02 swkj I here you bud.Watched a lot of the trading activity last few weeks. The mm continually try to shake and them heavy buying comes in.Prestige possibly or maybe just investors like me that buy obvious walkdowns.Bob
Oregon next one will be the fun one. Thanks Bob
ljk They are getting back from overseas this week or monday.I guess they did not want to be premature which is the right thing to do.You should read all my posts in regards to my talks with the company.I never hold a exact date with anything.Give them a call and explain you are not a pumping board poster and would like some information.1-305-573-9339.Bob
oregon swkj that is just the official filings of previous releases.Cant wait for the upcoming ones.Bob
Hoppy soon let the mm's and or prestige get the shares they want. Then siteworks shows us the love.Perfect trading pattern. No gaps, just backing on low volume manipulation/bidwackers and moving forward on great volume. This has been the case for a couple weeks now.Very strong and we tested that .084-.085 resistence.Third time will be the charm.Bob
ljk swkj I just got in.Yepper Bob
bb,thanks for the chart.I think with both technicals and fundies coming to light soon,we could challenge and take out that .1350.What do your longer range charts tell us.Thanks Bob
Bobs swkj just got back in.You are correct. The pattern of trading is great.Personally I expected to be flat until sometime friday(releases will be coming).I have seen investors hoping for 10-30 mill in contracts in thailand. With Prestige running the game who knows maybe even larger. The stock is acting that way.Would not want to be out of this stock period.Bob
SWKJ,walking it down keep on watch for entry/add.Pert mm took in a lot of the bidwackers shares.Judging on time/sales small sells and some nice block buying.Bob
SWKJ would the bidwackers hang on another week or so.Jeez would'nt want you to lose a couple tenths of a penny.Bob
Thanks for the info ne14.Bob
edgy swkj yes sir.eom
Thanks Rapp goodnight Bob
This was a post today to misty(rb) that by the way visited our company and the sites. It sums up my entire opinion of why I continue to add on pullbacks. No bs just facts and that is what I look for on any board.By: zeptepi

I am just about at the point of not reading or posting to this thread anymore. The ceaseless whining about PR's is beyond stupid; questionaires to management and calling other companies to find out if they use "our products" is equally moronic.
An entire region of the country has been slammed; this isn't just some little inconvenience that will resolve itself in a few weeks. Many companies in the area barely have phone service or working power; many have lost their labor forces...perhaps permanently.
Yet we have a bunch of posters demanding PR's and info from the IR firm and the CEO, and getting downright pissy if they don't get an answer right now. GROW UP! PBLS is a holding company, comprised of small companies. The storms have placed our company in a very important position of responsibility. Many companies are going to be depending upon us to supply them raw materials at an ever-increasing rate; our management needs to devote all their time and energies to planning and scheduling and labor demands and a million other items.
LET THE COMPANY DO ITS JOB! Personally, I don't care if the share price goes down in the short term, as I buy additional shares at every MM-induced dip. All this whining is not helping; it only serves to highlight the crass nature of some of the posters. In fact, I would encourage everyone that truly cares about PBLS to read the excellent boards on Ihub.
When news of a material nature is available, the company will alert all shareholders with a PR. If you have no respect for your fellow shareholders, and continue to beat your drums and demand news and attention, I suggest that you sell your shares and go find some subpenny POS stock to flip for some quick change. We have a goldmine in PBLS; in its proper time some of us will become rich because we showed restraint and patience. Perhaps it will be you!

