"Dr. Joel Palefsky, world renown anal wart expert is heading up the P1 anal wart study"
I looked at the releases on this phase one study, trying to find a projected end date for phase one. Given the TX protocol it should not take long, but could not find an estimated finish date. Any one have an idea?

Speaking of nothing new, you will remember a shareholder with the backing (claimed backing) of 80,000,000 shares that went to the company to change things.
As you will certainly remember, he was rudely turned away.
Probably because the company saw him as a minor annoyance and did not believe he had the support he claimed.
Your call for a similar repeat action, despite your fervor, will have a similar result. Too few people agree with you.
So I guess you are right. This is not a new idea.
db
Sometimes a completely negative approach means you miss opportunities right in front of you.
You should have listened to Krom.
db
Most people that have used it successfully continue to use it if they can get it. Though he may not be able to afford it anymore.
db
"as long as management props up the share price with questionable buying"
Well, at least you are consistent in your negative spin. Insider buying has been almost universally thought of as bullish. To you it is a dark plot.
Nice. Unnecessarily again confirming my opinion of your opinion.
db
If there are no shares to convert due to prior conversions and the cap on shares, perhaps they are stuck and have to negotiate a buy back.
db
Hard for me to believe he would give up control. He may own or buy out some of the current convertible debt, but there is a limit of three billion shares so he can't get his position back by that method without a reverse split. I guess he could have been buying the open market through Chrome or other. Makes me think they NEVER thought the price would get as low as it did. His 250K investment was IMO to protect his percentage, and he just pulled the trigger way to soon and got diluted like the rest of us. Wow.
Will be interesting to see his percent control when the dust settles. He needs about triple the shares we know about to get back to his prior percentage. Krom can tell us how he could do it. (Probably shouldn't encourage him.)
Very good 10Q, better than expected. Still big bumps but drilling is just months away. "Hang on Sloopy, hang on...."
db
By the way, noticed the preferred shares have still not been sold, anyone have ideas on that?
And the Maulden news letter gave a very good account of why oil is going lower for the long term, made a lot of sense to me. Totally discounts US rig count as an indicator because new rigs and techniques are digging faster and producing up to ten X barrels per day of older systems , so US production is going to continue to increase at lower and lower price while rigs decline. Says the Saudi's shot themselves in the foot by spurring new and better tech world wide with high oil prices and now they are stuck with the low they created by not cutting production. Pretty much OPEC is dead. Many fracking wells are profitable now at 40 a barrel. Reports huge shale fields in Argentina, Mexico etc. Says US production will continue to increase and we will be exporting to the world. And renewables particularly solar will undercut costs even for coal eventually. Fracking is the bridge.
"Thought from the Frontline" free and worth a read for energy investors.
I have been deleting his emails but I think I'll read the next few.
db again
"It sounds to me that more than a few people reject your notion that a total loss is a sure thing."
Now that's an epiphany.
db
In a response to an email question to the makers of Nicobine's customer service I was told that anatabine is not used in their products.
db
Won't happen.
The thing is, not enough shareholders believe the things you say.
too many know your history.
db
Yes,
And the shareholders voted for the board of directors, who can remove the CEO with a simple vote. Has not happened and won't, because most of us shareholders, along with most of the board, like what current management has done and is doing.
A few of you very vociferous board posters do not and will not have the horse power to change it. You may be the loudest, but you don't have enough shares behind you to even get a call back.
Reality is tough, but there it is.
db
As is your habit, you find bad management as the reason for everything you can find that might be wrong.
It is ridiculous to think that the CFO of a company could not resolve a supposedly(your assumption) relatively strait forward tax refund. Or hire a corporate tax guy to resolve it.
As so often happens with your opinions, my guess is we will eventually find out you are wrong.
db
"You certainly have a right to your sky is falling view" He certainly does, along with Middy, ssc, etc. The very nicest thing is that no one has to read their opinions.
I mostly don't.
db
Nice, except seven is number one.
db
My my,
Heard the same rumor from multiple sources. ERHE will persevere, despite long held virulent spite. My guess is many here understand. Amazing, and ERHE is not the first time this has happened. Other people and other stocks have had a similar experience. I know that first hand.
db
Ha ha,
Six times my lowest purchase price. Got to love the upward movement despite incessant mostly fictional negative posts by Midtier, you etc.
Krom seems to be kicking your collective, uhh... positions.
db
Besides,
He said 91 for himself, friends, and family members. Did not state his personally holdings. Another non issue.
And all the conspiracy stuff about company management is hilarious, ridiculous and downright silly.
Hope nobody is stupid enough to believe it.
db
Apparently, Anatabine is a mild mono-amine oxidase inhibitor. MAO's are used as mood drugs.
db
Yes, When Anatabloc is finally approved for any initial use I believe it will be very quickly used for other diseases off label. I think the company or whoever buys it out will do the studies, but by the time they are finished AB will be in widespread use for many applications.
db
Pretty clean separation, removed a small cloud. Net good to me.
db
Yes.
From the trilateral commission to Black Helicopters, lots of ridiculous theories here. My impression is that this management group is doing the best they can under tough conditions. The company lives, has assets far far in excess of the market cap, and your list shows they have a lot of outs.
I think they make it to drilling and beyond. I have invested accordingly. Certainly there is a risk of a reverse split, though I don't think it will happen. If it does, I again will invest accordingly.
It seems to me one should make decisions on what one knows. Silly to argue about the rest.
If people believe the negative junk spewed here why on earth would they be invested?
db
In laymen's terms, the end of the MOU means the party no longer has exclusive rights. Negotiations can certainly continue, but the owner of the asset can accept other offers. During the MOU the interested party has the right to match other offers. Afterwords, ERHE can accept other offers.
Essentially it just stops bidding during the agreed to time.
db
Actually, Armani has it right. His number is the last official information we have from the company, which, on this board, is the only reliable source. Not really ready to depend on info quoted from another message board. No doubt the share count may have changed, probably did, but so much ridiculously bad info is posted here, why should anyone believe that?
My hope is that 3 billion will be some kind of limit, and at some point people believe we will get to drilling. If those two happen this will pay.
db
Once you know it's true, why doesn't matter much.
Unless they use cash accounting, they would need to book it right away.
Middy has never liked their babysitters anyway.
db
I think your personal interaction with management has colored all your opinions about this company. Your perceived slights as described in your own posts have moved you to push the negative envelope.
I don't believe it has been for "good reasons". I often read your posts out of a need to listen to both sides, but after your recent clearly wrong rants on Stanford bank, I think I will give you a pass for a while.
db
My guess is Offer gets at least a billion shares and keeps them.
All my calculations for ERHE are based on 3 billion outstanding shares, and I hope that is not optimistic. Might be a little less, hoping it is not more.
I am buying more as it drops, partially because it is a cheap long shot, but mostly like erdo I once owned a small navy, and it would hurt like hell if on the off chance it goes back up and I miss it.
Ha ha, may not be solid reasoning, but it is what I am doing.
Happy Sunday,
db
On their website they list levels of nicotine qualitatively, no numbers. Other than that they list flavors. They probably have the numbers, but so far they have listed little.
db
"Will there be any comments about Nicobene or potential licensing that would come to the benefit of RCPI shareholders?..
My impression is that Nicobine is a tobacco derived product with the nicotine left in or taken out as needed. So anatabine is in the Nicobine but as a tobacco product, not purchased from or licensed by RCPI.
My guess is you could get anatabine from many of the vaping liquids, but who knows how much or what else is in it.
db
Ha ha,
We have had low volume pauses with no movement all the way down. Then high volume dumps with accompanying drops in price. Picking the bottom on this is problematic. Assuming of course there is one.
db
A couple of thoughts:
I am not a big chartist, but I think I understand the basics. Just going with the trend, and not counting the first of the year bump to .04 (tax loss yada yada) we have been going down by about half per month. We were .015ish, then .008ish, .004ish and now we hit .0022.
Toxic is just a word, but whatever you call the financing, the convertibles are the clear reason for the price decline, and my guess is the trend will continue until the convertibles are gone. Draw you own line to April May etc.
Offer does not care up or down particularly about share holders. He probably would just as well like to see us make money, but his own interest come first. He does not particularly care about the share price. He cares about the potential for a major score, and about protecting his percentage interest and control of the company. It is clear to me that the 250K he spent on the convertible arrangement he made is to protect his percentage interest. The lower the shares go the more shares he gets in conversion. At today's prices his investment would produce over one hundred million shares. Nothing diabolical, he is just protecting his percentage. He will buy more to continue to hold his percentage. Unlike the other holders he is not converting and selling to lock in profits, he will convert and hold to keep his part of the pie.
I think most likely the company survives, and also clearly the assets are worth more than the cap. What nobody knows outside a few is when the convertibles will end and when or if a farm out will take place.
Sooo-----
There is an opportunity here, but bad timing has and will make some of us lose a few fingers.
To think I once owned enough of ERHE to pay for 20% of the current market cap. And I was a piker compared to some of you. Ah for the glory days of Starnet. LOL

