And the shareholders voted for the board of directors, who can remove the CEO with a simple vote. Has not happened and won't, because most of us shareholders, along with most of the board, like what current management has done and is doing.

A few of you very vociferous board posters do not and will not have the horse power to change it. You may be the loudest, but you don't have enough shares behind you to even get a call back.

Reality is tough, but there it is.
