My wife is in San Diego and went to the office on Sat, but the bld was closed. She is going tomorrow to get brochures. If they have brochures and a plan, that will be legit enough for me.
Some people bought in prior to the reverse split and may have residual shares that they are getting rid of.
Wow - I need to buy more then.
So Dragon - how many total shares do you have?
Wow - decent volume - and the buy inching up. I got another 20 - anyone else. Noticed that the ask came down to 0.23. Wonder who's selling?
For everyone on this board, I beleive that the number of shares provided to Carson and the price will be affected by what the current price is before the transfer. I think that the new shares will be restricted and the goal of the new company will be to increase value so that when the stock becomes tradable that the original Carson owners get a good return for merging their assets in.
The stock that we all own and are buying are not restricted and many of us will dump a portion once the stock makes a major move. Or will we?
I think that the float is low so if the news is good and there is demand that the stock will be volatile. Any speculators should buy now as once this stock moves, it will move too fast to get shares since it trades on the pink sheets. If Carson is smart then they are working with an investment firm who sees value and will represent a portion of institutional buying.
This is my opinion only - looking for comments. In watching other reverse mergers - once the new symbol and price are out, the stock normally trades down - too late to buy in then.
That means you have a buy for 400,000 shares (if 20K is 5%). Whoa.
I got 20 this morning - who got the other 20?
The Reverse we are talking about is the reverse merger not split. The new company will be releasing new shares to buy (reverse merge) the assets of Carson Development into RGDE and also change the symbol.
Yes. He said that he was only waiting on the transfer agent. Asked about antipated price and number of shares released for the reverse, but said he could not release that info. I asked if end of the month was still good and he said yes.
I just called him. Got his sec and she transfered (I guess it could be aa hoax). Asked questions and he seemed credible - said he could not say what their anticipated trading price would be or how many shares they would be release as part of the reverse merger.
He said the delay was with the stock transfer agent.
My gut says go. Will be buying more.
Also - asked about how many shares out and he said of the 19 million a significant amount is retricted and I am assuming that the new stock issued in the RM will be restricted also. That means the stock will be volatile.
The Ask is now 0.25 - There were several 5K blocks at 0.24 - now they are all gone - I can only see 2 at 0.25. I guess it's a good sign but no buying at this price yet.
Is this the site:
http://www.carsondevelopment.com/
The Board has been quiet. Anyone got anything to say. I know we're all waiting for the 6-8 weeks. Any news on the website?
I've had an order in at 0.02 for about a week GTC on Etrade. Didn't get any shares, but it traded for 0.019 the other day and 0.018 today. What gives? Help.
How much you get. I tried, but order doessn't fill.
Sorry. New at this. But why aren't you guys buying the crap out of this. At $1 a share, 0.025 (ask) is 40 times or 4000% gain. I keep asking what is a good amount of shares to own. Can someone comment. I already own 220K. Am I nuts, greedy, smart, a calculated risk taker, or a dreamer.
A million shares is only $25K. Can you imagine making $975K?
AH at 0.23 was me.
Awesome reply. You have been a wealth of knowledge. If we make lots of money, we should pay you commissions. Your lead could be a lot better than my brokers who suck me dry.
Sorry. Learning so pardon my questions. If I were part of Carson, I would be buying up all the stock, but volume is low. Why?
Need advice - so what is a reasonable amount of stock to own. Just looking for opinions.
How much shares are you guys accumulating.
I don't think so. Registered owner different - Johan Otto in Sacramento. 11/19/07 filing with Darryl Readshaw as Pres has a Huntington Beach address.
I would think that they would have filed for the corp prior to the filing.
Also, no Renegade Energy in CA either.
I'm not trying to make trouble. Just want to find out the truth so I know what to do with my shares.
If this is a reverse merger, does anyone have a recommendation on how much stock is a good idea to have.
Also, if 19 mil shares outstanding and the got 2 mil from the Butler, they need about 13 mil more to control for the reverse to make sense. How did they get this or did they. I thought that they would do a reverse split 1:10 then only 2 mil out. The increase shares from 2 mill back to 20 mil. Then they got 18 mil to sell and raise cap or provide to company they are buying.
Please correct my thinking. I want to make some bucks.
Thanks for the info. New to this, but have lots invested. Thought the oil bus was going to do well when we first started. Not sure what Frank did.
I went on the CA business registration and there is no Carson Development Corp listed as a corp or LLC.
What gives?
I don't understand how you can make those returns.
I don't understand why you are buying this stock. In a reverse merger, we are at the mercy of conversion aren't we? I've seen them do a 1:100 reverse merger and then release more stock to liquidate our value.
Won't they have to raise capital and need to do this?
I know $.02 is not a lot, but par is usually $.01 sometimes I've seen it at $.001.
I need help. I have some stock at $1/share and bought lots more. What's going to happen?
Help!