Per the presentation, forty of the researchers have PHDs.

"JMO"
Exactly right.
db
My guess is RCPI will be over the one dollar mark by April and will avoid the reverse split, but it does not matter much to me. My goal is much higher. Recognition may come too slowly and a reverse split could happen, but eventually the shorts will be forced out. Some may stay too long and help the price rise. Almost half are gone already, those are the smart ones that saw the turn coming.
This substance has the potential to change medicine in a big way. It has helped me in ways predicted by the science and drug trials will show its value. Buyers will be chasing this one in the not to distant future.
My background is science, I have read the papers, I am convinced of the science. We will see if the company can execute without to much dilution.
db
What? backing out of the science challenge?
No surprise. Just keep twisting facts. That way you can at least claim consistency.
db
do you doubt Dr Crawford's discussion of positive results for treatment of TBI in animal models? Dr Crawford is the Head of the nationally recognized Roskamp institute, a leading AZ and brain disease research facility, non profit by the way. Trials funded by the Veterans Administration and the Defense Department and NHI. Why do you think they are funding a non profit research organisation to study Anatabine? Have you read any of the peer revued articles published in recognized journals on anatabine? Do you disagree with Dr Paul Ladenson of Johns Hopkins, a nationally recognized expert and researcher on endocrine disease, when he stated that "anatabine is the only thing that ameliorates Hashimoto's Thyroiditis?
Ball is in your court Hsaw.
db
I posted an exact quote of what you said. Hard to argue with a cut and paste. Again you limit your ability to be truthful.
