I think that you have forgotten that LLEG's application to the Site Evaluation Committee which was approved. That was a grueling process and LLEG put in overtime to get that application approved.

A team of experienced individuals obviously thought that the data contained in the application was of sufficient quality to be accepted by the State of NH.
