good post. A person might just as well say, "Anyone who thinks the world is round sounds fishy to me." No basis in fact. HLNT has a tremendous amount of DD in the last year especially demonstrating the value of the company. All these relationships with other companies to market, sell, manufacture and install the product points to massive market penetration. And now the government looking at the products. To me that is the icing on the cake. I, for one, am not worried about this company becoming a giant this year. The PR's will come. Mr. Coats has demonstrated great leadership in not trying to keep everything "in house." He has established strategic relationships with many others to take these products to market. Mr. Coats has focused on the development of the best possible product with many industry applications and found others to do other things like marketing. Bravo to him. We are fortunate to have such demonstrated leadership. My best to you and all, Jim
Good post. It is full of common sense that is not so common today. Like respect, which also is not so common today. My father told me many years ago that a lot of the people in this world who really know something are horses behinds in their personality. He said,"If you can keep from being offended by their personalities, you can learn a lot. " Learning is the key, hopefully by not making all of the mistakes others have. This is one of the most informative boards I have seen. My best to you and all, GO HLNT, Jim
I agree. Only thing is, I have never stopped buying. I have thought it is a tremendous value since I first started buying. I have not seen anything that has changed my valuation of HLNT. Indeed, as time has gone on, my valuation has steadily increased. Charts do mean something to me if revenues have started coming in. Till that time, I see no value in a chart. This company is unlike at least 99% of penny stocks that I have followed. This company, under new leadership, reduced the AS not once but twice. Then went on to establish funding from others so that there would not be dilution necessary to fund operations until revenes from sales could be developed. Nothing has happened in the last 6 months to change my view of HLNT. I am open to differing opinions than mine. However, there must be a basis for the differing opinion, otherwise, it means nothing to me. Someone can say the earth is flat all they want, but you have to show me proof if you want to change my view. If HLNT was selling for 5 cents today, it would still be a tremendous value. The only thing I don't know is the timetable. Is the explosion today? I don't know. But I do know this company will explode to the upside, and I will be there with it when it does.I see a lot of value in this company. Let everyone come to their own conclusions, but let it be based on facts, not agenda. IMHO, GLTA, my best to all, Jim
Going to do some dot connecting here. Sounds like the fleet deal that has been PR'd started testing about last March. As a result of some testing for 3 or 4 months, the Hy-Impact was updated with some modifications. Back to testing, which resulted in the first fleet deal signed. Sounds to me like the units have just been"finalized" around July last year for a final round of testing after that. Sounds like they have just gotton ready for distribution in December. So has a large fleet deal been signed, or are they in the final stage of testing with Tyson or whoever. I do not know. Believe it is close. Time will tell, GLTA, GO HLNT, JIM My best to all.
With the amazing products and relationships this company has established in marketing, sales, manufacturing and installation, if I have to wait another year, I will wait. And I will wait every day with expectancy. Will today be the day that HLNT releases blockbuster PR's? I don't know. But this I know-I have not seen another company with the products and ability to deliver the products as this company. I have seen all kinds of pennies that are 2 to 3 week wonders but have nothing of substance behind them. And look at all the companies that have made strategic relationships with HLNT. Major companies. No fluff here. Everyone needs to make their own decisions. For those who do not see the value of waiting for this gem, then act accordingly. As for me, I started buying at .082 and bought all the way to .0216-gladly. And I am still buying. There is so much I don't know about what goes on behind the scenes but I have seen enough info that is readily available, I am convinced this is a gem. Of great price. And will be when it reaches a dollar. I see another microsoft in the making. But that is what I see. Let everyone be convinced as of the result of their own DD what is a wise decision for them. And I respect everyones decisions to buy, to sell, to hold.GLTA, and my best to all, Jim
