NOT TRUE ! Just because it is announced does not necessarily mean they are to be issued. The fact that the warrants were exercised is when the dilution begins.
Slow march to $2.00 by June....
The trend is your friend.
I have been saying this for 4 years and shorting WPRT for 3 years.
The drop in share price is 100% poor management.
If they had cleaned house sooner, survival would have been easier.
If we don't change management we will never know.
But the present team has proven for more than a decade that they were / are inept.
Now there is an activist shareholder (Cartesian) who should be asking for a new team or LIQUIDATION. If they can't get Peter Jones or someone like him, then I am guessing we go to liquidation soon.
Thank you JMI
I BELIEVE THIS IS REFERRED TO AS DILUTION !
PUMP & DUMP !!!
I might agree with you..., HOWEVER....
Every time CLNE starts to rally, BOONE or the company does something stupid or issue more shares and move this back to red.
BOARD MEETING TODAY ???
Will heads roll?
Will Cartesian exercise some of its' new rights?
So glad you can't reproduce!
Source????
Without? a source or link, I don't believe you.
Just for clarity...
UPS and FedEx have fewer than 10% of their fleets on natural gas.
Someone might think they were converting 100% of their vehicles to Nat gas.
Kudos....
Some options will probably expire.
Don't my otm options count???
Covered a bunch under $2.50, but still hold a few which I plan to cover under $2.00. I can afford to play with these... It's been a great few years.
Great News Kray: $2.55
That is my guess.
Gutting is a much easier fix, for Peter. He sees it as too late to fix as well...
Here's what's going to happen at the BOARD MEETING !
OPTION 1.) Cartesian wants to make a go of this, and everyone is fired and a real management team takes over (DOUBTFUL)
OPTION 2.) LIQUIDATION !!! Cartesian already has a call on the good bits, and the bagholders will get pennies.
That is great news, but may be too late.
He needs to clean house, bring in some adult supervision and professional management.
Speak only for yourself.
33%. DILUTION. Now we know the reason for the concerted effort to boost the share price recently.
DEALS, DEALS, DEALS...
AND THE SHARE PRICE IS $2.55!
THAT SOUNDS ABOUT RIGHT.
MAYBE A LITTLE HIGH, WHEN CONSIDER THE LOST DEALS RECENTLY, AND THE LOUSY MANAGEMENT....
DILUTION !!!!!!
I LOVE THIS STOCK !!!!! ANY TIME THEY START TO GET A LITTLE TRACTION...PLUG DOES SOMETHING LIKE THIS>
AN ATM !!! PLUG IS MY ATM !!!!
An old white Ford Bronco, the OJ Simpson model...My vanity plate said, "NOT O.J."
BIG NG tank in the back.
NOT TRUE and NOT ALLOWED.
KUDOS to CLNE ...
They actually did a deal... I was having my doubts.
We sold a limb to save the body....For a while...
The son I never had....
You gotta love this guy, not all is rosey in PLUG, and this guy explains why we have gone from $11.00 to $1.00.
Stop the Presses!
PLUG announces a new facility in Chicago! A booth at a trade show!
Expect a huge bump in the share price, we might even do an MOU or two.
NAH ! JUST A TINY FORKLIFT PARTS SUPPLIER FROM LATHAM, NY.
Nothing to get excited about.
Are you comparing PLUG to FORD?
How many poorly run auto companies went under before the model A?
PLUG is more like the Wright Bros, company.... Not Curtiss Wright, but the original Wright Bros company which Curtiss bought for pennies.
I don't disagree.
Hydrogen will be a part of the fuel mix in the future.
But that won't convince me that PLUG is a sound investment.
Just a small forklift parts supplier.
If China is 100% committed to move away from internal combustion engines by 2030 (which I seriously doubt), they will not be relying on a tiny forklift parts manufacturer in Latham, NY.
They will be making all of their own equipment. The units they buy from PLUG are merely drops in an ocean.
Banger I believe it was the posters who are saying that Toyota and California and Carb is a validation of the PLUG business model who started it.
I agree that PLUG is just a forklift parts supplier. That is a nice little business, worth about a buck a share.
There is not a fuel cell revolution, and this won't be a major industry.
It was that belief that pushed PLUG into the $100's per share, but now reality has set in.
Is a tractor trailer truck an over road vehicle? I have been reading about the Nikola trucks lately....But I have not heard them referred to as a passenger vehicle...
Where does it say "passenger vehicles"?
Do you know the difference between an over road vehicle and a passenger vehicle?
And I never said passenger vehicles...
No trucks for me..
Lovin' my BMW i8 electric.
Banger.. Plug has a strategy for over-road vehicles... Which will only hasten their demise. You have said it so yourself.
Shub , I had an NGV which could change from natural gas to liquid fuel with a flip of a switch on the dash. But in order to do this you need 2 tanks (say good bye to your trunk), and this is true with propane and butane too.
Bringing Luke in is a signal that PLUG is looking at over-road vehicles.
JMI and others are implying that this is the new direction for PLUG
TOP REASONS NO-ONE DRIVES AN FCV!
1. They cost too much compared to a conventional car.
2. The car will be more than 10 years old before you recover the added costs.
3. Range anxiety….You can run out of fuel hundreds of miles from the nearest station.
4. Lack of infrastructure less than 100 stations(see above).
5. You give up most of the trunk.
6. You give up all of the resale value.
7. As much as $8.00 / gallon equivalent
8. And the most important reason: "I have lost so much money on this stock, “I can’t afford bus fare, let alone the added cost for an FCV. !!! "
