Actually it was a little before 2008. I didn't start posting until 2008.
As to your points:

As an investor yourself how can you disagree with...
One of the fundamental aspects of a public company is to IMPROVE shareholder value.

Can't argue with that one however I believe, and I think you will soon see, JNSH has been working diligently to achieve shareholder value.

2.

Why do *you* invest in a company?

I invest long term in companies that i have determined are managed properly and that I have determined will increase in value over the long term.

3.

In the last year did we get above .01?

No we haven't due to the obvious reason of an ongoing lawsuit to recoop assets, costs, and damages caused by ccgi misfeasance and nonfeasance.
We've been over .03 before and will be again and probably higher.
Though, probably not in a time frame of three or four days.(depending on the settlement, I could be wrong on that one)
