Can you post pictures for the board?
So far, the only verified place to buy Koma Unwind (cans) is in a small handful of stores in the Raleigh, NC area. These stores do not sell Koma Unwind shots.
There are no other verified locations that sell Koma Unwind.
Ungagging the T/A will help as well. Good start.
The A/S is still 1 billion. The O/S was last confirmed 11/15 and the TA was then re-gagged by the company. Based on recent trading it would appear to be higher than 655 million.
Company has a history of selling past A/S and then amending it afterwards.
Brian, the town is "Northampton" not "North Hampton." I'm there frequently so I'll be certain to verify if the product is actually placed there as I did with the stores in NC.
I've called Brian out for posting as runningofthebulls multiple times, but IHub Admins always delete it as off-topic. I'm not sure how talking about the CEO of BBDA posting on a message board about BBDA pretending to be an investor and spouting compliments about himself is off-topic. It seems like the most topical (and laughable) thing I've seen from BW in years.
BBDA downgraded to LIMITED INFO on OTC
Designed for companies with financial reporting problems, economic distress, or in bankruptcy to make the limited information they have publicly available.
The Limited Information category also includes companies that may not be troubled, but are unwilling to meet OTC Markets Group's Guidelines for Providing Adequate Current Information. Companies in this category have limited financial information not older than six months available on the OTC Disclosure and News Service or have made required filings on the SEC's EDGAR system in the previous six months.
Here's a post with PDF of the filing:

Here's a link to BBDA's financial statement that includes the split:

It's more professional than creating a fake alias and posting glowing reviews of yourself on the message board. ;)
Investors Hub has slightly modified (no pun intended) the moderator role. There's no more "Moderator" and "Assistants." Just moderators.
The ask is not thin, the ask is infinite. Did you forget what company this was again? Dilution continues..
only 2 million shares to 0,0020!!!!!!!!!!!
You should ask runningofthebulls. He's probably got some insights into your questions.
This is still down over the past 5 days. So if you made the decision to "buy low" a long time ago, you'd be in trouble.
To use your own words: You're kidding, right?
This is Brian Weber.
You can - call the transfer agent. But is it really that hard to believe?
Commercials (much like music video placements) are useless if the product is not readily available for purchase in stores. It continues to seem that this is more about ego and putting the company on a race car or on TV than actually building a successful business.
Edit - Now that I read the PR, it's not even a commercial it's "title sponsor" of a racing show on Fox Sports. What a terrible idea! Sometimes truth is funnier than fiction.
This is simply a webcrawler that shows how many backlinks to the BS PR's that the company puts out there are. This is not any measure of media exposure.
BW, you still need to gain a basic understanding of how the Internet works.
I'll post the pictures this afternoon. It's the sales tax.
I just bought a can at Eagles in Morrisville. It's still the same hanging display case and still $1.99.
And no, I didn't ask for a receipt for my $2.12 purchase to satisfy people on the Internet. But I took a picture just for Olaf.
I'll check today at lunch.
I posted pictures of Koma in a store - what does that prove? That they managed to get in ~5 stores in Raleigh...
He has a lot of time to work out in between not running a legitimate company.
For your own protection against a scam.
1 per day, but not every day. 3 flights per week. Using grejekk's math, if just 1% of those travelers by Koma Unwind that's like 9 cans per week!
You mean "great" in the comedic sense and not "great" in any sense of fiscal reality, right?
They are so horribly bereft of any basic accounting skills it's like they're daring the SEC to do something about it.
This looks like the exact same video from 2 years ago, and we saw how well that turned out.
Amazing Piranha water production video. Someone must be buying all this product!
The melatonin content is very low. I would recommend going to GNC and picking up some melatonin pills, it'll be much more effective.
More dilution to pay for on-screen commercials at a track full of people wearing scanners in a state where Koma Unwind can't be purchased in stores.
It's becoming sad the way he's so fixated on racing.
It is available in 6 stores in the Raleigh area. I didn't buy any, I just posted pictures - but I will if you want. Sadly for Koma, this is almost *all* the stores it's currently available in and at $1.99 a can (retail) with a 6 can display, not exactly generating lots of revenue.
The success or failure of the relaxation beverage industry, the success or failure of Koma Unwind sales and the success or failure of a person investing in this stock are not all jointly related.
It doesn't matter if they finally manage to get Koma Unwind into more than the ~12 stores it's in now. If they're in 12, they want to be in 1,000. If they get into 1,000, they want to be in 5,000. If they get into 5,000, they want to be back in NASCAR (and probably already do).
All of those things add up to more dilution. Why do you think they want to buy a converted race shop?
Stumbling into a niche that takes off does not validate your ability to run a successful company, let alone a successful public company. You can cite all day reasons to believe that the relaxation segment will succeed or that Koma Unwind will eventually have strong sales - but neither of those things give any credence to the notion that the stock here will "take off."
I'm sorry, was Bill Gates PR'ing that he had a 21,000 square foot space with showrooms and offices when he was running the country out of his garage?
Oh, no, that's right - he wasn't.
You'll see why it's pointless if you go visit the "asset."
KOMA UNIWND
Brian doesn't answer his.
You're kidding right? He said on Youtube.
They just got into their first six stores in June. Where did they sell all these drinks you're talking about?
You're very good at this.
Once again, reality != bashing.
Making up negative things to demean an organization would be bashing.
