It was a necessary pain that we knew we would have to go through like a tooth extraction. I think once the CEO business is squared away we can start the recovery process. I feel bad for Herda after all these years of trying to make this thing work with very limited resources and having to step down with the stock at multiyear lows like this.I think he got suckered like the rest of us with the Romano/IA crap but I'm glad it's finally been put to rest...He bought a lot of shares on the open market in the .50/.60 range? last year so he is losing out on this too....peace/out...nuke

not really...the stock price and company is what has radically changed from 2 days ago....I still think this works as a good trade..but as an investment I just don't know...part of the thesis I had for owning the stock has evaporated so I'm trying to construct a new one but am not sure what it is yet except that the stock is cheap and KY is looming in the distance somewhere...but since I'm on the sidelines right now I'm not quite as positive as normal,I'd kinda like to get a shot at that ..05/.06 range that I missed this am...but that's ok...plenty of time to get bullish and buy...buy...buy...again

What is left to invest in this company? There is no CEO,so to speak. They are scrapping all other technology projects. We don't make anything..have no income...no management team...no liquid assets... no takeover...we have debt... we have share dilution..there is the KY plant..but when are they going to reach a decision on funding the project??..days...weeks..months... Every day that goes by is just going to drag this lower until we have at least one positive thing to hang our hat on and the stock market is jittery enough with recession fears that the last place people would be looking to invest money would be an awful penny stock...this isn't meant as bash...but just what do we have left now?

everyone was in this stock for the double and here we put it in a single day if you were lucky enough to get it at .05 and sold at .10..I should have got to computer sooner today...missed that whole move....

I think that this was,in the long run, the right thing to do, however,having the the darkness dispelled and broad daylight shining in makes me want to turn the lights back off. It's like waking up with a hangover only to find some ugly fat chick laying next to you from the previous night at the bar that you can't rememeber...I am glad that IA is gone and I hope that Romano is held accountable for his actions,but the outlook for the company without someone at the helm at this important juncture is making people think that KY will be in jeophardy. Without a management team what else do you have here? And who exactly would want to come in,that's any good, and take over this mess. Maybe we can get Chuck Prince. I hear he's available.

I think it was the combination of the 2 together that delivered the knockout punch..could you imagine what would have happened if they also announced no Kentucky deal on top of all that?..but all those people that were expecting a big PR this week {me included] certainly got it..hunh...

they might try to take it up into the close to get a higher ask price out of it tomorrow a.m. but I would wait for that .09 or even .08 to try for a trade..there is only 1 bid at .10 and then .95 after that not much cushion if .115 doesn't hold

at some point we should get a decent bounce once everyone gets over the severe head injury trauma of no IA deal being there and the devestation of our skipper having fallen overboard and eaten by sharks...then we can go back to speculating about what pps should be with the KY plant still on the table....

well its rather active today already at double the normal volume that might pull in a few daytraders looking for a bounce

you must not be getting real time quotes...right now I'm looking at a .095 ASK and .09 bid with a last trade of .09 and that is real time.....and those .09's are dissappearing fast...I think we may stop at .08...isn't that where DB was awarded her shares?

that is correct sir....unfortunately the street does not award brownie points for doing the right thing,coming clean,etc...The time for the no IA deal announcement should have been MONTHS ago...not a monthly PR by IA about how the deal is still continously being worked out...and it would have been nice if Herda could've waited to step down until he had a replacement lined up rather than announce it in conjunction with this IA fraud...

If they had waited on releasing the IA news and just announced Herda was leaving..the stock would probably be up rather down 30% on speculation that IA was stepping in..odd timing for those guys to come clean on the no/deal...

yeah...good call on your part for .11...I was speculating on the chance of Herda departing but with IA still lurking in the background making it seem like it might still be in play..I was watching those orders pile up in the order book last week at .11..that should have been the tipoff..but you can still make some money in this as a daytrade..someone posted earlier that we'll probably get more selling tomorrow when people get home today and find that 30% haircut today...that effing Romano should be hung for this scam....

