So what's the conclusion? The virgin "pay gravel" is really just mostly gravel? If we are out of gas/diesel, back to the 1850s and water, shovels, and sluce boxes.
Where oh where are those diamonds?
Recovering gold/diamonds every day. Company works to increase productivity - the gold and diamonds are there. Will dredge some in rainy season again. Will process sand/overburden concentrates.
Stock could be $.005, on that fact alone - recovering 1 - 2 oz gold every day and improving. Wonder how much of the gold is being lost in the dredging/recovery process. Might be a lot.
SGCP just needs to increase efficiency/productivity by 5x.
Instead of only recovering 2 oz gold/day, they need to recover 10oz gold/day. $15,000/day *25days = $375,000/month.
They can get better. 5x more gold/diamonds is definitely there - they just need to get better at recovering and processing it and they can always hire a consultant/expert to help them be more productive.
Pussim I agree. The company BADLY missed their estimates and their should-be-a-very-positive-year. The season they had been waiting and planning for.
Good part: they are recovering gold every day and getting better at it. It's not like the gold & diamonds are not there in the alluvial deposits and in the river sands of Sierra Leone.
Still believe they are "losing" a lot of the recoverable gold. Not sure what is happening with the diamonds.
I think hiring some expertise will help them out next mining season - the gold and diamond and rare earths and titanium are there. And others are coming into Sierra Leone to recover them.
How did the company come up with their "consevative estimates".
Sounds like diamond recover is off by 40x to 50x.
And gold off 5x to 10x.
What they did they use to come up with the estimate???????
Sounds like Zimmi turned more into a whimper than a large bonanza basin. Strange I thought the overburden was rich in gold.
This FR is exactly inline with them needing to sell shares every month. I think they are losing a lot of "recoverable" gold in their dredging process. Maybe they need to hire an experienced dredge-to-refining proceesing expert.
Strange diamonds should be the easier mineral/metal to process - just a series of sieves to capture and personnel to hand sort the diamonds out (no mining experience here).
$2000 - 3000/day or approx $80,000/month.
So this why they are selling shares each month to make up the difference.
rockwf, I believe it said 1-2 oz from ALL operations (4.5 dredges combined).
I thimk the stock price will move BIG one way or other.
Depends on the recovery numbers and outlook for Zimmi.
Should experience it tomorrow. GLTA
Grandmafl, I'll take a look. Thanks
Local jewelry store ad says diamonds have increased the most in 25 years according to some international diamond org.
Interesting Nova piece on steel vs nanotubes vs kevlar vs silk.

The DoD/military do their own cert. Last month Kryron clearly beat out the state of the art current armor used by our troops.
Someone stated kryron kept protecting and the other armor shattered. Appears to me better than Level IV. I think NIJ is considering higher levels.
Appears several armor manufacturers don't bother attaining an NIJ cert, they just refer to the military cert level when selling their armor.
Phil, my only point was/is you shouldn't be explaining it.
The company owes an explaination to the shareholders. This is not Doug and John's company, it is the SHAREHOLDERS' company.
That is their responsibility to share information impacting ALL owners of this company and not to some select few who might be calling John.
Banjo, that is not whinning. It's asking the company for information vital to the interests and wellbeing of the owners of the company - the shareholders.
It's holding the company accountable.
No I don't want the info thru personal phone conversations with John - I want the information published to all shareholders.
That's why I personally stopped phoning John. I just figured some of the info received was inappropriate for me to know without public dissemination.
(The company is for all shareholders - not just for those who call on a regular basis. A personal jab.)
Strac, call the company. They probably would welcome your questions/input. Your input may be very important for them to hear.
Apparently the company has been working with the DoD/military since last year. And I assume the latest demoed armor/helmet is the result of those discussions/inputs.
I have asked the company (Doug & John) to answer this question. Not to me but to all shareholders, but so far naada - nothing.
It is a legitimate question and a IMPORTANT one. Why don't they just explain why they every month (or several times) are selling shares for MONEY.
Does it mean they are not finding enough gold/diamonds with all 5 dredges running (Bo & Zimmi are busts?).
