I've been around, just haven't had much time to post. I'd like to pick up a lot @ .0001
I just put a buy order in for several million @ .0001
If you want out, I'll buy them
LLEG seems like a steal at .0001 wow...
Did you call them?
I don't have an evidence other than LLEG hiring Marcum as their auditor and the company's word.
Then again, I'm a perpetual optimist.
There intention has been to uplist. They have made this clear on several occasions.
As to why... I suppose to be respected as a legitimate business and not a "stinky pinky" as some like to call them.
An investor should know that a pink sheet stock carries some burden of risk since the company is not required to report anything.
Uplisting will change the face of the game for us.
Could you explain further?
Its a risk we all assume when buying/selling sub-pennies.
The reason people invest in sub-pennies is because of their vast upside potential and the investors lack of risk avesrion.
Assumption.
I'm not convinced that CA is DOA. I'm also not convinced that LLEG will be a replay of Berlin.
I agree a 10Q will answer a lot of questions but neither you or I know when that will be released.
New Bedford, CA, IL... all events in the planning stages that I'm willing be patient to see how they play out.
I will change my mind once LLEG stops progressing. This has not happened. The SEC suspension is a setback and I believe that patient shareholders will be rewarded.
That being said, nobody should invest more than they are willing to lose. Ever.
The only thing a stockholder should be concerned about
I believe shareholders who invest in sub-penny stocks should be concerned about the company placing itself in a good position for the future. LLEG was, is, and will be a long-term play in my opinion.
The Company is disappointed that Newco has failed to pay LBP amounts due under the purchase agreement and expects that it will ultimately receive its share of all amounts due under the purchase agreement.
Of course, but Cate Street was not involved at this point, as far as I know.
I think that you have forgotten that LLEG's application to the Site Evaluation Committee which was approved. That was a grueling process and LLEG put in overtime to get that application approved.
A team of experienced individuals obviously thought that the data contained in the application was of sufficient quality to be accepted by the State of NH.
LLEG didn't do any engineering, just project development. Where did you get this 'flawed' engineering idea from?
Cate Street buying two more idle mills in Maine:

If anyone is curious about LLEG owning 50% of LBB, see page 122 of Laidlaw's original application to the NH Site Evaluation Committee for an org chart.
Wasn't me. My father wants to work on the plant, but he never invested in LLEG common stock.
He answers the phone every time I call. When did you last try him?
oh? explain.
I haven't heard any stories either. I know dozens of people who had money invested but I don't think (and certainly don't hope) that anyone I know has so much invested that this will drastically alter their standard of living.
Hmm, doesn't sound familiar. Could have been someone else maybe?
Where does this 75M figure come from?
Which other bet did I lose on? I'm still up @ .0008 on free shares.
It is obvious from your post that you honestly do not understand LBP's org structure. Read back at posts from early 2008 to answer your own question.
No idea.
PR yesterday
We now know how much they are owed, and we also know that they aren't being paid. How much could a lawsuit fetch if LLEG sues Newco? 25M? 50M?
Read the post that my answer is in reply to. Put it in context.
$5M to LBP, $5 to other parties which owned the other 50% of the project before the equity sale. I wonder if Newco paid the other 50% in full.
I made no mistake.
Not my concern at the moment. We are trading on the grey market. Nothing said here will add value or increase liquidity just because of that simple fact.
Once we are off the greys, my guess is that those who got bargain prices will be very happy indeed.
That's awesome.
Has anyone seen any construction in Berlin recently? I bet things are starting to get busy over there!
Just sticking to the course here. Will take some time to build trust & value back up, but I do believe it will happen.
No, I meant to say "when".