did you go to the bottom of the page and click on the link for that article on the peak oil myth...about Kurtzweil...nanotech... and future solar power tech.....there is another caveat to the oil situation and that is NO ONE REALLY KNOWS WHERE OIL comes from or how it's produced...the fossil fuel theory is just that a theory....but there is another theory...the one of avionic oil...that its produced deep within the earth and replenishes itself..a lot of these oil wells in the US that were capped back in the 60's have been found to have regained most of the depleted oil supply they lost when they were active ..the whole idea of oil coming from dinosaurs is just silly..ever bury a cat in the backyard...dig it up 6 months later and all you have is dust and bones...no oil....we would all need plastic lined coffins for when we die if that were the case...the russians just recently drilled the worlds deepest oilwell at some 70,000 plus ft. way below the mark where any dinosuars would have existed and got oil....the whole notion of oil coming from fossil sources was developed because in the old days they kept finding oil at tar pits like La Brea so they just went with this conveinient theory of oil from dinosaurs...anyways....don't want to be a bore but it's something to check out if interested....

Agreed...I hate the idea of coal and oil as the solution but I think the govt/industrial complex has been sitting on the answers for years and years..ever since the days of Tesla who was able to produce a virtually free energy system until he was shut down by JP MORGAN.... the gov and big biz control the world through the leverage of our dependance on oil..I think MLM had some good Tesla posts a little while back when we we're talking about Doc Brown and his flying saucer technology...which I also think the gov has already figured out anti-gravity is not science fiction....the German scientists that we took out of Germany in operation Paper Clip we're all working 24/7 on anti gravity...probably the same guys that developed our coal gassification system...and who is to say it's not already being deployed...the amount of UFO sightings has been going through the roof....How about the Phoenix light incident and that more recent Stephenville Tx. incident...UFO's the size of football fields just hovering soundlessly over these areas and take off at tremendous speeds and are gone...and it's not just the US its worldwide....THEY got the technology...the question is when are we going to get it?

nice video...I got one for you...go to google video and type in the energy non crisis..by Lindsay Williams....he talks about working up in Alaska during the 70"s up in anwar for ARCO and said they discovered this huge oil reserve about 2 miles off the coast by a place called Gull Island...Its one of the largest finds ever not on record..the day after the find..the Govt came in and shut it down and everyone was told not to talk about it that it was classified information...the cost of drilling and obtaining this oil is half of what it costs the Saudi's to produce a barrel of oil...Mr Williams wrote a book about what happened after he left ARCO and did this video...His info is backed up by the guy who was heading the whole operation at the time for ARCO in AK..he got fired for letting Williams know what was goimg on...so he decided to spill the beans also...You really should watch this..It really blows the lid off this incredible deception going on that we're running out of oil..this whole oil shortage business is just one of the greatest con jobs in modern history....according to these guys from ARCO there has been a long term plan in place since the 70's for this manufactured oil crisis to take place and that once they have firmly gotten the price of oil to where they want it all this oil would magically be rediscovered....but I dont want to give it all away..please watch it..it goes real fast for an hour video...and an update from Mr Williams about 8 months ago stated that they had another find up in the Swanson River area of AK...aLmost as large as Gull Island that is also being not talked about...If you believe we are running out of oil you won't after you watch this video

some crazy funsters just trying to have a laugh at our expense...and it could be the same person that ran the stock up yesterday looking for a repeat performance of runup the close and dump the open..stock is trading thin right now because of the holiday so it's hard to get a fix on what's happening..my guess is that we'll end the day flat like yesterday...right after I bought 10000 someone else came in and bought about 50000 shares so we've actually had a lot more buying than selling lately even though the stock hasn't advanced it's being accumulated here under .18..oops looks like someone just bought a bunch more here at .175 even as I type...cheers...N.....

Anything up around 10% on a day like this is interesting...how much squeezin' you think is left to this SMTS...just bought another 10000 shares of NSOL at .165..and have another buy order in around .15 just in case...we got screwed on the open by that light order book someone was able to knock it down from .18 to .15 on 8000 shares..unreal..seen that trick before... they let the buyer climb the ladder and when he's on the roof they yank it away..what a bunch of dirty pranksters...