Are they buying extra dredging equipment or maybe a frontloader?
Is it for other expansion?
WHY DON'T THEY EXPLAIN WHY?
Phil, if they made $1 million this month then why 2 stock sales for money and including today maybe even 3 stock sales in May?
Awhitefish, where do you come from? The March FR had recovery numbers and the PR just repeated the FR numbers. The company has released recovery numbers both in FRs and PRs.
Are you just wishing it would be different? I don't get it - I'm sure you have read past FRs and PRs.
So strac, you are telling that you as a warfighter has just gone down in open terrain (like a street) in a village. The enemy is shooting at you with ak47rounds and you don't care that your ceramic armor will only withstand 3 shots without shattering.
I find that very strange, but okay if you say so. Do all you buddys feel the same way?
Seems like that line is being used more and more these days
Can't believe I would see price this low again ...
Apparently kryron is fibrous and plyable - must be similar to the "superthreads" that Los Alamos labs created.
When combined with aluminum- it is superhard but not brittle.
I think John worked pretty hard last year in having the kryluminum armor plates be stronger but lighter.
Gem, my only prediction is if NO RECOVERY NUMBERs in the May FR, then stock price drops like a rock (not sure how far though).
Is this the beginning of a avalanche of sells starting.
Hmm...
The company better provide good recovery numbers or the avalanche will just become bigger.
They better publish recovery numbers by the 31st or the stock imo goes bye bye.
From Los Alamos Govt lab:
Initial tests show that this ultra strong carbon-nanotube fiber, branded “SuperThread”, can be more useful than steel in many applications such as building the best airplanes, automobile parts, bulletproof vests, limbs, and even sports equipment.
---------
John Bourque just has a bit over 1 year head start. Kryron armor is amazing stuff.
Dbanks, the kryron armor is like 30% lighter than current ceramic/polycomposite armor. (read that on some website).
Also Bourque said the armor is lighter than what is currently used.
Think of it lighter and can stop 50 cal while current armor (heavier) shatters. Truely amazing!!!
Wait minute PM, the company Doug & John published the CONSERVATIVE estimates, just the FR before they said this mining season would have very positive results.
They said it! In other words put our feet to the fire if we don't meet these conservative esitmates.
So PM why are you not doing that - for goodness sake.
If someone said I conservatively can make 2x if you give me $1000 and they only make $2, are you just going to sing their praises? Guess you would.
Uksa, it's obvious the company missed their "conservative estimates"!!! And has been for months imo for months. That's why they needed to move the dredges again.
The question is due to Zimmi's "pay gravel" deposit can the company still dredge 1500 - 2000 gold and have a very profitable year? I think YES. And is Zimmi a multi-year bonanza grade deposit?
The is Gold, Diamonds, and Rare Earths and Titanium - and startups are jumping in to recover all 4 minerals/metals.
L2 imo says $.001 is possible by tomorrow.
Guess investors don't want to wait 4 days for the FR.
Maybe $.0012s today .. Wow what a SELLOFF!
Who pushed the panic button.
Could hit $.0012s tomorrow. Hope not.
But selling share evokes bad thoughts.
So rev, guess $.0016 is NOT the BOTTOM.
Appears company has decided to publish FR on last business day of each month.
KZMike,
Thanks for your input. Maybe the company could use your expertise!!!
I think you nailed the NIJ 06 cert issue although according to the process - iso is not required.
I would think for the military the "standard" test what(?) 3% of manufactured product would be sufficient. As long as the quality control of the manufacturing process was very good and documented.
I mean here is armor which has been available for one year, which withstands 50 cal rounds that the current state-of-the art armor shatters!!!
Out warfighters need the use of this armor now. And sounds like it would provide exceptional protection against IEDs.
Probably great for bullet proofing fighters planes and limos.
A bit in bad taste considering the hundreds who have died recently from tornadoes and major spring storms (even just yesterday).

JBITusa was selling armor last year to law inforcement. Not all that much - but they were selling the strike plates. And I think to some others as well. Also limited amount to designated Govt depts.