SA Go to bed but keep one eye open watching the playoffs.I am.Night Bob
Mac,Their are some good posters their.I wish more would come here. The good ones even if they have a different id should tell us.I would not blame them if they did not want to because it is 95% garbage their. But the 5% are good.Winners here with pbls and swkj and eventually my little baby cbyi.I have been bashed consistently on this one because of the ceo. What they dont know is I have weekly contact with the company and I have stopped posting because of the nonsense. I also have frequent contact with ahdg(recieved 100,000 free shares)former cbyi.I know what I know through dd and that is it.I have become a much better technical trader for entry and simple daytrades because of some on ihuh namely SA,Glassy and a few others that have a interest in combining basic fundies with technicals.Killer combination Bob
Reposts of my thoughts tonight also posted to longs on rb:Dumb(name says it all):Response to a apparent long that in my opinion knows nothing:Excuse me,Is that a question? If so this may help.Prestige(Thailand) may be your answer or maybe the army corps of engineers or fema or contractors that have recieved katrina contracts and are subbing work out to us.How about just regular contracts(we already have some)or the customers we gained by the clipper magazine.By the way I now live in PA but lived in south florida 10 years and it is a very reputable business publication that works.Bob Second response to voyager(unsure investor)Voyager from my dd and speaking to the company their was a big re-organization taking nurses vision into action. The people their now know their business.I suggest you go to any listing of news releases ihub is good and read everyone of them including filings for at least 6 months. When I spoke to the company one of the times I called them'the first response to me was are you another trader posting bs on bb.These are stand up no nonsense people running this business.I told them I have read every report and filing for 3 years.Answer was well well you are one of the few. That is when the intelligent conversation ensued.I do my dd.Call yourself, but please dont ask bs questions that you know can not be released until a pr is put out.1-305-573-9339.Night Bob The only reason I am posting these again is because it is insightful information.Great game tonight sox vs sox.Night
Agree coy,You are lucky to find 2-3 good posters on a board over their. What is your opinion because it is amazing to me.look at the pbls board you could have 500 posts in 2 days and their may only be 2-3 good posters but you could never find their posts unless you bookmark their id.Is their that many folks out their with nothing else to do but post nonsense on message boards.I want their job(hehe),no I dont that would mean I was a welfare scum squeezing the blood out of this country.I like where I am at business owner capitalist opportunist.LMAO Bob
fringe,I am liking that board and will drop by more.Bob
Posted this to Barry on rb(yes their is usually one or two on the board their that are reputable). He is a stand up guy that I have gotten to know well as we discuss swkj via email daily. These are my thoughts currently:Barry one more issue,we all can see the the manipulation by the mm's.They drag us down on 5k trades consistently. That is one thing the nasd should address when you trade millions of shares and they take you down tick by tick on no volume.Anyway thats the game at this point.Back to what I wanted to say.if you remember the trading between .035-.064 it was consistently the same.Up on strong buying volume, pulled back on virtually nothing. This tells me someone wants shares(Prestige and the mm's).In the otc no matter what we do they will get what they want. The good thing in my opinion is that it is obvious they want shares. This shows the float is tight. The same scenario is going on at this moment since we hit .084.Games by all parties involved are played for a reason. My opinion is that all parties involved want as many cheap shares as possible before one of many releases start hitting.Notice on the low volume days(today)HOW THEY TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE.My answer is buy as they do.I did and will continue to as the manipulators give me cheap shares.Explosive possibilities here with technicals and fundamentals shaping up.Do the dd my friends both technically and what is happening fundamentally.Watching some playoff action tonight Bob
fringe swkj I was out this afternoon.See we tightened up.Pullback on low volume and mm walkdown no big deal.Great entry point here or any pullbacks.Bob

Prestige Procurement Asia Agrees to Purchase SiteWorks Stock From the Market and Manage Marketing and Investor Relations in Asian Markets
MIAMI, Aug. 10, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- SiteWorks Building and Development Co. (OTCBB:SWKJ), announced today that the company has the agreed to appoint Prestige Procurement and Networking Services (Prestige) as its representative in Asia. As a result of the discussion held a week prior to the signing of the service agreement yesterday enabling Prestige to operate on behalf of SWKJ throughout Asia, shareholders will be entitled to join the Prestige Asia Card program and the Investor Relations program by visiting www.prestigeasia.com.
SWKJ CEO Mike Nurse notes, "We have found that real estate and construction projects, especially large projects where a high degree of professionalism is required, are under increasing pressure to maintain Western standards of quality. Asia's rapid growth and the drive for Western-style standards has great significance to us as an entity. Consequently, we will be directing our efforts to the Chinese markets also, particularly southern China. This will represent a significant opportunity for the company, since budget and timeline management are still major concerns for the increasing number of foreign real estate investors in Asia. SiteWorks can supply the management and technology to deliver major projects on time and with quality."
Prestige has further demonstrated its commitment to SiteWorks by agreeing to purchase all outstanding shares in the float. Prestige has already bought 8,500,000 shares on the open market. Their primary goal is to continue buying shares on the open market until they capture as many shares as possible remaining within the float. Their secondary goal will be to then convert their position into certificate form to remove them out of "street name" as shares held by CEDE&CO to not allow them to be borrowed against for shorting.
Prestige is expected to manage SWKJ expansion in Asia via its strong networks throughout the region through www.prestigetycoon.com. Sutida Suwunnavid, the President of Prestige, adds, "The next step will be scheduling a meeting to discuss the work scope and present SWKJ to the predetermined local projects within the next several months."
Kornchaya Manchanda, Market Analysis, comments, "The way we see it is that the creativity combined with SWKJ efficiency can also lead SWKJ to act as a developer in government projects and major companies in this region and it is our job to take them there."

Oregon swkj You are welcome.I have been buying since .038 and on ridiculous shakes. Also been buying pbls since .026 area few weeks ago.Like the technicals and developing fundamentals on both. Not day trades for me.More like add when mm's steal week holders shares or walk it down on 5k trades.Bob
ljk, swkj been buying since .038.Added pbls today also.Bob
oregon swkj I watched the mm take it down on less than 100k shares .065-.058.If they have to take out stops for such a small amount of shares I am thinking they are accumulating. They know prestige 8.5 mill shares + has and may still be buying. Its their game till news.Which in my opinion based on company conversations hits soon. Then they will move it north the same way.Think like the mm and accumulate as they do.Bob
