For everyone on this board, I beleive that the number of shares provided to Carson and the price will be affected by what the current price is before the transfer. I think that the new shares will be restricted and the goal of the new company will be to increase value so that when the stock becomes tradable that the original Carson owners get a good return for merging their assets in.

The stock that we all own and are buying are not restricted and many of us will dump a portion once the stock makes a major move. Or will we?

I think that the float is low so if the news is good and there is demand that the stock will be volatile. Any speculators should buy now as once this stock moves, it will move too fast to get shares since it trades on the pink sheets. If Carson is smart then they are working with an investment firm who sees value and will represent a portion of institutional buying.

This is my opinion only - looking for comments. In watching other reverse mergers - once the new symbol and price are out, the stock normally trades down - too late to buy in then.
