ADX - for those seeking a long term history of div and distribution, you may want to look at these guys. Not without risk but seems like a decent high yielding CEF.
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/adams-express-fund-declares-end-175900769.html
Much of the over 8+++% div. dist. return is cap gains. Today's pricing was $13.77 close.
Interesting parking place with a fairly long history.
BALTIMORE, Nov. 13, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Adams Express (ADX) declared today a year-end distribution of $1.03 per share. The total distributions by the Fund for 2014 will be $1.18, including the distributions of $0.15 per share made prior to today's announcement. The annual distribution rate represented by these distributions is 8.8%.
The year-end distribution consists of the following:
$0.95 per share from net capital gains realized during 2014, comprised of $0.05 short-term and $0.90 long-term capital gain; and
$0.08 per share from 2014 net investment income.
This marks the 50th consecutive year that the Fund has paid out capital gains and the 79th consecutive year it has paid out dividends to its shareholders.

Whas - It seemed pretty fast flowing to take in all the 2014 accomplishments. I wish that was also included the number of stations last year vs this year.
Perhaps page one could have been a numbered list of accomplishments with links to each. Then a slower clip page by page going through them 1 x 1 and having each accomplishment numbered.
Heck there are a lot of different things they could have done and I am sure we all have ideas and opinions. Unfortunately imho it does not look to be a great effort as it is from a marketing standpoint. Looks a bit like a rushed job, and without a high focus.jmho
Oh well, opinions are like a holes everyone has one. I think if you are promoting BRAND then everything you do should be done in a sympatico manner, choose one: excellence, or mediocrity, attention to detail or generality etc? jmho
Keep digging them up they get the name out at least.
Whas - BOL bud - things should change but the timing on this gets me many times.

SNSS Has a nice trend and is slowly filling its huge gap with a lot of room to go. I am holding tight for this as the trend is now north.

Belated Merry Xmas and Early Happy N. Y. to all.
Obviously our SP has trended lower for a good bit of time now and when the Oil prices reverse imo we should see a reverse and upward momentum for CLNE.
*Currently the stock float holds a 27% short position (very high number) but whenever the trend dramatically reverses it should greatly help propel this stock north. jmho
I am still on the sidelines and will see if I can catch a trend change, which I hope is sooner vs later, I will reenter.
Best of luck to Whas, Mick and the board. This one imo should never have gone down to this neighborhood. Wondering but unless this SP changes my feeling is that Littlefield may not be too long for CLNE's world, although he isn't publicly getting heat not sure privately that is true. If a change occurs, perhaps the profitability trend will also hasten, no idea. For now the energy sector is in a tough spot.
BOL to all,

Whas fingers are crossed. BOL
Whas - I actually cleaned out the last in the high 9s a while back. Figured that bunch got the best of me after having many bunches and many years of flipping it.
I am actually pretty well out of the whole market entirely aside from some higher yield, longer term things I have had for a while now. Just did not feel comfortable but just a gut feel and one which takes China softening into account.
Most likely just going to buy a small amount of SSO come 1 Jan and see how it does in 2015. It has a good longer term record but who knows and has diversity.
I take it you are hanging in there. It will very likely reverse at some point, but I just could not figure the timing of it. So with energy stuff tanking I am just waiting. Since cheap fuel moves in a tandem direction with CLNE. If they stay viable, and imo they should, they should work into a good situation, but again who knows the timing?
everything here is dependent on more expensive energy (so it should not be toooooo long) since fuels seem to historically go up jmhoa
Andy55 - TYVM for all the info on the R/S. I was going to look it up, but you saved me some time with your post.

GaryJ think you are correct. It tends to take a while sometimes for the swings to occur.
This is a flipper's dream, just make sure you don't get too greedy on it. I have had it numerous times and garnered 20-30% on the flips 80% of the times I have had it. 20% of the time I have just waited a bit too long since my trades are on auto pilot brackets when I buy and sell. Bol
AMD<link back for annotated chart 11/20> Seems like the early start of a move?? jmho worth a look.
AMD <link back to annotated chart 11/20> double bottom and looks like it could be starting to edge up for a flip/swing trade. Been out of favor for a while, but seems to be rolling north on this W pattern.

