well my explanation is that around june of 2016 the BOD stated they would like to get somethin done withen the next 12 months. Investors tired of waiting are dumping this garbage for something that pays dividends.Lack of action ..period

You know my gut told me that this was probably a once in a lifetime oppertunity for a guy like me to grab shares that where once trading as high 1300.00 each. The dividend was almost 80 bucks a year per share , 1000 share = 80,000. also the PQ is perpetual so there is no maturity date. Besides if a liquidation/buyout wampq could be paid at max par value $1000 or a precentage . Reward is a little sweeter . peace.
