You betcha'
Obviously a POS. Always delays, delays, delays. I'd sell if I were you before it drops to its true value.... sub .001
Thank you to all the players here. I got to add another 500k at .006. Didn't think it would make it back here. Looking forward to adding more. Keep selling.
You know... sky is falling, this is a POS, we'll be trading at .001 before you know it, etc.
Well said, my friend.
Some peoples definition of long is holding over the weekend. LOL
A few of us have been here years and I also haven't heard of any selling. Why would we? Things are just starting to get interesting again. And this time I believe JNSH will get the traction it deserves.
A clear example of a bad reverse split. An acceptable reverse split would be where all shares are reverse split including the authorized shares. Clearly not the case here. Good luck to ccgi stock holders.
To repeat:
From PACER:
12/14/2016 144 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Young B. Kim:
The parties took a step forward today to resolving this matter. Plaintiff is directed to submit a draft term sheet for CCGI's review by December 19, 2016.
Mailed notice (ma,) (Entered: 12/14/2016)
A term sheet is a bullet-point document outlining the material terms and conditions of a business agreement. After a term sheet has been "executed", it guides legal counsel in the preparation of a proposed "final agreement".
Congratulations. This is one of your 1000%+ runners.
We'll see. However I wouldn't wait too long. The longer you wait the more it's going to cost you and the less profit you potentially gain. Please share these 1000% runners that are so plentiful. You must be worth a lot if you've been capitalizing on all these. Wow!
Shhhh..... if you want more shares you're going to have to pay for them. Can't have mine.
A lot, it appears.
FINALLY! It has been a long road to this point. Grateful to Brian for sticking to his guns. Onward and upwards!
I haven't joined the facebook page. Share here?
I'm not sure if we'll hear anything today. The minute entry stated that responses wouldn't be shared if the parties failed to come to an agreement. What was clear is that regardless of a settlement or not today either it would get kicked back to the court tomorrow or they would proceed with the settlement. NO MORE DELAYS!!!!!
Maybe it's worth repeating for those that seem confused:
MINUTE entry before the Honorable Young B. Kim: Status hearing held by phone. As discussed, the court will review the parties' information and email its settlement recommendation to Plaintiff and the CEO of Defendant Car Charging Group, Inc. ("CCGI") on December 5, 2016. Parties are to respond to the recommendation by confidential email to the court by 3:00 p.m. on December 14, 2016. This deadline is firm. Because CCGI's CEO may not be able to present the court's recommendation to his board prior to the response deadline, he may respond on his behalf and state whether he is willing to recommend that the board accept the court's settlement recommendation. The court will not share the responses unless both sides accept (or at least is willing to recommend to the board for acceptance). The court will issue an order on December 14, 2016, after 3:00 p.m. either terminating the settlement referral and returning the matter to the assigned District Judge or directing the parties to their next task.
From your post:
I purchased some of this at .0060, after reading some of the posts, and it went downhill since then. between buy costs and sell costs we have figured I need at least .0081 to break even.
There are good reverse splits and there are bad reverse splits. Good ones reverse split everything INCLUDING authorized shares. This is usually done to uplist and doesn't materially change the stock except the number of shares go down and the price increases. Bad ones reverse split everything EXCEPT the authorized shares so its wash, rinse, repeat stock selling ventures. Which one is CCGI?
From the schedule 14C information sheet:
The Reverse Stock Split would decrease the number of outstanding shares but not the number of authorized shares.
Added another 500k. Thank you, whomever. Couldn't resist. Thursday isn't that far away.
I've seen the settlement hearings getting pushed back. I haven't seen any postponements on the motion to dismiss. I agree there is no pressure for CCGI to settle until the motion to dismiss is ruled on. I would think that a settlement will happen fairly quickly if the motion to dismiss fails (as I expect it to).
I don't expect the company to PR since the settlement is ongoing. However I expect we'll hear about the outcome on the motion on the 27th.
When the motion to dismiss is rejected, I expect a settlement to follow fairly quickly.
12/2 isn't a court date. It's the phone in to review the progress of the settlement. 10/27 IS a court date and will principally address CCGI's motion to dismiss. This will be the same judge (Bucklo) that presided over the original case (JNSH won) and the appeal (JNSH also won). I believe this motion to dismiss is a hail mary by CCGI and doomed to failure. I also believe that a settlement will occur soon after.
Excellent post.
JNS, with prior approval from the City of Chicago agreed to acquire the charging stations from 350Green. Unfortunately 350Green left behind a trail of unpaid vendors, and legal issues according to Brian Howe CEO & President of JNS Holdings Corporation. Regardless, JNS forged ahead with the acquisition, paying all vendors and, enduring lengthy and costly litigation.
“As a native Chicagoan I am extremely pleased to be of service to the community that I live and work in.”
Thanks for the laugh. I laughed so hard I almost choked. Way too funny.
Well, if we're going back to that then it's good to remember that unicorns eat rainbows and poop butterflies. Just sayin'.
Actually, tomorrow (Thursday) is the ruling on the motion to dismiss. If the ruling is denied, that means the settlement is still on and we're in business. But,hey, that's just an opinion based on facts. Don't let it get in your way.
Picked up another 200k. More JNSH for my hoard.
AAAAAAAGGGGGHHHHH!!!!! I thought you weren't going to use the Kathy Griffin picture anymore? Oh, wait, it's coming up on halloween. Okay. I get it. It did give me quite a scare.
JNSH
Me,too! I have a little over 13M. I just don't think everyone necessarily has our philosophy and they play a little on the way. To each their own, I guess.
JNSH
If I were to hazard a guess, I'd say it was from one or two large shareholders who have been accumulating at all levels playing with a few of their shares. Just looks that way to me. No worries.
My feeling is that is exactly what they were used for (expenses) and I'm glad JNSH tried to do the right thing for themselves and all the other contractors that got stiffed. I feel strongly that with a settlement soon they won't need to issue more since they were a going concern before 350 green/ccgi. All that and the chicago network, I think we're soon to finally see JNSH rise to a more justified valuation. After all remember what old UDHC was doing before with just the optometry store(and I admit the divi rumor). The share price almost cracked .13.
Actually Kinderview was a collaboration with Clayton. After he died UDHC was a shell until Raphael Weiss took over the shell. Remember that debacle?
Upstate New York developer with that catskills hotel. Then empty shell again until JNSH. I'd just about written that money off. I was so happy with JNSH. I think its taken a long time to realize JNSH is a real company unlike the other iterations of this shell. The real deal. I still believe this is going to reach a much better valuation soon. Hang in there roytoy. It may take awhile but it will be worth it.
So, do you have your kinderview certificates from UDHC days? I love the pretty blue eagle on it.
LOL! Just trying to lighten you up a little.
roytoy, you should change your handle to Eeyore6969
Thanks, roytoy. That was very helpful and informative. I was wondering what the process was.
And like the last pathetic attempt to get a dismissal, this will be rejected also. More costs to recover from ccgi WHO sued and lost before.
Well, to each their own. No problem. Some things just take time. Sometimes more than most will endure. I agree this has been trying. It's the main reason for the damages part of the settlement.
I think I'll wait to see the settlement and then see what transpires.
Meanwhile I'm still buying at these ridiculously low prices.
Actually it was a little before 2008. I didn't start posting until 2008.
As to your points:
1.
As an investor yourself how can you disagree with...
One of the fundamental aspects of a public company is to IMPROVE shareholder value.
Why do *you* invest in a company?
In the last year did we get above .01?