cbrad - if you haven't already, check the Board's, " BAN list", of posters - against your favorites column. These BAN posters could be giving temporary marks, withdrawing the marks shortly after the issue.
How can it happen? One way is if Lurkers who are on the Ban List send PMs offering you an exchange. They may or may not list this board as where they saw you. That exchange is very likely negated by them quickly resulting in much of what many go through, temp marks.
Those are the only marks I have removed thus far since I have been on the board. I am thinking they are a major underlying reason for my MM fluctuation.
Likely as not the list will grow based on the practice of giving and taking away marks but the posters will need to be identified first, so let the mods know if you do identify any posters doing it.
Review the ban periodically to insure your favorites are not on that ban list and remove the MMs if they are.
BOL
cabos - no doubt you did start posting on it far before I bought it. I was largely basing my experience on a PM you sent me a months back, and also when I bought in for a flip and not really as to when you originally started posting on it. Unfortunately I didn't pay much attention at that point. I seldom buy stocks over $20 or seldom over $12 for that matter, unless I am doing a buy and hold and those are usually MLPs or CEFs or Preferred Cumms.
Very nice job on it Cabos - you deserve the best with it especially since you own it for excellent reasons.
Gmenfan - I don't expect the other media to put it out but I sure wish FOX would. TYVM for that artical.
ABBV Kudos on that call from quite a while back. I think when you first mentioned it to me it was @52 and had I been a more patient person I could have made $12/sh 23% with very little comparative risk.
Great Call Cabos and it still is likely not done.

Secretary of State, Dean Rusk, was in France in the early 60's when
DeGaulle decided to pull out of NATO. DeGaulle said he wanted all US
military out of France as soon as possible.
Rusk responded,
"Does that include those who are buried here?"
DeGaulle
did not respond.

When in England, at a fairly large conference, Colin Powell was asked by the
Archbishop of Canterbury if our plans for Iraq were just an example of
'empire building' by George Bush.
Gen.P answered by saying,
"Over the years, the United States has sent many of
its fine young men and women into great peril to fight for freedom
beyond our borders. The only amount of land we have ever asked for
in return is enough to bury those that did not
return."

There was a conference in France where a number of international engineers
were taking part, including French and American. During a break,
one of the French engineers came back into the room saying, "Have you
heard the latest dumb stunt Bush has done? He has sent an aircraft
carrier to Indonesia to help the tsunami victims. What does he
intend to do, bomb them?"
A Boeing engineer stood up and replied quietly: "Our carriers have three hospitals on board that can treat several hundred people; they are
nuclear powered and can supply emergency electrical power to
shore facilities; they have three cafeterias with the capacity to
feed 3,000 people three meals a day, they can produce several thousand
gallons of fresh water from sea water each day, and they carry half a
dozen helicopters for use in transporting victims and injured to and
from their flight deck. We have eleven such ships;
how many does France have?"

A U.S. Navy Admiral was attending a naval conference that included
Admirals from the U.S., English, Canadian, Australian and French
Navies At a cocktail reception, he found himself standing with a large
group of officers that included personnel from most of those countries.
Everyone was chatting away in English as they sipped their drinks but a
French admiral suddenly complained that, whereas Europeans learn many
languages, Americans learn only English. He then asked, "Why is it that
we always have to speak English in these conferences rather than
speaking French?"
Without hesitating, the American Admiral replied, "Maybe it's because the
Brit's, Canadians, Aussie's and Americans arranged it so you wouldn't
have to speak German."

Robert Whiting, an elderly gentleman of 83, arrived in Paris by plane. At French Customs, he took a few minutes to locate his passport
in his carry on.
"You have been to France before, monsieur?" the customs officer asked
sarcastically.
Mr. Whiting admitted that he had been to France previously.
"Then you should know enough to have your passport ready", said the French customs agent."
The American said, "The last time I was here, I didn't have to show it."
"Impossible..Americans always have to show their passports on arrival in France !"
The American senior gave the Frenchman a long hard look. Then he
quietly explained, ''Well, when I came ashore at Omaha Beach on D-Day in
1944 to help liberate this country, I couldn't find a single Frenchmen
to show a passport to."

SNTA<link back for annotated chart> For some reason I auto exited this today, had the wrong exit for sure since it was under by .60 from what I thought I had set.
Got 8.6% but now have to wait a bit for my reentry.
SUTR flipped out on this for the third time 8.7% small chunks at a time. Thanks to CJ
Not sure but it was acting like it might be topping today or at least consolidating due to profit taking some after a nice fast run from .41 initially over a week or so.
SNSSBob- My best stock so far this year.
It went up a lot since my post #3164 on 10/21 and I owned a lot of it on 10/13 at 1.11 area- it auto flipped in the 1.5s.
I then rebought it in the 1.6-1.70 area, today autoed out for the gains I listed. I have dipped back veryyyyyyyyyyyyy slightly to keep it on the radar @ 2.20 with a tight stop, just to see. lol
BOL
SNSS<link back> this one was undervalued from the looks today it shot wayyyyyyyyy up and my auto exits worked and closed the position off 22+% gain on one account and 36.+% on another.
I am reviewing a reentry but it is still way up since this morning so I will wait and see/ Hope some of you got this b4 based on my chart, if so you made some good gains.

SNSS <link back> wow broke way up after my post @ 10:18 today- it is now 48% up for the day but was higher a while ago while I was out.
My position was on auto pilot - sold out one at 22.5% gain today and the other account auto piloted at 36.17& gain today
A very nice move and had I been home I might have changed my exits but a profit is a profit but I left a lot on the table even with nice % gains.
Oh well - hope you made out as well today!
